Design of Programming Language for Robot Control (로보트제어를 위한 프로그래밍 언어의 설계)

  • In this paper the programming language for Hero-1 robot is developed using Apple II micro computer. The language is composed of main monitor mode, editing mode, execution mode, and debugging mode. The main monitor mode is a main flow of the whole language system and controls starting and terminating procedures of operating the controller, and monitors the others. The editing mode has capability to make a user's maniqulation program. Trajectory planning algorithms(point-to-point motion and linear approximate motion)have been realized in the robot language, and in the case of point-to-point motion, inverse kinematics have been solved for the desired point.

  • When using a conventional power factor correction circuit, a comparatively huge capacitor is used to boost-up output voltage. It has a large amount of harmonic distortion in the input current waveform. To improve the input current waveform of diode rectifiers, we propose a new operating principle for the power factor correction circuit. Due to the fact that the proposed circuit uses smaller ones and a smaller reactor, the output voltage increases and obtains higher input current waveforms. These are suitable for the harmonics guidelines. The proposed circuit is able to obtain higher power factor and efficiency. Also, it has reduced switching loss and held over-shooting by using an inverter of eliminated dead-time HPWM that has non-linear impedance circuits to make up diodes, capacitance and a reactor. We compared the conventional PWM inverter and proposed HPWM inverters and found that a high input power factor of 97[%] and an efficiency of 98[%] were also obtained.

  • This paper shows a new concept of digital power meter based on the optical sensing technique. The digital power meter with isolate IC so called Photocoupler is designed and implemented. The system composed of power and analong interface circuits, micro-controller and LCD display circuits. The most errors in power meter happen on measurement and calculation process for load voltages and currents. The suggested method on this paper is to use no noise sensor and PIC microprocessor. The results of simple test for power meter prototype are showed a nearly similar date to commercial product.

  • Most of the battery charger for electric powered forklift truck are controlled by the method of 3-phased constant current and constant voltage. However, these chargers have several disadvantages like a large charger capacity, and a short battery life time. This paper presents a digital type battery charger based on multi-mode control adding a constant power control and several assistant controls in the conventional control. The whole control system is performed by a low cost one-chip micro-controller and completely digitize. So we can get a high precision control and a good reliability.

  • 본 논문에서는 무정전 전원공급장치의 제어와 LAN 환경에서의 원격관리를 위한 통신·제어보드의 개발에 대해서 기술하였다. 개발된 통신·제어보드는 범용 마이크로컨트롤러와 이더넷 컨트롤러로 구성되었고 무정전 전원공급 장치를 제어하는 기능과 원격의 관리자와 데이터 통신 기능을 갖는다. 원격관리 방식은 TCP/IP 환경의 표준 네트워크 관리프로토콜인 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)를 사용하였다. 또한 원격에서 무정전 전원공급장치의 상태를 모니터링하고 관리할 SNMP 관리 프로그램을 제작하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 무정전 전원 공급장치의 원격관리 시스템에 비해 효율적이며 안정한 동작을 한다. 본 시스템의 안정성과 신뢰성을 실험을 통하여 입증하였다.

  • In this paper, the dimmable electronic ballast for the 250W metal halide lamp was realized by three stage structure. We developed stable the dimming ballast by using a Micro-controller, and measured the output wattage in the dimming range(illumination) from 100% to about 20%. Under the 35% dimming level, it is possible to cause the redution of lamp's life. The dimming performance can reduce the light system's wattage but can reduce the luminance efficiency (lux/watt).

  • In this paper, the control technique of the stepping motor using back electromotive force(B-EMF) without encoder is investigated. The stepping motor generally uses the rotary encoder to detect the rotor position. Since this method increases the cost and the motor configuration size, the new closed-loop control method applied for the B-EMF was implemented by using current detect circuit, AD-converter, and micro controller unit(MCU). The control loop of stepping motor became very simplified. The current change of stepping motor measured by the amplifier was measured and analyzed, when the missing step is occurred. Based on the data from current feedback, position errors were compensated and confirmed by using AD-converter.

  • 이 논문은 현대의 불규칙한 기후 환경에 주요한 영향을 미치는 탄소 배출을 감소시키기 위한 현실적인 방안을제공하고자 한다. 우산 대여시스템은 일회용 우산구매 시 사용 절제를 장려할 수 있는 시스템으로, 사용 시 지속해서 탄소 배출을 감소시킬 수 있다. 사용자는 자신이 위치한 곳에 가까운 대여소를 애플리케이션으로 선택 후 대여가 가능하며 대여한 곳과 다른 대여소에도 반납할 수 있다. 지난 몇 년간 시행됐던 아날로그식에 단점인 회수율을 시민의식이라는 신념에만 의존하지 않고 NFC 보안과 Node MCU 통신 탑재를 통해 효율적으로 다양한 상업이나 공공기관에서 확장될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • The air data system(ADS) was developed for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) in this paper. Generally, the ADS helps flight control computer(FCC) to control the UAV above the stall speed and to hold the given altitude. The accurate measurement of airspeed and altitude of UAV is important because it indicates a flight performance and assures a safe flight. The ADS consists of MEMS pressure sensors, a lowpass filter, a micro controller unit and a pitot-tube. The ADS errors were reduced by pressure and temperature compensation of MEMS sensors. Finally, the altitude and airspeed data of the ADS was compared with GPS data in the flight test.

  • In this paper, we study about a acupuncture point and a non-acupuncture point resistance characteristics for acupuncture research. For this study, we devised resistance variation measurement system. This system is consist of 4-channel skin resistance measuring parts, filters, 12bit A/D convertor, 8051 micro-controller, and personal computer The developed system insert a low current to skin and obtains voltages from standard resistor that is convected to measurement circuit in series. The obtained voltage is converted to 12bit digital signal. Therefore the converted signal is changed to skin resistance by calculation in the personal computer. As the results of experiment, the resistance of acupuncture point and non-acupuncture point are different from each other. The acupuncture point has very fast current flows than the other non- acupuncture point.
