This paper presents a method to generate a model of the code implementation for UML state diagrams. First, it promotes the states of a state machine into objects, and then it structures the behavior model on the mechanism of a state diagram based on State design pattern. Then, it establishes the rules of generating the code implementation, and using the rules, the Java code mode is generated for the implementations of State Diagrams in Java syntax grammar. In addition, Structuring the information of the code model is necessary for generating Java code automatically. The meta information is composed of Meta-Class Model and Meta-Behavior Model, on which we could construct the automatic code generating engine for UML State Diagrams. The implementation model generation method presented in this paper could be used as a stand-alone engine, or included and integrated as a module in the UML tools.

Engineering is a sector with more than three times the industrial effectiveness of manufacturing. In the domestic engineering life cycle, the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase is a relatively high level of technology. Based on accumulated knowledge of O&M phase, it is necessary to advance operating technology and expand overseas O&M market expenditure. This study is the early stage of knowledge-based power plant O&M service framework reference model. In this study, we propose a conceptual model of architecture framework for power plant O&M. We survey the architecture framework and reference model and propose conceptual model of architecture framework for power plant O&M. The conceptual model of architecture framework for power plant O&M consists of stakeholder, O&M scenario, O&M technology. In particular, the O&M technology is defined as the fourth industrial revolution intelligence information technology. We defined a meta model from the conceptual model to define the power plant O&M architecture framework. In the future, we intend to development an architecture framework from the conceptual model and meta model.
Background: Previous studies evaluated associations between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer risk. However, the results were inconsistent. We therefore performed a meta-analysis of the published case-control studies to assess in detail the association between CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer risk. Materials and Methods: PubMed, Embase and Web of Science were searched to identify relevant studies and the pooled odds ratio (OR) and 95 % confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated. Results: A total of seven articles including 3,013 cases and 2,771 controls were finally included. Overall, a significant association was found between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility for CC vs AA (OR=0.82, 95% CI=0.69~0.99), but no significant associations were found for the other three models (AC vs AA: OR=0.91, 95% CI=0.81~1.02; the dominant model: OR=0.90, 95% CI=0.80~1.00; the recessive model: OR=0.84, 95% CI =0.72~1.00). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, we detected significant associations between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility for GA vs GG (OR = 0.78, 95% CI =0.64~0.96) and for the recessive model (OR=0.80, 95% CI=0.66~0.96) in Caucasians, but not for Asians. Conclusions: The results from the meta-analysis suggested that the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism is a protective factor for bladder cancer, especially in Caucasians.
The systems-level analysis of microbes with myriad of heterologous data generated by omics technologies has been applied to improve our understanding of cellular function and physiology and consequently to enhance production of various bioproducts. At the heart of this revolution resides in silico genome-scale metabolic model, In order to fully exploit the power of genome-scale model, a systematic approach employing user-friendly software is required. Metabolic flux analysis of genome-scale metabolic network is becoming widely employed to quantify the flux distribution and validate model-driven hypotheses. Here we describe the development of an upgraded MetaFluxNet which allows (1) construction of metabolic models connected to metabolic databases, (2) calculation of fluxes by metabolic flux analysis, (3) comparative flux analysis with flux-profile visualization, (4) the use of metabolic flux analysis markup language to enable models to be exchanged efficiently, and (5) the exporting of data from constraints-based flux analysis into various formats. MetaFluxNet also allows cellular physiology to be predicted and strategies for strain improvement to be developed from genome-based information on flux distributions. This integrated software environment promises to enhance our understanding on metabolic network at a whole organism level and to establish novel strategies for improving the properties of organisms for various biotechnological applications.

The present study investigated the effect of enzyme inclusion on silage quality using meta-analysis tool. A total of 16 research papers reporting the effect of enzyme application on silage quality were employed in the meta-analysis of this study. Mixed model for integrating quantitative results from multiple studies was used first to calculate the predicted error of each study. Individual error from the estimated model was the applied into standard deviation of each study to calculate the mean difference. Finally, summary effect was determined using standard mean difference (SMD) and inversed variance weighting. Mixed model analysis and SMD analysis showed the same effect patterns in all analysis items. Enzyme inclusion in silage significantly (p < 0.05) altered all silage quality characteristics investigated compared to control when enzyme was not included. Our results showed that enzyme treatment increased dry matter content, preserved crude protein effectively, and elevated water soluble carbohydrate content. However, the pH value, acetic acid, propionic acid, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber contents in silage with enzyme inclusion were lower than those of the control.

The present study was carried out to summarize the effect of garlic in the hyperlipidemia rats by meta-analysis related studies. The association measure to test effect of garlic was the mean difference (MD). In this particular fixed-effect model of mean difference, body weight, liver weight, kidney weight and heart weight were significantly decreased (p < 0.05). Also, blood glucose, plasma total cholesterol, plasma triglycerides, LDL-cholesterol, liver cholesterol, liver triglycerides were significantly decreased. HDL-cholesterol was significantly increased. In this case of heterogeneous variable, random effect model was applied. In this model, liver weight, blood glucose, plasma total cholesterol, plasma triglycerides, LDL-cholesterol, liver cholesterol, liver triglycerides were significantly decreased. HDL-cholesterol was significantly increased. According to the meta-regression analysis, duration of injection was significantly for kidney weight, testis weight, plasma total cholesterol, plasma triglycerides, HDL-cholesterol, LDLcholesterol, liver cholesterol, liver triglycerides.
Objective: To investigate any association of the miRNA146a rs2910164 C>G polymorphism with head and neck cancer risk. Materials and Methods: The Medline, PubMed, PUBMED, EMBASE, Web of Science, WanFang and CNKI databases were searched and a meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.2 software. Results: After searching and evaluating the literature, a total seven papers involving 2,766 patients with head and neck cancer and 6,603 healthy controls were included into this meta analysis. The results showed that there were no significant differences between patients and healthy controls overall for the miRNA rs2910164 C>G gene polymorphism (dominant model:OR=0.78, 95%CI:0.58-1.04, P=0.09; recessive model:OR=0.86, 95%CI:0.67-1.12, P=0.27;GG:CC:OR=0.75, 95%CI:0.52-1.08, P=0.12;GC:CC:OR=0.79, 95%CI:0.60-1.04, P=0.10). However, a significant association of miRNA rs2910164 C>G gene polymorphism with Chinese head and neck cancer risk was noted, limited to the dominant model (OR=0.68, 95%CI:0.50-0.95, P=0.02;GG:CC:OR=0.62, 95%CI:0.42-0.92, P=0.02;GC:CC:OR=0.72, 95%CI:0.520.99, P=0.04). The need to support the ICT-using teaching and learning at elementary and secondary schools has led to various digital content service systems. The systems are designed to target the teachers and the students as the major users. The problems involved in them is that they do not provide such services as the integrated search and the systematic use of interface in terms of actual users' use of teaching and learning digital content. It's because they have been created at demands at each time. In an attempt to solve this problem, this study set out to suggest the integrated meta-data items of a teaching and learning digital content, which reflects the Dublin Core Education, the international meta-data standard. It also aimed to design an entity-relationship model to realize the digital content. The results of the integrated meta-data and the entity-relationship model will be utilized as a basic research to help the users to search for various teaching and learning digital contents on an integrated basis and to realize a consistent user interface. Furthermore, they are expected to contribute to the development a service system the teachers and the students can make better use of.
Objectives: The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is one of the main public health challenges currently facing the world. Because of its high transmissibility, COVID-19 has already caused extensive morbidity and mortality in many countries throughout the world. An accurate estimation of the basic reproduction number (R0) of COVID-19 would be beneficial for prevention programs. In light of discrepancies in original research on this issue, this systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to estimate the pooled R0 for COVID-19 in the current outbreak. Methods: International databases (including Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, and Scopus) were searched to identify studies conducted regarding the R0 of COVID-19. Articles were searched using the following keywords: "COVID-19" and "basic reproduction number" or "R0." The heterogeneity among studies was assessed using the I2 index, the Cochran Q test, and T2. A random-effects model was used to estimate R0 in this study. Results: The mean reported R0 in the identified articles was 3.38±1.40, with a range of 1.90 to 6.49. According to the results of the random-effects model, the pooled R0 for COVID-19 was estimated as 3.32 (95% confidence interval, 2.81 to 3.82). According to the results of the meta-regression analysis, the type of model used to estimate R0 did not have a significant effect on heterogeneity among studies (p=0.81). Conclusions: Considering the estimated R0 for COVID-19, reducing the number of contacts within the population is a necessary step to control the epidemic. The estimated overall R0 was higher than the World Health Organization estimate.
This paper proposes a new authentication model to solve the problem of personal information takeover and personal information theft by service providers using centralized servers for user authentication and management of personal information. The centralization issue is resolved by providing user authentication and information storage space through a decentralize platform, blockchain, and ensuring confidentiality of information through user-specific symmetric key encryption. The proposed model was implemented using the public-blockchain Ethereum and the web-based wallet extension MetaMask, and users access the Ethereum main network through the MetaMask on their browser and store their encrypted personal information in the Smart Contract. In the future, users will provide their personal information to the service provider through their Ethereum Account for the use of the new service, which will provide user authentication and personal information without subscription or a new authentication process. Service providers can reduce the costs of storing personal information and separate authentication methods, and prevent problems caused by personal information leakage.
