We use a path analysis to identify influential latent variables on employees' anticipated commitment to a merged bank. Survey samples are taken from Hanvit bank which is a merged form of Hanil and Sangup. Latent variables used in the path analysis are perceptions of organizational support, contact conditions, organizational unity, employee threat and organizational commitment. We find an interesting pre-merger group membership effect as well as merger pattern perceived by employees on the path for the anticipated commitment to the merged bank.

Many bipolar logic circuit of conventional occurred problem of speed delay according to deep saturation state of vertical NPN Transistor. In order to remove minority carries of the base region at changing signal in conventional bipolar logic circuit, we made transistor which is composed of NPN transistor shortened buried layer under the Base region, PNP transistor which is merged in base, epi layer and substrate. Also the Ring-Oscillator for measuring transmission time-delay per gate was designed as well. The structure of Gate consists of the vertical NPN Transistor, substrate and Merged PNP Transistor. In the result, we fount that tarriers which are coming into intrinsic Base from Emitter and the portion of edge are relatively a lot, so those make Base currents a lot and Gain is low with a few of collector currents because of cutting the buried layer of collector of conventional junction area. Merged PNP Transistor's currents are low because Base width is wide and the difference of Emitter's density and Base's density is small. we get amplitude of logic voltage of 200mv, the minimum of transmission delay-time of 211nS, and the minimum of transmission delay-time per gate of 7.26nS in AC characteristic output of Ring-Oscillator connected Gate.

In a multinomial sampling scheme some categories may be observed as partially classified because of technical or economic reasons. In this paper the maximum likelihood estimators(M.L.E) of multinomial probabilities are obtained when some frequencies are merged. We obtained the M.L.E and a method to evaluate the information gained by including merged frequencies in M.L.E we obtained an estimator of the covariance matrix and it is used to examine the information gained by including the merged frequency counts in estimating the cell probabilities. When certain individual frequency counts are missing a method is proposed for estimating the cell probabilities using EM algorithms.

The pressure-swirl atomizer is widely used for the injectors in liquid rocket engines thanks to its high performance atomization and broad stability margin range. Spray mixed-interaction is an important area of study especially in cases where the propellant is mixed by spray interaction after an oxidant and a fuel are discharged separately. This interaction of sprays results in a significant modification of the spray characteristics such as the spatial evolution of the sprays. Experiments are conducted by a photographic technique to quantify the merged angle of the interaction regions of sprays from two pressure-swirl injectors. The experimental results show that the merged angle is mainly determined by the momentum flux ratios between two swirled sprays.

In this study, effective multispectral Landsat TM band combinations for a merging with the high resolution IRS-1C PAN data using the IHS method to improve landuse accuracy is discussed. From the pre-classified image using the merged images with TM all six band images(with the exception of band 6 image) and PAN image, a sample data which has ten classes was generated. An evaluation of the overall classification accuracy for the representative seven merged images which were merged using each TM three-band images and IRS-1C PAN image by IHS method for the sample area. The increase in classification accuracy is most significant with the inclusion of two of TM4, TM5 and TM7 infrared band images. Especially, the largest increase(11.8 percent) in landuse classification accuracy were investigated when Landsat TM247 bands were merged with IRS-1C PAN data. The classification accuracy when TM three band image and PAN image were used without merging is higher than result of the case of using the merged images.

This paper was built for an activation of a merged education and development of non-subject, new type creative merged education program having effectivities. This program is disciplined a kind of flipped learning and camp program of 2 nights and 3 days. Given a problem which big enough and open-ended problem, multidisciplinary team that composed with engineering and design major students works the capstone design project. For ordinary engineering design process, 'how can we make?' was important. But in this program 'what can we make?' is more serious question. Our program was pursuing an creative idea that can induce innovation. Teaching or interference of professors was minimized and then students solve the problem theirselves by long time and liberal brainstorming. Last products is not real goods and only a proposal for manufacturing. Finally, the results are presented using ppt and board. After not only professors but also students of other teams can ask a question, resolve and comment on that proposal. The benefits of this program are that inner members of university take a whole process from planning and working to last evaluation. Besides economic benefit, they can secure an infrastructure for development of creative merged education program by running for several times and so can improve the program continuously. For an aspect of students, they can respond to recently highlighted creative experiences that required for recruitment.

In this study. we empirically compared and investigated the impacts and effects of M&A between the merging firms and the merged firms during the period from 1990 to 1997 which the developed countries' market principles were adopted and more autonomous and competitive M&A market were activated. For this purpose, this paper has set hypothesis and tested by analyzing those AAR, and CARs employing both market model and market adjusted model. The empirical results revealed in this research show that the CAR is more positive for merged firms than merging firms which are contrast with results of previous studies researched in 1980s.

In this paper, we propose the new hardware architecture which implements the stereo matching algorithm using the dynamprogrammethod. The proposed MOEPE(Merged Odd-Even PE) architecture operates in the systolic manner and finds the disparities form the intensities of the pixels on the epipolar line. The number of PEs used in the MOEPE architecture is the same number of the range constraint, which reduced the nuMber of the necessary PEs draMatically compared to the traditional method which uses the PEs with the same number of pixels on the epipolar line. For the normal sized images, the numof the MOEPE architecture is less than that of the PEs in the traditional method by 25${\times}$The proposed architecture is modeled with the VHDL code and simulated by the SYNOPSYS tool.

The min object of this study was to prove the effectiveness of PCA(principal component analysis) merged images produced by PCA method using high resolution IRS-1C PAN data and multispectral Landsat TM data A sample data which has ten classes was generated for evaluation of the overall classification accuracy. In result, merged sample image which TM13457 bands with IRS-1C PAN data by PCA method showed best result (95.1%). Especially, the largest improve (6.2%) in classification accuracy was resulted when IRS-1C PAN data was merged with TM123457 or TM13457 images. In addition, landuse classification accuracy of the PCA merged images was improved (5.16%) than original color composite images of Landsat TM data.
