Despite of increasing pressure of opening to free for medical market by an advanced nation and increasing number of portal websites for health information, there have been few studies on the issues of enhancing the service quality of health information websites. The survey exhibited that the quality factors mainly affect significant and satisfied level of health information websites were usability, information structure and contents, interaction, and revisiting. This study was conducted to develop the consumer-focused quality factor of health information websites using WebQual model which was valued at efficient evaluation tool for this information system The methods taken in this research was to survey quality factors for significant and satisfied level of 323 consumers live in Chungcheong-do which is based on 48 questionnaires of WebQual quality factors. Our research extracted quality factors, usability, information quality (information structure and contents), interaction (personalisation and privacy) about view of criticality and satisfaction and relevant degree of revisiting. The research results presented in the paper will provide an efficient way of installing healthcare websites, moreover stone toward a marketing strategy for the consumer focus website provides under fierce competition.

As the medical markets have gradually changed from suppliers' markets to consumers' ones, the demands for consumer-centered strategies of hospital management and marketing, improved medical services, etc., have been increasing. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at evaluating the marketing policies of our hospitals centering around the internal, cxternal and mutual marketing for consumers, and thereby presenting more influential strategies for hospitals. For this purpose, the employees and patients of a third stage general hospital in Seoul were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 285 patients and 284 employees answered the questionnaire. The results of the survey can be summarized as follows : First, patients come to a hospital directly, according to rumors or being introduced by its employee. Second, the important factors determining patients' choice of a hospital are facility, medical staff, traffic and employee. Other factors are patient's age, living area, distance between patient's house and hospital, etc. Third, patients' perception of a hospital affects their choice of the hospital. Fourth, employees and patients perceive differently the marketing strategies of the hospital. Fifth, well-planned marketing strategies may change some sources of inconveniences into those of conveniences. Based on the above findings, effective marketing strategies for gonoral hoopitale can be presented as followes. 1. The poblic relations of hospital should be established first with visiting patients and employees. 2. The marketing strategies should be-based on the factors determing patient's preferences for hospital. 3. The marketing strategies should be flcxiblc enough to complement the weak points of the hospital. 4. The marketing strategies should be directed towards the improved medical services as well as mutual actions between consumers and employccs. 5. The marketing strategies should take into consideration employees perception and thus induce their voluntary participation. All in all, the study may be limited in that its results cannot be easily generalizod due to its small size, patients' variublcs rather than qualitative medical services are primarily reviewed, and that it depended on a straight forward questlonnaire survey.
Among methods of the big data process, big data process under the cloud environment is becoming a main topic. As part of solving faced problem and strengthening industrial competitiveness in the medical and health industry, discussion on ways to activate big data is actively being conducted. Because the reason is a paradigm shift, saving pressure for increasing health care costs, and increased consumer interest for the level of service. In this paper, we find out the relationship between the cloud and big data. And we are to research and analysis a cloud-based big data case in the medical field. Finally we propose the efficient utilization and future outlook. For the smooth functioning of cloud-based medical big data, we have to solve the problems like infrastructure extension, analysis/application software development, and professional manpower training. In addition, we have to correct insufficient laws maintenance to the Cloud utilization, and improve the security and the recognition to personal information, and solve authority for data centralization.
This study aims to provide direction for improvement of the hospital's management environment for customer satisfaction management, which is ultimately consumer-oriented in practice. this study was analyzed the relationship between hospital use satisfaction relative to expected level and medical service provision process for inpatients. The study method collected data from September 10 to September 30, 2018 for patients with inpatient care at hospitals and general hospitals under 300 beds, and conducted a t-test, ANOVA, and logistic regression. According to the analysis, hospital brands were the most frequently chosen reason for hospitalization, followed by doctor brands. The satisfaction level of the inpatient medical service provision process showed no statistical differences depending on the general characteristics. It has been confirmed that the hospital's satisfaction level relative to the expected level of inpatients has a causal relationship that significantly affects the hospitalized procedure the course of the provision of medical services.
Recently, the growth of beauty industry such as plastic surgery and beauty is continued every year in Korea. With the increased interest in appearance based on the improvement of life standard and the development of media, people's perception of cosmetic plastic surgery is changing. Now, as the service for consumer satisfaction based on their desire, the perception of plastic surgery medical service is changed to the high value-added industry with the high growth potential. Thus, this study aims to suggest the strategies for providing the medical service that could satisfy customers, by drawing the factors cognized as important when customers aim to get the cosmetic plastic surgery, and then additionally analyzing the relationships of those factors. On top of performing the topic modeling based on customers' comments data of social commerce related to cosmetic plastic surgery, this study also conducted the network analysis for visualizing the relations of each keywords. The drawn main factors were divided by applying the sub-categories of the SERVQUAL theory, and the additional characteristics of plastic surgery were shown by referring the relevant previous researches. Moreover, the interview with the cosmetic plastic surgery specialists (plastic surgeons) and customers who actually received the plastic surgery, helped the understanding of the interpretation of each factor and the actual relevant phenomenons. The significance of this study is to draw and discuss the main factors that should be observed by Korean cosmetic plastic surgery medical institutes, by mining and analyzing the opinions of customers interested in the cosmetic plastic surgery and procedure with the use of topic modeling. In other words, the quality of medical service of cosmetic plastic surgery could be improved by presenting the key factors that could be considered by the cosmetic plastic surgery medical service suppliers and also the actual strategies.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data about medical consumer's behavior by the examination of the demographic characteristics, experience of medical service and attitude toward traditional medicine based on the outpatients of oriental medicine clinic. Methods: The participants of this study are outpatients in 5 oriental medicine clinics located in the metropolitan area. The resources were collected from the self-administration questionnaire survey. 202 samples were collected. The SPSS 13.0 for windows was used for statistical analysis: One-way ANOVA, $x^2-test$, correlation analysis were used to verify the results. Results & Conclusions: The results from this study are as follow. 1, The group which are in low-ade educational background and income selected traditional medicine for the promotion of health. In this group, traditional medicine was consumed with higher purchasing frequency and more satisfaction and considered more safe and effective, on the other hand western medicine was consumed with lower frequency. People In this group highly evaluated the kindness of oriental medicine doctor and more interested in health. 2. The group which selected traditional medicine for the treatment of disease more frequently consumed traditional medicine. People In this group highly evaluated the efficacy and economical efficiency of traditional me야cine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. 3. The group which selected traditional medicine for the management of disease iess : frequently consumed western medicine. People In this group highly evaluated the efficacy of traditional medicine. 4. Purchasing frequency on traditional medicine was higher in the 50year above group than $30{\sim}39year$, 29year and below group.(P<0.1) 5. Purchasing frequencyy on traditional medicine slightly correlated with the satisfaction of traditional medicine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. The satisfaction of traditional medicine strongly correlated with the kindness of oriental medicine doctor. 6. The efficacy of traditional medicine and the kindness of oriental medicine doctor were highly evaluated in the $10{\sim}19times$ experience group and 20times above experience group than $1{\sim}4times$ experience group.
Bisphenol A (BPA) is one of the chemicals used in monomer epoxy resins and polycarbonate plastics. The surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) method is precise for identifying biological materials and chemicals at considerably low concentrations. In the present article, the substrates coated with gold nanoparticles have been studied to identify BPA and control the diseases caused by this chemical. Gold nanoparticles were made by a simple chemical method and by applying gold salt and trisodium citrate dihydrate reductant and were coated on glass substrates by a spin-coat approach. Finally, using these SERS substrates as plasmonic sensors and Raman spectroscopy, the Raman signal enhancement of molecular vibrations of BPA was investigated. Then, the molecular vibrations of BPA in some consumer goods were identified by applying SERS substrates as plasmonic sensors and Raman spectroscopy. The fabricated gold nanoparticles are spherical and quasi-spherical nanoparticles that confirm the formation of gold nanoparticles by observing the plasmon resonance peak at 517 nm. Active SERS substrates have been coated with nanoparticles, which improve the Raman signal. The enhancement of the Raman signal is due to the resonance of the surface plasmons of the nanoparticles. Active SERS substrates, gold nanoparticles deposited on a glass substrate, were fabricated for the detection of BPA; a detection limit of 10-9 M and a relative standard deviation (RSD) equal to 4.17% were obtained for ten repeated measurements in the concentration of 10-9 M. Hence, the Raman results indicate that the active SERS substrates, gold nanoparticles for the detection of BPA along with the developed methods, show promising results for SERS-based studies and can lead to the development of microsensors. In Raman spectroscopy, SERS active substrate coated with gold nanoparticles are of interest, which is larger than gold particles due to the resonance of the surface plasmons of gold nanoparticles and the scattering of light from gold particles since the Raman signal amplifies the molecular vibrations of BPA. By decreasing the concentration of BPA deposited on the active SERS substrates, the Raman signal is also weakened due to the reduction of molecular vibrations. By increasing the surface roughness of the active SERS substrates, the Raman signal can be enhanced due to increased light scattering from rough centers, which are the same as the larger particles created throughout the deposition by the spin-coat method, and as a result, they enhance the signal by increasing the scattering of light. Then, the molecular vibrations of BPA were identified in some consumer goods by SERS substrates as plasmonic sensors and Raman spectroscopy.

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve medical librarians' educational programs to improve domestic medical library user services. To this end, the role of medical librarians was investigated, and the education areas were itemized, and then the MLA in the US and the KMLA in Korea were compared and analyzed. As a result, the improvement points for medical librarian education programs in Korea are: First, expansion of certification programs that select various types of education programs, education areas, education contents, and specialized fields, collaboration programs with related institutions, and education programs that advocate the value of KMLA are required. Second, there is a need for various educational programs in the current educational areas, such as 'research support service' and 'education/education design/consultation'. In particular, it is necessary to provide 'consumer health information service' and 'disaster information service' for which there is no education at all. In addition, it is necessary to precede the establishment of regulations on the domestic medical librarian education curriculum for the education of various 'information services in the field related to medicine'. Third, it is necessary to provide online education contents for librarians who have difficulty participating in face-to-face education.
MicroSoft Windows 10 IoT version, released in August 2015, successfully drew consumer interest by introducing the familiar Windows into the IoT market, and enabled an easier system construction of IoT web servers. Meanwhile, overdiagnosis has recently emerged as a controversy in medical society. Establishment of communication between IoT servers and medical devices will send treatment results to users and activate communication between hospitals, greatly reducing this problem. The IoT server, with its limited resources, utilizes lightweight protocols that do not generate traffic and are easy to use. This paper proposes IoT networks which will enable medical devices to easily provide ubiquitous environments to their users, through utilization of the lightweight Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP) and the secure Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP).

Objectives: The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of fresh versus frozen reconstituted botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) for the treatment of adductor type spasmodic dysphonia. Materials and Methods: After reconstitution with normal saline, BTX-A was used within 4 hours or it was kept frozen in a consumer grade freezer at about $-25^{\circ}C$ for up to 4 months. Thirty patients with spasmodic dysphonia were randomly assigned and treated with the either fresh or frozen BTX-A. About 83% of injections resulted in a satisfactory outcome with 5.3 months of mean action duration. Treatment outcomes and side effects of total 161 injections were compared along the duration of keeping BTX-A frozen. Results: There were no statistical differences in the duration of action, self-rated satisfaction score, and the duration of hoarseness and/or aspiration between fresh and frozen BTX-A treated groups. No significant side effects were observed and the frozen BTX-A were proved to be free of bacterial contamination. Conclusion: After being reconstituted and kept frozen, BTX-A may be safely used for more than 4 months without significant loss of its effectiveness or additional side effects.
