In the case of IPTV companies, most of them provide interactive services with additional video or information service through adjustment button or app, and cable TV operators had more adjustment data broadcasting than exclusive use data broadcasts. Therefore, domestic interactive broadcasting service type needs convergence type of revenue model needs and needs to be converted into new competitive interactive broadcasting program service environment.

  • Recently, local broadcast companies are experiencing financial shortages and business deterioration due to difficulties in securing income sources. This is due to the continuous decrease in viewership ratings as the contents of the broadcast companies do not attract the interest and participation of local residents. To resolve this issue, this paper presents a social network service closely coupled with local broadcasting. In the proposed service, the exposure range of articles is limited to a region so that reporters could easily find the interests of local residents. In addition, among the articles written by local residents, the articles requested to be broadcast by reporters are placed at the top section of the main page. From this UI configuration, local residents can easily recognize that their opinions can be directly connected to the broadcast, which is intended to activate their participation. The proposed service was implemented in the form of a prototype system with JCN, a broadcasting company in Ulsan, and this paper discusses its user interfaces, system structure, and an algorithm to estimate the priority of the written articles.

  • In proposing the concept of flow which focuses on experiencing the sites visited by Korean wave tourists as induced by drama or movies, this paper investigated role of involvement variables for Korean wave tourists in influencing flow construct of film sites. The involvement of Korean wave was found to operate as a mechanism by which challenge, skills, focused attention on site might be more organized or more actively experienced. This recognizes that there is clearly a need for making the FIT sites exposed much by any mix of various media. This study showed that challenges and skills influence enjoyment as output factor of flow film site visitors are assumed to participate the roles of film characters, experiencing the places and atmosphere. The degree of visitors' reflections in the film optimizes awareness of flow experiences on the site. Therefore, it is necessary to provide more detailed experiential program on the film sites with the wide variety of flow-related contents in the film.

  • Through the convergence of Internet technology and various information technologies, it is possible to collect and process vast amount of information and to exchange various knowledge according to user's personal preference. Especially, there is a tendency to prefer intimate contents connected with the user's preference through the flow of emotional changes contained in the movie media. Based on the information presented in the script, the user seeks to visualize the flow of the entire emotion, the flow of emotions in a specific scene, or a specific scene in order to understand it more quickly. In this paper, after obtaining the raw data from the movie web page, it transforms it into a standardized scenario format after refining process. After converting the refined data into an XML document to easily obtain various information, various sentences are predicted by inputting each paragraph into the emotion prediction system. We propose a system that can easily understand the change of the emotional state between the characters in the whole or a specific part of the various emotions required by the user by mixing the predicted emotions flow and the amount of information included in the script.

In this study, the directors of home childcare centers in C city was supposed to investigate the current status of food allergy management and its knowledge, attitude, and practice, and to prepare basic data for safe feeding of children. The study found that there were not many opportunities for teachers and cooking staffs to learn about food allergies compared to the director of childcare center, and that the directors with experience of education are desirable in knowledge, attitude and practice of food allergy management. Therefore, the government should provide education on food allergies by using various contents and media tailored to each level of directors, teacher, and cooking staff, and provide continuous promotion and support to ensure proper management of food allergies in childcare centers.

  • Recently, fake news has attracted worldwide attentions regardless of the fields. The Hyundai Research Institute estimated that the amount of fake news damage reached about 30.9 trillion won per year. The government is making efforts to develop artificial intelligence source technology to detect fake news such as holding "artificial intelligence R&D challenge" competition on the title of "searching for fake news." Fact checking services are also being provided in various private sector fields. Nevertheless, in academic fields, there are also many attempts have been conducted in detecting the fake news. Typically, there are different attempts in detecting fake news such as expert-based, collective intelligence-based, artificial intelligence-based, and semantic-based. However, the more accurate the fake news manipulation is, the more difficult it is to identify the authenticity of the news by analyzing the news itself. Furthermore, the accuracy of most fake news detection models tends to be overestimated. Therefore, in this study, we first propose a method to secure the fairness of false news detection model accuracy. Secondly, we propose a method to identify the authenticity of the news using the social data broadly generated by the reaction to the news as well as the contents of the news.
