This paper provides an overview of the E-learning service education on the last decade, In the early 2000's the emphasis of educational technology was on interactive multimedia- stand alone packages on computer hard disks or portable memory, which integrated a range of media forms in the lately. Customers handle finding the best sources of content.The system then uses social signals such as those coming from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, delicious as well as clicks and views. The SNS and network infrastructure is sufficiently mature that the focus should shift to how to use the technology most appropriately to facilitate learning. As we study environmental conditions of the traditional internet and the mobile internet users in some ways. In this paper, analyze the nature of learning, role of educational and suggest alternative policy, innovation of e-learning service and effective e-learning environment in developing technology.

This paper recommends flipped learning as a method to improve the learning abilities and the level of software utilization when it comes to using computers in children education institutes. Flipped learning enables a class fully making use of the up-to-date multimedia-related technology. Especially, flipped learning leads a participation-oriented class rather than lecture-based ones. Young child's teachers can, not only improve their capabilities to utilize multimedia, but also manage classes that follow the trend of the fourth industrial revolution. Therefore, this paper introduces the importance of media education when it comes to training preliminary teachers and suggests a flipped learning curriculum. This paper finds significance in future efficient education for raising creative and integrated thinking children.

Utilization of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are rapidly expanding to various fields ranging from defense, industry, entertainment and personal hobbies. Due to the increased activities of unmanned airplanes, many security problems have emerged, including flight path errors to undesired destinations, secondary threats due to exposed securities caused by the capture of unmanned airplanes in hostile countries. In this paper, we find security vulnerabilities in UAVs such as GPS spoofing, hacking captured video information, malfunction due to signal attenuation through jamming, and exposure of personal information due to image shooting. In order to solve this problem, the stability of the unstructured data is secured by setting the encryption of the video shooting information section using the virtual private network (VPN) to prevent the GPS spoofing attack. In addition, data integrity was ensured by applying personal information encryption and masking techniques to minimize the secondary damage caused by exposure of the UAV and to secure safety. It is expected that it will contribute to the safe use and stimulation of industry in the application field of UAV currently growing.

In this paper, we present important factors and methodologies that we have to follow for secure and efficient package management systems in a closed network. By analyzing previous works, we present several security considerations for the existing package management systems. Based on the consideration, we propose guidelines regarding the use of package management systems in the closed network. More specifically, we propose the development of new package management tools, utilization of physical storage media, utilization of local backup repositories, package updates, and downgrade batches for secure and efficient package management.

This study identified the utilization characteristics of individual fashion taste expression on Instagram, and examined the impact of the use of the media on the formation and change of fashion taste. The research method conducted 1:1 indepth interviews with 19 people in their 20s and 30s using 501 images for analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Posting, searching, and reading behavior on Instagram were identified in three dimensions (self-expression, information gathering, and relationship orientation). In the image of self-expression, clothes were displayed at the time so that they could be checked and applied in other ways. Accumulated posts inspired people to look back on past styles and use them to reflect on the present. A media environment that was constantly exposed to information in real time allowed people to try various styles by imitating other users' posts and share in a process of creatively exploring styles to help organize fashion tastes developmentally. Participants had selective relationships with people of similar tastes who experienced the pleasure of enjoying through the exchange of tastes in fashion. These taste mates directly influenced the formation or change of tastes, serving as a criteria for styles or presenting new styles. In this study, fashion taste was formed by individual efforts of pursuit (not a collective social class choice) and was a continuous process of constantly changing that also exploring discriminatory styles.

Social networking services (SNS) are developing significantly with the Internet and smartphones. It's a friendly social media, but if you think deeply about it, you'll find that it has a variety of faces. It is a communication tool between users, a medium for delivering information, an infrastructure for providing applications, and a community where people with common interests gather. In recent years, business tools, shopping and payment methods are also being swallowed. The influence of the spread of SNS on the real world is also expanding, and the work being dealt with from a sociological perspective is also increasing. Also, if you pay attention to the technical aspects of SNS, it is composed of various technical elements, such as infrastructure that handles large-scale access, user interface that supports comfortable use, and big data analysis to understand people's behavior more deeply. However, I usually use it as usual. However, if you look through SNS, you can see that the situation is surprisingly profound and multifaceted. This study began by looking at the history and current status of SNS and attempted to find its status through comparison with other media. From the point of view of relationship with society, it can be a risk and legal issue when using SNS, such as crimes using bad social media or social media. It is also necessary to comment on the activities on SNS or the guidelines established by the operators. Therefore, various legal issues on SNS will be discussed. Also, as an example of using SNS, I will introduce an example of using SNS in disaster response. From a more technical point of view, you will receive commentary on SNS's network-based technology and SNS's information use, and these articles will help you understand and use SNS safely and help you further utilize or develop SNS.

This study was based on 360-degree VR images, the next-generation media representative. Among the elderly living in nursing homes with low cognitive ability, we would like to study ways to effectively search maps using 2D images when searching maps directly through user scenarios.

Recently as various contents are mass produced based on high accessibility, the media contents market is more active. Users want to find content that suits their taste, and each platform is competing for personalized recommendations for content. For an efficient recommendation system, high-quality metadata is required. Existing platforms take a method in which the user directly inputs the metadata of an image. This will waste time and money processing large amounts of data. In this paper, for media hyperpersonalization recommendation, keyframes are extracted based on the YCrCb color model of the video based on movie trailers, movie genres are distinguished through supervised learning of artificial intelligence and In the future, we would like to propose a utilization plan for generating metadata.

In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

Due to the large sizes of streaming media, previous delivery techniques are not providing optimal performance. For this purpose, video proxy server is employed for reducing the bandwidth consumption, network congestion, and network traffic. This paper proposes a fast distributed network file system using state transition model in the media streaming system for efficient utilization of video proxy server. The proposed method is composed of three steps: step 1. Training process using state transition model, step 2. base and decision probability generation, and step 3. storing and deletion based on probability. In addition, storage space of video proxy server is divided into each segment area in order to store the segments efficiently and to avoid the fragmentation. The simulation results show that the proposed method performs better than other methods in terms of hit rate and number of deletion. Therefore, the proposed method provides the lowest user start-up latency and the highest bandwidth saving significantly.
