In this busy world actually stress is continuously grow up in research and monitoring social websites. The social interaction is a process by which people act and react in relation with each other like play, fight, dance we can find social interactions. In this we find social structure means maintain the relationships among peoples and group of peoples. Its a limit and depends on its behavior. Because relationships established on expectations of every one involve depending on social network. There is lot of difference between emotional pain and physical pain. When you feel stress on physical body we all feel with tensions, stress on physical consequences, physical effects on our health. When we work on social network websites, developments or any research related information retrieving etc. our brain is going into stress. Actually by social network interactions like watching movies, online shopping, online marketing, online business here we observe sentiment analysis of movie reviews and feedback of customers either positive/negative. In movies there we can observe peoples reaction with each other it depends on actions in film like fights, dances, dialogues, content. Here we can analysis of stress on brain different actions of movie reviews. All these movie review analysis and stress on brain can calculated by machine learning techniques. Actually in target oriented business, the persons who are working in marketing always their brain in stress condition their emotional conditions are different at different times. In this paper how does brain deal with stress management. In software industries when developers are work at home, connected with clients in online work they gone under stress. And their emotional levels and stress levels always changes regarding work communication. In this paper we represent emotional intelligence with stress based analysis using machine learning techniques in social networks. It is ability of the person to be aware on your own emotions or feeling as well as feelings or emotions of the others use this awareness to manage self and your relationships. social interactions is not only about you its about every one can interacting and their expectations too. It about maintaining performance. Performance is sociological understanding how people can interact and a key to know analysis of social interactions. It is always to maintain successful interactions and inline expectations. That is to satisfy the audience. So people careful to control all of these and maintain impression management.
In this intangible good-oriented, modern service economy era, we have to first understand the characteristics of the healthcare service in order to enhance the competitiveness of the healthcare industry and achieve continuous growth. In addition, service nature and characteristics should be reinforced so that connections can be made to the organizational job performance. To achieve the aforementioned results, this study analyzes the direct effects service nature and characteristics have on job performance in the healthcare industry and investigates the indirect effects with individual personality as the moderating effect. While conducting this study, a total of 340 healthcare workers were surveyed. Survey data from a total of 315 workers were used for analysis during empirical investigation of the research hypothesis. According to the analysis, it was proven that interactivity and horizontality among service nature and characteristics have a positive (+) effect on job effectiveness. This means that customer needs can be identified at customer touchpoints to quickly and accurately provide customers with the products and services they want, while horizontality among service nature and characteristics have a positive (+) effect on job effectiveness. This means that customer needs can be identified at customer touchpoints to quickly and accurately provide customers with the products and services they want, while horizontal communication enhance from department to department and from colleague to colleague within the organization can be linked to job performance. Also, with regards to the relationship shared between the customer or the patient, the job performance of healthcare workers may also improve if they provide customers with their desired service as an expert at the same level. In a rapidly changing healthcare environment, if the healthcare service nature and characteristics are put into practical use, it will be possible to propel the growth of hospitals and sustain it while investigating the moderating effects of individual personality, a partial moderating effect was observed for self-esteem and growth desire. As the study on service nature and characteristics came about only just recently, there is a needs for futher research. The study focuses on the healthcare service industry and hopefully, it will serve as a base study that can be applied to different service industries as well.
The desired level for multimedia services in the mobile web environment, the next generation web environment, is expected to be of PC level quality. And great efforts have been made in the development of hadware technology, communication technology, various kinds of services and standardization to support these services, In the mobile web environment, multimedia contents adaptation services should be available through supporting various kinds of devices, network abilities and users' preferences. It means that due to the variety of both desired devices' hardware specifications, called destinations, and desired QoSes, the QoSes in the destinations are not fixed or defined. If a new user wants to stream multimedia contents in a server through a new kind of terminal device, it should be considered whether the existing transcoders are able to adapt the multimedia contents. However, the existing libraries for multimedia adaptation have heavy transcoder figures which include all adaptive functions in one library, The challenge of universal access is too complex to be solved with these all in one solutions. Therefore, in this paper we propose an application independent multimedia adaptation framework which meets the QoS of new and varied mobile devices. This framework is composed of a group of unit transcoders having only one transcoding function respectively, Instead of heavy transcoders. Also, It includes the transcoder manager supporting the dynamic connections of the unit transcoders in order to satisfy end to end QoS.

Competition policy for growth and activation of market should consider structural nature of relevant industry closely. In this viewpoint, whether domestic MNOs(mobile network operators) are competing while securing the effect of scale economies and maximum production efficiency is an important element when looking for competition policy means of domestic mobile communication market. With this, present study analyzed level of MES (Minimum Efficient Scale) and whether achieving them or not through investigating the relation between the cost per minute and call traffic of domestic MNOs. This analysis is differentiated from existing econometric studies entailing several assumptions by enhancing a reality reflection through directly deducing of cost curve using verified data(cost per minute and call traffic). As a result of analysis, the levels of minimum efficient scale were different from each other between domestic MNOs, and an incumbent MNO(SKT) accomplished minimum efficient scale while entrant MNOs(KT and LGU+) could not yet reach minimum efficient scale level. This result demonstrates a gap exists in production efficiency level among domestic MNOs and implies that the policy to alleviate the gap among operators is required when establishing competitive policy in the future.
Similar to the other cultural contents, the character industry is based on the media which acts as the technological background. In fact, the character industry is the process of that a created character accesses to the consumers via media, builds its value and becomes licensed as a brand in the market. Therefore, it is crucial to select the most effective media for the consistence of a character in the market, as well as for construction of a higher brand quality of the character. Today, "Webtoon" might be considered as one of the marketing means which utilizes the Internet media for raising the character as a brand. Webtoon has apparent strength because it can be produced in shorter period and with less expense than through other media. Furthermore, Webtoon can be simply featured by the easiness of two-way communication and transference to another media through it. For these reasons, and according to the result of analyzing some Korean Webtoons, it seems obvious that the most effective media in character marketing is the Internet. In addition to the Internet, the strategic development in the media-mix is also important for establishing a brand of a character. However, the effective media-mix is available only when the character's external identity meets with the trait of its media. For the purpose of learning how the media-mix works when a character reaches for the consumers, a character "Hamataeng" was born and used in the experiment. This study will explain the marketing process through the use of own-created Webtoon and other contents, and suggest the ways to build a brand of a character. In addition, it is also indicated that a media-mixing strategy for transformation and expansion of the character to other media.
While the concept of Home Network is laying by and its interests are increasing by means of digitalizing of the information communication infrastructure, many efforts are in progress toward convenient lives. Moreover, as information household appliances which have a junction of connecting to the network are appearing over the past a few years, the demands against intellectual Home Services are increasing. In this paper, by being based upon Multimedia which is an essential factor for developing of various application services on ubiquitous computing environments, we suggest a simplified application model that could apply the information to the automated processing system after studying user's behavior patterns using authentication and access control for identity certification of users. In addition, we compared captured video images in the fixed range by pixel unit through some time and checked disorder of them. And that made safe of user certification as adopting self-developed certification method which was used 'Hash' algorism through salt function of 12 byte. In order to show the usefulness of this proposed model, we did some testing by emulator for control of information after construction for Intellectual Multimedia Server, which ubiquitous network is available on as a scheme so as to check out developed applications. According to experimental results, it is very reasonable to believe that we could extend various multimedia applications in our daily lives.

Presented in this paper are a new complex-umber filter architecture, which is suitable for an efficient implementation of baseband signal processing of digital communication systems, and a chip-set design of adaptive decision-feedback equalizer (ADFE) employing the proposed structure. The basic concept behind the approach proposed in this paper is to apply redundant binary (RB) arithmetic instead of conventional 2’s complement arithmetic in order to achieve an efficient realization of complex-number multiplication and accumulation. With the proposed way, an N-tap complex-number filter can be realized using 2N RB multipliers and 2N-2 RB adders, and each filter tap has its critical delay of $T_{m.RB}+T_{a.RB}$ (where $T_{m.RB}, T_{a.RB}$are delays of a RB multiplier and a RB adder, respectively), making the filter structure simple, as well as resulting in enhanced speed by means of reduced arithmetic operations. To demonstrate the proposed idea, a prototype ADFE chip-set, FFEM (Feed-Forward Equalizer Module) and DFEM (Decision-Feedback Equalizer Module) that can be cascaded to implement longer filter taps, has been designed. Each module is composed of two complex-number filter taps with their LMS coefficient update circuits, and contains about 26,000 gates. The chip-set was modeled and verified using COSSAP and VHDL, and synthesized using 0.8- μm SOG (Sea-Of-Gate) cell library.
NLP means the technology that mechanically analyzes a language spoken by a human and makes it into a form that can be understood by a computer. This is important because it is a core technology for communication between humans and devices, which is the basis of artificial intelligence. In this paper, I analyzed patent information of US and Korea in order to identify technical trends related to NLP, especially semantic analysis. and the purpose of this study is to provide meaningful information for future research on NLP. In conclusion, the number of Korea patents is 7.9% compared to the USA and the different frequencies of the major keywords were found to differ from country to country in technical direction. In addition, the upward or downward keywords are twice as many in the U.S. as in Korea, and reflect the trend of the times relatively more. Based on these results, in future study, I will analysis how upward trending keywords are described in actual patents for concrete technology prediction.

Providers haven't recently had a flexible construction cost estimation system to meet various needs of consumers about public housing. So the subject of this study is to estimate construction cost reasonably in early project stage of public housing and then develop reliable means which is able to support construction cost management and establish a adequate funding investment plan as a provider. In this study, Regression analysis was performed by the case on 20 public apartment complex which were designed from the first half of 2007 to the first half of 2008. A total construction cost of construction, civil engineering, machinery, elevator, land scape, electricity and communication work was used as one sample for increasing explanation and representativeness of the case. In addition, The total construction cost which is devided into design, contract and completion cost was variously analysed for increasing relevance of model and actual utilization. The result of estimation model based on a total construction cost set up completion and design cost showed that error rate is within 2%, which is a excellent result. The estimation model of the construction cost developed by this study is expected to estimate approximate construction cost which is adjacent real construction cost in early stage of the project by using some data.

The method to improve the detection sensitivity of Hand-held XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) device currently being developed is discussed. To minimize the loss of the intensity due to atmospheric gas molecules, the vacuum module, which can be filled with atmospheric or He gas, between the sample and the detector was installed. And the change of the detection sensitivity was measured in a vacuum and in the He gas-filled state. As a result, the following three important results were obtained; Firstly, XRF intensity was increased 2~4 times in the low energy range (3~4 keV). It is a very important result because the enhancement of the detection sensitivity means shortening of the detection time in Hand-held XRF device. Secondly, the possibility of detection of the elements less than 3 keV in emission energy was confirmed. Thirdly, the absorption by atmospheric gas molecules can be minimized without vacuum- sealed vessel in Hand-held XRF device, if the vacuum module filled with He gas is used. We concluded that all of three results are very meaningful in the development of a Hand-held XRF device.
