Protection sciences are new science. therefore, protection martial arts sciences are will studied be based on study of protection in order to supply high level by request. Moreover, It is reconstruction that protection martial arts masters education, systematic manage, certificate system, protection martial arts recognition certificate, protection martial arts equipment, practice of protection martial arts. Protection martial arts occurs on the unforeseen accident and body guarding, therefore martial arts concept of protection martial arts different general martial arts and sport. In order to develope of protection martial arts First, scientific thesis need of protection martial arts learning. Especially, aims of present protection martial arts is not protect oneself, protect the VIP to safely from all dangers is different thing with aims of general martial arts. Instinct that VIP protect rather than oneself should study and develop. Second, techniques and model of protection martial arts spread to who in connection with security service by systematic and organized. Preferentially, study of protection martial arts Techniques and model possible the protection martial arts learned society, found laboratory and endowed protection martial arts society organize and prevention for random of protection martial arts and must make the original protection martial arts. Third, protection martial arts official certificate and license system must organize in order to training and manage of protection martial art master, Match director(First Second), life physical director(First, Second, Third) is systematically manage by Ministry of Culture & Tourism Republic of Korea. Like this protection martial arts also classify the certificate by scholarship and experience. Fourth, In union to university, private security service company, public institution, police and system that possible leaning to protection martial arts certificate course important. In addition, destroy the commercial character of present martial arts and cultivate the pure martial arts mind, should develop to martial arts in order to improve the humanism and temperament of right body guard.

In order to explore the characteristics that are more suitable for the physical and mental development of young people, enrich the existing martial arts teaching material system. Through the literature method, experimental method, questionnaire method and other research methods, the teaching comparison experiment of martial arts textbooks in primary and secondary schools was carried out, and the attitudes of martial arts courses at different ages in primary and secondary schools were analyzed. For different types of martial arts teaching materials, primary school students are more fond of them than junior high school students, and students of different ages also have different degrees of love for the four types of martial arts teaching materials, pointing out that it is necessary to carry out the reform of martial arts teaching materials as soon as possible, improve the difficulty, teach martial arts skills and knowledge in the combination of attack and defense, and reduce the trend of gymnastics; adjust and improve the periodicity, pertinence and diversity of martial arts teaching materials; mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' interest in martial arts, and promote the inheritance of martial arts In the process of martial arts teaching, students' sense of identification with traditional Chinese culture is enhanced, and cultural self-confidence is enhanced.

오늘날 모든 국가는 체육강국이라는 전략적 목표를 제기하면서 스포츠는 국가 발전을 위해 점점 중요해지고 있다. 그중 동아시아의 무술 중 중국을 주무대로 활동하고 있는 무술은 그 역사가 길고, 의미가 깊으며 무술의 국제화 추진 역시 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동아시아의 무술 국제화 추진 과정에서 직면한 주요 문제점들을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 현재 무술의 이론체계가 일관되지 않고 미흡하며, 지역마다 문화적 배경에 큰 차이가 존재하며 국제화 보급 인재가 부족하며, 혁신적 추진방식이 아직 성숙하지 않다. 각 무술의 국제화 보급에서 직면한 주요 문제점을 기반으로 국제화 추진 전략의 분석을 진행 하는 동시에 무술 국제화 이론 체계 구축과 무술문화의 다양성에 대한 수용, 국제화 인재 공급 메커니즘을 보완하여, 과학적 혁신과 발맞춘 무술 국제화 추진 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 세계적 무대에서 중국 무술의 향후 계승과 발전, 그리고 중국무술의 가치에 대한 국제화 추진은 중요한 이론적 가치와 실천적 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 경찰무도 교육의 문제점에 대한 발전적인 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 시설적인 측면에서 현대화된 체육관으로 적정면적($8.5m^2$/1인당) 이상되어야 하고, 현재 4가지의 선택종목 뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 활용가능성이 있는 다양한 무도종목 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 시설이 필요하다 하겠다. 둘째, 경찰무도의 교육프로그램 측면으로 무도와 체력은 분리 교과로 이루어져야하며 수업시수의 확대도 필요하다. 그리고 현대사회에 흐름에 맞게 4개의 종목으로만이 아닌 세계적으로 인정받고 있는 공수도, 우슈쿵푸 등이 다양한 종목이 늘어나야 하고, 선택무도에서 현장에서 실용적인 경찰무도의 단계별 프로그램을 개발, 연결해야 한다. 셋째, 전문적이고, 높은 학습효과를 위해서는 교육경찰무도 교재를 개발해야 한다. 넷째, 다양한 무도 교수요원의 확충이 필요하고, 이를 위해 외부 전문가의 임용도 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

『충북국제무예액션영화제-Chungbuk International Martial Arts and Action Film Festival』는 『충주세계무예마스터십 ChungJu World Martial Arts Masterships』과 연계 하여 진행되는 영화제로서 25개국 약 50여편의 작품을 상영하였다. 8월 30일부터 9월 6일까지인 행사 기간 총 6일 동안 장편 32편, 단편 24편의 무예액션영화를 선보이게 되면서 명실상부(名實相符)한 국내에 진행되고 있는 유일에 무예 액션 영화제가 되었다. 『충북국제무예액션영화제』는 '무예, 영화의 역사를 바꾸다!'라는 슬로건 아래 무예액션영화를 통해 무예(武藝), 무도(武道), 무술(武術)의 핵심가치인 삼재(三才: 하늘(天), 땅(地), 사람(人))를 중심으로 무예 정신이 추구하는 삶의 가치를 조명하고 점(點), 선(線), 면(面)의 공간을 중심으로 펼쳐지는 무예의 움직임을 통해 인간이 펼칠 수 있는 가장 아름다운 몸짓의 미적 가치를 탐구하였다. 그리고 이번 영화제를 통해 세계인과 함께하는 축제로 성장시킬 가능성을 엿보게 되었다. 이번 영화제를 계기로 『충북국제무예액션영화제』의 아이덴티티를 확고히 함으로써 단발성으로 사라져 버리는 영화제가 아닌 지속 가능한 영화제로의 정체성을 확립시키고 그동안 장르 영화의 한 갈래인 무예 액션 영화에 대한 이미지를 고취 시키며, 이런 이미지의 확실성을 통해 영화제만의 고유한 색깔을 가지고 국내 그리고 국제영화제들과의 차별성을 분명하게 하고, 국내에 머물지 않고 동북아(한·중·일), 동남아, 중아 아시아 아울러 세계 모든 국가가 참여할 수 있는 축제의 장을 마련하려고 한다. 그렇다면 이번 영화제의 결과를 통해 미래의 가치를 연구해 보도록 한다.

This study is focused on looking into the essence and application in the modem history of 'Martial Art Culture' that is a representative cultural code in the East Asia. Doubting and reconstructing the paradigm of the past and present, Postmodernism in the 21st century has defined marital arts as a new cultural phenomenon. This study begins by doubting whether the essence of martial arts was a cultural conduct to train both bodies and spirits. Practically used as a fighting skill since the primitive age, martial arts has fallen into sports or cultural behaviors due to the invention of the state-of-the-art modern weapons. However modern people misunderstand that martial arts of East Asia is originated a kind of cultural behaviors. It implies there is a fundamental mistake in the wat Western civilization evaluates the orientalism. This study analyzes this mistake through access method based on realities of modern history. This trial will contribute to expanding the thinking range, inquiring into varied cultural phenomena including martial arts which are misunderstood in modern history.

Chinese martial arts culture is a kind of Chinese kung fu culture, a cultural category that uses martial arts kung fu for chivalry and justice. Chinese martial arts MMORPG online game is the embodiment of Chinese martial arts culture in online games, which is a unique Chinese online game. The image of beggar chivalry is a special chivalrous image in Chinese martial arts culture, and in the top 3 martial arts MMORPG online games, all of them have the image of beggar chivalry, which shows that this image has a wide player base. The Q methodology is an approach that endeavors to discover complex issues in human subjectivity, unlike existing empirical studies. In order to determine the type of beggar chivalry image preference of the game players, 32 beggar chivalry images were selected in the study and three types of beggar chivalry images were found through the Q method: Type 1 is the type of gorgeous and noble beggar chivalry; Type 2 is a competent type and is good at fighting the beggar's chivalry; and Type 3 is comparable relatively refined type. The result of this study is that the image of beggar chivalry preferred by game players is the opposite of the traditional Chinese image of beggar chivalry. The traditional image of beggar is the image of wearing plain and begging in the street, but the image of beggar chivalry that is liked in online games is luxurious, noble, exquisite and about the image of good at fighting. This research result has some value and significance in the development and design of beggar chivalrous image in future martial arts MMORPG online games.

The Taekwondo is the martial arts where possibility thousand Ul of history and the ancestor is put in with specific martial arts of our nation. In like this features martial arts even from each country condition anger and the sports raises the phase of the country is racing with of course martial arts. Specially from China it makes the right shoe which is a Chinese martial arts with condition item and sports anger the features of the martial arts origination to do and there is a possibility of seeing the features which in the succession nose sleeping martial arts perforation defends it concentrates. The martial arts perforation character is letting in religion and philosophy thought of the Orient. Confucianism and Buddhism, it puts in the teaching of friendship thoughts and heaven and earth positive and negative principles, five lines and eight divination signs. Features of like this perforation our ancestors the positive and negative principles where the philosophy of the Orient is put in, there is a possibility of searching from life and the Taekwondo which it does with at five events together. 이 연구는 최상의 경호수행을 위해서 경호원이 갖추어야 할 경호무도의 정신요인에 대하여 분석적 계층화과정(AHP) 기법을 활용한 상대적 중요도를 평가하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 경호학 전공자와 경호 관련 종사자, 그리고 경호이론 및 실기전문가 540명을 선정하였다. 정신특성에 대한 요인추출 단계에서는 문헌고찰을 통해서 수집된 자료를 활용하여 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이렇게 확인된 정신개념구조를 활용하여 요인 간 상대적 중요도를 전문가 설문을 통해 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 18.0 for windows와 AMOS 5.0 그리고 Expert Choice 2000을 활용하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해서 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호무도 정신특성과 관련한 요인탐색 결과 4개의 일반요인과 20개 세부요인을 탐색할 수 있었다. 탐색된 요인의 구인타당성을 확인한 결과 모든 기준치에서 안정적인 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 경호무도의 정신특성 개념의 구인은 타당하다고 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 경호무도 정신개념의 일반 요인에 대한 명명화 과정을 통해서 심리관련, 사상관련, 무도관련, 실천관련 정신으로 구성하였고, 심리관련 정신 요인은 집중, 자신감, 자기관리, 몰입, 자부심(자존감)으로, 사상관련 정신 요인은 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감으로, 무도관련 정신 요인은 예의, 강인, 호신, 심신일여, 용맹(기)으로, 실천관련 정신 요인은 책임, 협동, 겸손, 결단, 프로정신으로 구성하는 것이 타당하다는 결론에 도달했다. 둘째, 경호무도의 위계모형은 4개의 상위 개념과 20개의 하위개념으로 구성하였다. 이러한 경호무도 정신특성 위계모형을 토대로 상대적 중요를 평가한 결과 사상관련 정신(.482), 무도관련 정신(.248), 실천관련 정신(.188), 심리관련 정신(.083) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 그리고 하위개념에 대한 경호무도의 정신특성에 대한 중요도는 희생(.252), 예의(.110), 사명감(.108), 책임(.073), 충성(.053), 강인성(.052), 정의(.049), 호신(.038), 프로정신(.038), 결단(.035), 협동(.029), 자신감(.026), 용맹(기)(.025), 자부심(자존감)(.024), 심신일여(.023), 인류평화(.019), 집중(.014), 겸손(.013), 자기관리(.011), 몰입(.007) 순으로 중요도가 판명되었다. 즉 경호무도는 희생, 정의, 충성, 인류평화, 사명감과 같은 사상관련 정신 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이라고 평가할 수 있다.

본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹 시대의 '비대면 홍보·미디어 전략과 방안'을 세계무예마스터십을 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 다른 스포츠 이벤트에 적용할 수 있는 이론적 기초로 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위해 기존에 열린 1·2회 무예마스터십의 홍보·미디어 전략을 유형별로 나누어 내용분석하고 향후 3회 대회를 준비하는 세계무예마스터십위원회(WMC)의 국내외 홍보·미디어 기획 담당자들을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 연구결과 대회 홍보·미디어의 직접적 차원인 '온라인(Online) 무예대회 개최와 언택트(Untact) 컨벤션 플랫폼, 거점 무예 교육시설 건립'은 예산만 뒷받침 된다면 성공적인 수행이 가능하며, 간접적 차원인 '무예 브랜드화, 대중화, 산업화'는 아이디어와 실행인력만 충분하면 코로나 팬데믹 시대를 극복할 새로운 방안이 될 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. IT강국의 저력과 충북 무예 인프라가 결합된다면 메가 스포츠 이벤트를 준비하는 지역 자치단체들은 '비대면-K스포츠'란 새로운 모델을 개척할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
