The use of SNS (Social Network Service) has been increasing in world society and the SNS has been used to satisfy different purposes of social groups over the years. In the beginning, the SNS were formed using e-mail, listserve, newsgroup, etc., where information was shared among relatively homogeneous groups of people. Now different groups including corporations have been using SNS such as personal web pages, blogs, Facebook and Twitter for their social media marketing. This study intends to verify the relationship between SNS use and export marketing performance. To achieve this, different types of SNS use were analyzed in order to verify their relationship with export marketing performance. The conceptual model is suggested in this paper and several research constructs are identified. The constructs used in this paper include export marketing performance, SNS use, degree of innovation, product online fitness, marketing competence, and internationalization competence. According to the results, the SNS use directly influences the export marketing performance. In addition, the factors which determine the level of SNS use are product's online fitness and organizational willingness to undertake innovation. Therefore, it is suggested to increase SNS use in different marketing purposes for future research.
Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and self-efficacy on the positive effects of new firm creation are well developed in past research. However, marketing self-efficacy has not received enough attention on the prediction of entrepreneurial intention despite marketing and entrepreneurship are crucial when creating a new firm. Moreover, resilience has a central role in entrepreneurship research while present study aims to explore the impact of psychological factors on new venture creation but scholars have not begun to uncover specific mechanism through which marketing self-efficacy, resilience and entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study then was to examine resilience as mediator in the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. Questionnaires were employed to collect data from major universities of future entrepreneurs in Korea. A total of 315 completed questionnaires were returned. Results showed that marketing self-efficacy and resilience had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Further, resilience had a significant mediating effect on the marketing self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention relationship. These results suggest theoretical and practical implications as an important factor to stimulate entrepreneurial intention.

Recently, Cruise travel Industry becomes a major market in the SIT tour. this perspective, the primary purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between influencing factors of the Selection Attributes of Cruise Tour. This research aims to provide information to establish customer-oriented marketing strategies in developing by cruise tour. The current study examined related literature finding out the number of the factors to meet future users preference and expectations. Based on examined factors, the study investigated the same dimensions in Korea future cruise industry. The data collected outgoing tourists of travel service company. The Survey instrument consisted of asking respondents a number of questions regarding their intention, preferences, and expectations toward future cruise travel. The result of study showed that a certain number of factors were statistically significant on the future users cruise travel intention. It shows that there was significant difference related to the using purpose and the usage attitude. It can be conducted from the results that respondents expected a certain number of factors when the cruise travel launched in korea.
The purposes of this study were to investigate factors of the Obstetrics & Gynecology healthcare consumers' selection of hospitals by lifestyle segmentation and to propose managerial suggestions in health care marketing. Out of total 400 Questionnaires, 351 were considered to be valid for final analysis. The Questionnaire consisted of 81 Questions. 11 demographic Questions, 15 factors for selecting hospitals, 55 lifestyle. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/pc+ Version 10.0. The subjects were divided into four groups in terms of their lifestyles: 'health active group', 'health conscious group', 'health indifferent group', 'health inactive group'. The analysis of factors related to the selection of hospitals shows that there were four factors: 'accessability', 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience', 'facilities'. Conclusion: As a results of this study, 4 types of healthcare consumers' lifestyle were defined. Each life style has specific characteristics. 'Health active group' pursue 'accessability', 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience' and Health conscious group' depended on 'medical trust', 'cost and convenience'. and 'facilities'. 'Health indifferent group' didn't show any special interest in the selection of hospitals and that 'Health inactive group' relied on 'medical trust', and 'facilities'.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the risk factors influencing turnover intention of nurses. Method: The participants in this descriptive survey on causal relations were 756 nurses who were working at a tertiary university hospital in Seoul. The data were put in to multiple regression analysis to build a prediction model. Results: Turnover intention according to general features were shown as following.: Age, Clinical careers, Educational level, Marital status, Economic status(Yearly income). The relationship between turnover intention and job stress had positive correlation. But the relationship between turnover and other factors that job satisfaction, internal marketing, and organizational commitment had negative correlation. The causal factors of turnover intention were organizational commitment, the factors of organizational support and patient/caregiver relationships among subcategories of job stress and the factor of professional position among subcategories of job satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of study suggest that board intervention program should be provided to prevent problems of turnover. It is also recommended that a program be developed that can help control the variables identified in this study along with follow up study to verify the model.

Internationalization of multinational companies in the globalized context is a popular topic in the academic world and it is also a strong concern of CEO/managers. However, this topic has not been well discussed in the academic community in Vietnam that can be contextualized in the typical transition economy. This paper is designed to explore critical success factors (CSF) of internationalization of large Vietnamese companies that have contributed major revenue from the international market. Through interviews with CEO/managers of successful companies geared toward world markets, the CSFs of internationalization have been identified and categorized into groups in which each CSF has interaction with each other, and together have combined impacts on the success of internationalization. The research results provide a conceptual framework to analyze factors affecting internationalization of large Vietnamese companies. Thank to this conceptual framework, further exploratory and/or confirmatory research can be developed to locate more success factors of internationalization. In addition, some particularly critical factors of internationalization success of Vietnamese companies are found to be useful to both CEO/managers and policymakers. CEO/managers can benefit from the research results by concentrate their limited efforts/resources in managing these CSFs, and policymaker may design CSF-based policies to boost the internationalization of domestic companies.

Home-based business (HBB) is one of the fastest growing form of business start-ups where the business is conducted from home. In develop economies, the HBB industry is an engine for economic growth that has proven its viability through significant contribution to the national GDP. In view of its importance, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Industry encourage local women to start and develop their own HBB as it gives them the flexibility while still contributing to the national economy. Although various initiatives have been taken place, little information is available about Saudi HBB. This study therefore aims to determine the factors that contribute to the growth as well as the challenges of female HBB in Saudi Arabia. The study was based on qualitative approach which adopted an in-depth interview with eleven Saudi females who run HBB. The findings revealed that HBB contributing factors comprised of access to funding, sufficiency of savings and the influence of the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in starting the business. Meanwhile, the obstacles are government regulations and policies, culture, and home design. The study recommendations include improving banks and service institution policy and procedures to enable HBB to have access to funding and services and to develop legal policies to protect the right of the HBB operator and customers. Finally, the study also suggests future research on managerial factors that can contribute to HBB female success, the stress coping mechanism of HBB and the factors contributing to the difference between HBB in growth strategies.
Korea's clothing industry which has been country's leading export industry and basic strategical industry is now faced with many difficulties both domestically and internationally. Domestically it is faced with continuing shortage of manpower in both production line and management high labour cost causing increase in price putting more weight on behavior of consumers resulting in change of industrial environment and continuing structural problems of industry itself. Internationally it is faced with strengthening of import regulations and protectionism of developed countries and rapid emergence of underdeveloped countries as leading exporting nations. In reality export plays the most essential role in our economy and is especially sensitive to the external environmental factors. Already economic bloc phonomenon can be seen everywhere and is continuing to accelerate in place such as E. U in Europ, North & South America as NAFTA, and South East Asian contries which recent tendency of economic unity effort is present. These countries of such economic blocs are imposing heavy custom duties reinforcing provision of country origin and acting out strict inspection regulations in order to protect the interest of their own industry. Therefore it is vital to manufacture excellent quality goods For these reasons study in this area has brought attention in Korea as well as worldwide in the recent years. Apparel industry which requires professional technology and ability is the most competitive international business. In order to challenge the international market the high level of intelligence is most required to produce high quality goods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between functions and roles of marketing and to approach problems in more efficient manner. Apparel industry is composed of various programs such as design pattern making merchandising and textile science. To succeed in the business is to give the highest satisfaction to the targeted market. Hence this study will example the factors that determine the Cost Quality and Performance of apparel products. The study will involve following steps; firstly establish relationship between the quality concept and productivity of apparel products Secondly inquire in to marketing strategy laying stress on apparel production related factors focusing on merchandising marketing production and operations Thirdly prospect 21st century apparel industry focusing on garment production and trade and also other countries structural improvement Fourthly establish the new dimension of competitive factors by grasping the actual circumstance of Korea's apparel industry in the international market. The research method will include; First reality approach method by analysing the present state of industry Second literal analysis such as marketing comparisons between leading apparel exporting countries.
This is the research on the correlation between the marketing activities conducted by the companies participating in the overseas exhibitions in the exhibition and the satisfaction of the visitors. I have been able to obtain the following findings through the positive research on the satisfaction of the visitors to the overseas exhibitions. The research findings show that the external elements of the participating companies such as 'external appearances of booths, interior facilities and the atmosphere', 'designs of exhibits', 'size of the participating companies', and the publicity elements of the participating companies such as 'the degree of application of mass media', 'prior publicity of the participating companies', etc. among the marketing activities conducted by the participating companies in the exhibition affect the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors. The findings also show that the elements to induce the interest of the visitors such as the booth design and display of products where the participating companies may produce their unique image and the prior publicity to the visitors constitute the important elements of marketing. It has also been revealed that the visitors whose purpose of the visits are to purchase the products and to satisfy their interest in 'the events and contents of the events affect the interest and the repeat business deals of the visitors, among the interest and repeat business deals pursuant to the characteristics of the visitors. It has also been found that the visitors who have recognized the representative brands in the exhibitions affect the interest and the repeat business deals and the visitors who have visited the exhibition several times are more satisfied than the visitors who have visited the exhibition for the first time. The comparative evaluation of the degree of importance of the marketing activities of the participating companies before the visitors' visit to the exhibitions and the degree of satisfaction after their visit reveals degrees of satisfaction in the order of 'the booth staff's professional knowledge of the exhibits', 'foreign language proficiency and their techniques of negotiation and demonstration', 'designs of the exhibits (colors and packaging), 'prior publicity of the participating companies. Such being the case, the companies participating in any of the overseas should maximize the result of their participation in the exhibition by training their staff in the products and foreign languages and through the prior publicity. It has also been found out that "the atmosphere of the booth in the exhibition such as 'launching of new products', 'external appearances of the booth, layout of the interior facilities and the atmosphere and events of the participating companies affect the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors, among the factors for the satisfaction of the visitors. Therefore, it has been proven that the external factors such as the external appearances of the booth, display of the products, launching of new products and events producing the atmosphere of the booth of the participating companies among the marketing activities conducted by the participating companies, and the extent of the training of the booth staff and prior publicity are the major factors affecting the interest and repeat business deals of the visitors.
The purpose of this research is to achieve qualitative growth for private security industry as a sector of service industry to attract clients and promote the growth of the private security industry by analyzing the factors which influence the customer's service satisfaction in using the private security services. A regression analysis was conducted to determine the factors which influences the satisfaction of private security service to ultimately achieve the research purpose. In the regression analysis, the difference between corporate clients and individual clients were analyzed for the sake of providing better security services and marketing applications. As a result, the factors that influences the satisfaction of the categorized groups were very clearly signified. Both individual and corporate clients showed increase in satisfaction rate when the fear of crime decreased. This result implies that the private security firms must possess segmented strategies as well as strategies to lower the fear factors of clients. There were no differences in all satisfaction-influencing factors when the fear reduction variable was exempted among both corporate and individual clients in usage satisfaction. This result shows that clients demand varies according to the client and the security firms must react to these demands by the clients. Although private security industry possess very clear publicity, it is a profit generating industry sector therefore, like other service industry, the private security services must implement strategies to keep up with the paradigm. If the satisfaction determinants from the research results are grafted into strategies such relationship marketing and target market selection, higher service satisfaction can be achieved from the clients.
