There are lots of buildings with their deterioration in wholesale markets which have high concentration that can cause big fire due to difficulty of installing fire protection system in fire compartment, absence of safety awareness, access by many and unspecified people. There had been big fire that caused by these kind of fire weakness such as Seomun Market's in 2005 which costed tens of millions dollar, Dongmun Shopping District’s with 7 casualties. Now counter-measure against these fire is urgently needed. This study drew characteristic of current condition of wholesale markets and the one classified by main agent, fire cases and prevention of fire through statistical data. Also, current condition of fire prevention management and actual state were investigated by conducting a survey of person in charge of fire prevention and current practician. As a result, it was shown that securing professionalism of fire prevention, improvement of structural weakness of buildings, obtaining reliability on performance of fire protection system and internal fire education against practician in the market are needed.

Recently, domestic interest about wireless internet is rising gradually. Characteristic of present domestic wireless market is that mobile communication businessmans appropriate each other different mobile platform. So, contents provider's development environment can not be same each other. This makes contents providers repeat same work. To solve this problem, standardization work of wireless internet market was begun. The three mobile communication companies and TTA (Telecommunications Technology Association), RRU(Radio Research Laboratory), ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute) progressed standardization. By the result, May 2002, WIPI that is wireless standard platform selected by mobile platform standard that is TTA organization standard. In this paper, 1 am going to examine the WIPI. WIPI can reduce mostly expense that happen when we use different platform. 1 design and embody common phrase function. Through this, 1 am going to show improvement of the character input speed in cellular phone. And I wish to discuss expected cost decrease effect. Investigate about platform of treatise that is used in domestic. analyze about the characteristic, merits and demerits. Chatting service and common phrase function design and embody. Finally, wish to discuss about advantage of common phrase function and practical use field.

The purpose of this study is to deduce a successful business model of fintech and suggest the business model component in fintech on domestics. Business model has suggested on a strategic levels but it is to a value of corporation. From literature research, we find a conceptual character and its component of business model. The results show that we understand the business model of fintech. We suggest business model of component for a successful entry of market. These results suggest business model canvas by Alexander Osterwalder. This business model consist of 9 blocks - customer segmentation, value proposition, customer relationship, key resource, key activity, key partnership, revenue stream, and cost structure. These components need an analytic approach for a successful entry and settlement of market. Also, we analyze and suggest a fintech business model and directivity of its components.

In domestic game market, the video game market is getting smaller and also decreasing funds and high level developers. So we need the software that can help us to make more realistic and high quality contents by non-expert developer in poor environments. In this paper, we selected global studio's animations which were scored good evaluation by public and critics as a well-made emotional expression that can convey the emotion properly. We selected movements that express emotions from the animation scripts by using Ekman's 6 basic emotions and Greimas' dynamic predicate, and then we had analyzed and categorized with the data. We also analyzed the movements for which data we needed to create specific movements to express emotions by using 'Animation Layer' that used in Unity's blending process. And suggest concept of the program that to create the emotional expression movements by using those analyzed data.

The relevance of the study implies the need to explain the main determinants of environmental policy, allowing countries to converge on a common working basis. The purpose of the research is to explore ways in which the environmental aspects of EU regions and territories can be shaped to apply to domestic environmental policy. A total of 997 representatives from the Ukrainian UTCs, who are involved in local environmental policy, participated in the survey. Results of the research. A hierarchy of regional environmental policy objectives has been identified. Three key principles of eco-policy development have been distinguished. The means of the innovative approach strategy implementation have been outlined (formation of the regional market of environmental services; organization of interaction between environmental agencies and market structures; establishment of environmental funds which finance environmental activities; implementation of the "collateral return" system; formation of a system of benefits and loans to enterprises that successfully implement the environmental policy). The means of the prognostic approach implementation strategy to the development of the region's environmental policy have been determined (the use of an orderly and successful long-term strategy of economic development of the region; obligatory consideration in the mechanisms strategy aimed at improvement of environmental management system of the region, interbranch impact of the projects implemented on the region's ecological situation; taking into consideration the economic and geographical peculiarities of the region, the necessary infrastructure, issues of the territorial location of the large enterprises in the region and their impact on the environment). The means of the traditional approach strategy implementation have been outlined (activity programs focused on solution of specific problems, rather than on the implementation of measures for environmental restoration and enhancement; nature conservation problems have interbranch, interdepartmental character due to unity of the region's ecosystem; tracking complexity of changing conditions (water basins, woodlands, air-mass transport), regional boundaries generally do not coincide with natural ecosystems boundaries). The practical significance of the study lies in providing recommendations for the implementation of certain aspects of Ukrainian UTC's environmental policy.

Document page segmentation is an important step in building a quality optical character recognition module. The study examined already existing work on the topic of page segmentation and focused on the development of a segmentation model that has greater functional significance for application in an organization, as well as broad capabilities for managing the quality of the model. The main problems of document segmentation were highlighted, which include a complex background of intersecting objects. As classes for detection, not only classic text, table and figure were selected, but also additional types, such as signature, logo and table without borders (or with partially missing borders). This made it possible to pose a non-trivial task of detecting non-standard document elements. The authors compared existing neural network architectures for object detection based on published research data. The most suitable architecture was RetinaNet. To ensure the possibility of quality control of the model, a method based on neural network modeling using the RetinaNet architecture is proposed. During the study, several models were built, the quality of which was assessed on the test sample using the Mean average Precision metric. The best result among the constructed algorithms was shown by a model that includes four neural networks: the focus of the first neural network on detecting tables and tables without borders, the second - seals and signatures, the third - pictures and logos, and the fourth - text. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the approach based on four neural networks showed the best results in accordance with the objectives of the study on the test sample in the context of most classes of detection. The method proposed in the article can be used to recognize other objects. A promising direction in which the analysis can be continued is the segmentation of tables; the areas of the table that differ in function will act as classes: heading, cell with a name, cell with data, empty cell.

The number of natural products obtained from plants has now reached over 100,000 and new chemical compounds are being discovered ever year. Medicinal and Aromatic plants and their extracts have been used for centuries to relieve pain, aid healing, kill bacteria and insects are important as the antifungal and anti-herbivore agents with further compounds being involved in the symbiotic associations. Although their functions in plants have not been fully established, it is Known that some substances have growth regulatory properties while others are involved in pollination and seed dispersal. The complex nature of these chemicals are usually produced in various types of secretory structures which is an important character of a plant family and also influenced and controlled by genetic and ecological factors. Detailed anatomical description of these structures ave relevant to the market value of the plants, the verification of authenticity of a given species and for the detection of substitution or adulteration. Volatile oils are used for their therapeutic action for flavoring of lemon, in perfumery of rose or as starting materials for the synthesis of other compounds of turpentine. For therapeutic purposes they are administered as inhalations of eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, as gargles and mouthwashes of thymol and transdermally many essential oils including those of lavender, etc. With these current trend for using volatile components in essential oil will be increasing in the future in Korea and in the world as well.

Nowadays, the public as well as science educators pays much attention to the fourth industrial revolution and wonders what will happen to the societies in the future. Thus, this study aimed at predicting the education environment which will be brought from the fourth industrial revolution, and suggesting the solutions or tasks to be investigated in science education. Through the literature review, this study categorized the major changes of future society into a wild fluctuation of job market, the shift from possession-based economy to sharing economy, post-urbanized and distributed system, and the crisis of dehumanization. According to the four major changes, this study predicted the future environment that will occur to the educational system. First, the students should the competences necessary for the future and the school curriculum will be changed in terms of width and depth. Second, sharing economy may bring about the open platform similar to MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) or TED. Third, the manifestation of artificial intelligence in education will enable the individual and paced learning, and thanks to the change, the concept of distributed cognition will be more focused in education research. Fourth, the collaborative learning and character education should be more stressed to resist the dehumanization. This study suggests relevant tasks and issues that should be tackled for the successful change in primary and secondary schools.

Digital makeup(DM), depending upon computer graphic softwares, is applied to various fields, e.g. character works in movie and game industries and visual printouts in printing works. Focused on makeup field, DM is extremely conducive to developing, scientizing and informationalizing makeup patterns. Despite of unlimited potential of DM of which market size has been growing day by day, its practical use by domestic makeup experts and educators is much less active than expected as far, due to the lack of knowledge accumulation. The purpose of this study is to suggest some theoretical frameworks to generalize DM techniques and analyze two cases using the frames therefore support academicians' recent efforts to theorize DM techniques. The study 1) defines and categorizes the concepts of DM and DFX(digital special effect); 2) reviews the literature relevant to DM and generalizes the types and methods of DM techniques; 3) applies general frames to analyzing two movie cases, famous for their DM effects; 4) then suggests, based upon analytical results, some efficient ways for makeup experts to use DM techniques in practice. This study contributes to providing the theoretical grounds to conceptualize DM thus broadening makeup artists' interests in DM and awakening the scholarly concerns in cultural technology including DM.

This study purposes drawing changing tendency of apartment kitchen areas and character of that by figuring out type, form and per period cause of change of brand apartment kitchen areas. I adopted subject of study as the six leading construction companies considering the apartment rankings of brand and subcontract from 2001 to 2015 when brand apartment was activated(Samsung C&T corporation Raemian, Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd E-pyeonhansesang, Daewoo E&C Prugio, GS E&C XI, Posco E&C The sharp, Hyundai E&C Hillstate) and analyzed kitchen plane of $84m^2{\sim}102m^2$ housing units which were in great demand from apartment housing market. Also, I drew changing trends of kitchen areas by conducting a model house field survey. Through this study result, I will expect the utility of baseline data which is necessary for space development by figuring out kitchen culture, flows and cause of change.
