AOQL제약하 생산공정의 경제적 샘플링검사방식 설계 (A Design of Economic Sampling Inspection Plan for Production Process with AOQL Constraint)

  • In this study, a traditional concept of sampling inspection plan for the quality assurance system is extended to a consideration of economic aspects in total production system by representing and analyzing the effects between proceeding / succeeding production process including inspection. This approach recognizes that the decision to be made at one manufacturing process (or assembly process) determine not only the cost and the average outgoing quality level of that process but also the input parameters of the cost and the incoming quality to the succeeding process. By analyzing the effects of the average incoming and outgoing quality, manufacturing / assembly quality level and sampling inspection plan on the production system, mathematical models and solution technique to minimize the total production cost for a single product manufacturing system with specified average outgoing quality limit(AOQL) are suggested.

수출제조기업의 생산성변화에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 : 혁신활동을 중심으로 (Determinants of Productivity Change in Export Manufacturing Firms : Focusing on Innovation)

  • 본 연구는 수출제조기업을 대상으로 기업의 생산성변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 실증연구에 기초하여 수출제조기업의 생산성변화에 영향을 미치는 변수를 선정하고, 이러한 변수들과 수출제조기업의 생산성변화간의 관계를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수출제조기업 355개 대상으로 생산성변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과에서 수출제조기업의 혁신활동과 총자산은 생산성변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 인건비비율, 자기자본비율 및 유동비율은 생산성변화에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수출제조대기업에서 혁신활동과 무형자산은 생산성변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 인건비비율, 판매비비율 및 자기자본비율은 생산성변화에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수출제조중소기업에서 혁신활동은 생산성변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 인건비비율 및 자기자본비율은 생산성변화에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, KOSIP 상장 수출제조기업에서 무형자산은 생산성변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 인건비비율, 판매비비율 및 유동비율은 생산성변화에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, KOSDAQ 상장 수출제조기업에서 혁신활동 및 총자산은 생산성변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 인건비비율 및 자기자본비율은 생산성변화에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

기계식 마이크로 머시닝을 이용한 마이크로 형상의 특성과 비용 평가 (Fabrication and Characterization of Micro parts by Mechanical Micro Machining: Precision and Cost Estimation)

  • Recently, demands on mechanical micro machining technology have been increased in manufacturing of micro-scale precision shapes and parts. The main purpose of this research is to verify the accuracy and cost efficiency of the mechanical micro machining. In order to measure the precision and feasibility of mechanical micro machining, various micro features were machined. Aluminum molds were machined by a 3-axis micro stage in order to fabricate microchips with $200{\mu}m$ wide channel for capillary electrophoresis, then the same geometry of microchip was made by injection molding. To evaluate the cost efficiency of various micro manufacturing processes, cost estimation for mechanical micro machining was conducted, and actual costs of microchips fabricated by mechanical micro machining, injection molding, and MEMS (Micro electro mechanical system) were compared.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify types of dynamic manufacturing strategies and their effects on business performance. Three characteristics of Korean manufacturing should be noted. First, it is found that there are six types of dynamic manufacturing strategies in Korea. Second, the roles of the infrastructural and structural action programs become different according to different types of dynamic manufacturing strategies. Third, the strategy of continuously fostering both cost leadership and differentiation capabilities has turned out to be very effective in Korea.

  • A mass production system was implemented to reduce a manufacturing cost in a way of copying with a strong world market competition. However customer's demands are changing so rapidly and the mass production system is no longer competitive to meet the demands. FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) has been introduced as a replacement for the mass production system, but it still does not meet system's requirements. A new manufacturing system, called a holonic manufacturing system (HMS), is emerging. This paper is giving a first approach of a HMS for a multirobot cooperative process.

  • To achieve rapid new car developments and cost saving, new approaches for automotive general assembly in manufacturing preparations are needed. In this paper, CAD and DMU technologies for design and evaluation of machines and equipments are discussed. Digital Mock-up based on 3-D CAD models usually apply in the area of concept design and design review. We focus on manufacturing preparations of the machine and equipment. Detail procedures, examples and considerations of DMU are suggested in this paper. By applying DMU in the manufacturing preparations of general assembly, time, cost and quality of engineering can be enhanced through engineering collaboration.

  • 제조업에 있어 효율적인 제조공정을 위해 기업의 생산성 향상 및 원가절감은 현 제조기업의 절실한 과제이다. 효율적인 제조공정 설계와 생산성향상을 위해 동작분석 및 가상현실기반의 테스트베드 연계시스템을 활용하여 불필요한 요소제거를 통해 효율적인 제조공정 방법을 연구한다. 가상의 사전 공정배치 시뮬레이션을 통한 최적화 검증 후 작업라인을 구축할 경우 추가적인 공정 수정 또는 보완에 소요되는 비용을 절감하고, 이는 결과적으로 기업의 제조경쟁력 향상이라는 실질적 효과를 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 설계기간 단축, 설비개선, 자동화, 인간공학 실현, 프로세스 개선 등을 하여 생산성 향상, 품질 향상, 비용절감뿐만 아니라 안전 및 건강에 대한 직원만족을 달성할 수 있다.

  • 최근 국내 건설업은 기능인력의 부족, 건설경기의 침체 등으로 인하여 원가절감 등을 통한 수익성 확보의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 철근공사는 구조물의 안전성과 내구성에 많은 영향을 미치고 원가측면에서도 매우 중요한 공사임에도 불구하고, 노동 집약적인 특성을 그대로 유지하고 있어 철근 자재의 손실에 따른 원가 상승의 문제가 매우 심각하다고 할 수 있다. 철근공장 가공은 철근의 절단 및 절곡작업을 자동화 시설을 갖춘 공장에서 실시하여 현장에 반입하는 것으로 가공된 철근의 품질이 우수하고, 철근 자재의 손실도 절감할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 기대효과에도 불구하고 철근 공장가공 방식은 1990년대 중반에 국내에 도입된 이후 현재까지 활성화되지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 철근 가공 공장에 대한 실태조사를 수행하고, 그 조사결과를 토대로 철근공장가공 정착을 위한 방안으로 철근 가공 표준을 제안하였다.

Applying a Life-Cycle Assessment to the Ultra Pure Water Process of Semiconductor Manufacturing

  • A life-cycle assessment (LCA) is based on the attention given to the environmental protection and concerning the possible impact while producing, making, and consuming products. It includes all environmental concerns and the potential impact of a product's life cycle from raw material procurement, manufacturing, usage, and disposal (that is, from cradle to grave). This study assesses the environmental impact of the ultra pure water process of semiconductor manufacturing by a life-cycle assessment in order to point out the heavy environmental impact process for industry when attempting a balanced point between production and environmental protection. The main purpose of this research is studying the development and application of this technology by setting the ultra pure water of semiconductor manufacturing as a target. We evaluate the environmental impact of the Precoat filter process and the Cation/Anion (C/A) filter process of an ultra pure water manufacturing process. The difference is filter material used produces different water quality and waste material, and has a significant, different environmental influence. Finally, we calculate the cost by engineering economics so as to analyze deeply the minimized environmental impact and suitable process that can be accepted by industry. The structure of this study is mainly combined with a life-cycle assessment by implementing analysis software, using SimaPro as a tool. We clearly understand the environmental impact of ultra pure water of semiconductor used and provide a promotion alternative to the heavy environmental impact items by calculating the environmental impact during a life cycle. At the same time, we specify the cost of reducing the environmental impact by a life-cycle cost analysis.
