The purpose of this study was to develop men's formal jacket pattern for the Korean males of age 25 to 34 age with an average physique. Through the survey on seven industries of the ready-made men's wear, we investigated size systems and jacket patters presently practiced. From the fitting test of four patterns (three for ready-made jacket patterns, one for educational pattern) the moat favorable and comfortable pattern was selected. New experimented jacket pattern was based on it. The findings were as followed. 1) Survey of the domestic ready-made garment industries showed that each company classified its own manufactured goods according to its own size systems. 2) Anthropometric measurments of forty males for the subjects of lilting test were agreed to the survey of National Anthropometric of Korean(1997). These were also compatible to the standard size (100-88-175) of investigated industries. 3) Experimental jacket pattern was completed through the three times rectification and it gained higher ratings.

Wooden artifacts are generally manufactured by lacal materials with cultural characteristics. Bamboo crafts province In recent years, production decreased due to products using resin and new materials, and in particularm the traditional bamboo craftsmanship is in a situation of extinction. Among the techniques of bamboo craftsmanship, Lamtae lacquer technique which lacquers on bamboo crafts made of piece bamboo and weaving pattern is applied to wooden craft, and the purpose of this study was to develop the products that can be utilzed in the modern residential space, and to make the skill of wood crafts using bamboo be developed and spread the prototype was made of traditional bamboo acts and crafts, furniture made of piece bamboo and weaving pattern, and wooden artifacts such as stationary goods and lighting.

The purpose of this study is to estimate human sensibility quantitatively under color stimulation. We measured biological signals such as EEG, ECG, skin conductance and the number of respiration and eye blinking that were compared with color sensibilities mutually. Our result showed that red, yellow and violet color provoked active and exciting senses dominatively and blue, cyan, pink, and black color were involved in tranquil and resting emotions deeply. Our quantitative estimations of color sensibilites are useful in the design of manufactured goods and color therapy.

In order to enlarge effection use as well as to use as a cheafut raw material for high-strength concrete admixture, we manufactured high strength admixture by using various industrial by-products and then applied to 2nd concrete pro when concrete was added MSS, strength of concrete was promoted and had a excellent property than domestic D admixture. This result could be explained that adding of MSS accelerated the famat of ettringite($C_3A$, $3CaSO_4$, $32H_2O$) like needle crystal in steam curing a also promoted to cement solidification and shorten high pre-strength display. As a result of, strength of concrete added MSS pretented, above 850kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in 7 days of long-period curing.

Most industrial products nowadays have been manufactured by being made up of many parts what these are made from various kinds of materials. These parts and goods should be disassembled simply and classified easily by material or kinds of parts for the recycling. But it is not so easy to know how to take disassembly ways and those orders must be known and also analyzed the assembled points and directions of the every part. This research presents an design process for recycling that it will be considering whole design process for recycling about easiness of disassembling units as the prior condition to reuse the parts and used material, and to reduce waste parts.

Electrical discharge machining is the method of using thermal energy by electrical discharge. Generally, if the material of workpiece has conductivity even though it is very hard material and complicated shape which are difficult to cut such as quenching steel, cemented carbide, diamond and conductive ceramics, the EDM is favorable one of possible machining processes. But, the process is necessarily required of finish cut and heat treatment because of slow cutting speed, no mirror surface, brittleness and crack due to the residual stress for manufactured goods.

The study is expressed on the web browser using virtual reality of developer manufacturing process and method or manufactured goods conviction for designer and developer with visualized model. This study purpose of basic feature with VRML file and Java and VRML with AWT to get WC code was presented. The study process is equal to the real thing modeling on using Pro/Engineer and exports on the VRML1.0. The condition converts VRML1.0 to VRML2.0 on the CROSS ROADS. And then Cosmo World is coding and manufacturing simulation is expressed on the Cosmo Player.

As the accuracy of manufactured goods needed high-accuracy processing has made the efficiency of NC and measurment technology develop, the innovation of machine tools has influence the development of the semi-conductor and optical technology. We can mention that a traction role of the acceleration for the development like that depends on the development of the measurement technics - Stylus instrument method, STM, SEM, Laser interferometer method - which are used for measuring the movement accuracy of machine tools. The movement error factors in movement accuracy are expressed as yaw, roll, and pitch etc. Machining center has 21 movement error factors including of 3 axies joint errors because that has 3 axies and has been measured as the standard of the unloaded condition until now inspite of getting static, dynamic, and servo-gain errors in the case of expending the error range. Therefore, this study tries to measure position accuracy according to loading on the X-Y table of the machining center.

Axis of rotation error on rotary system are significant; such as the spindle radial error motion of a aligner, wire bonder and inspector machine which results in the poor state of manufactured goods. In this paper, the simple stage which consists of one PZT actuator and rotary encoder, is analyzed and measured by high resolution capacitance type displacement sensor. As the result of experiment, the paper discusses several issues that must be considered when designing rotary stage driven by PZT.

Laborers have its great effect upon the quality of the manufactured goods directly. This presentation will treat its subjects to rearrange the QC Circle activities in Korea concerned with the Korean way of living and their judgement of value, and present its direction in future. Examining all the present problems such as the occupational morality of the Korean people, wages, labor productivity and its distribution, working hours, disaster, separation rates, and we will see how those factors effect the laborer`s expectation, his will to work and $\Omega$ C Circle activities, compared with those of Japan.
