The purpose of this study was to estimate the quality if New Town housing environment, and to present the direction of design policy to elevate it. For this study questionnaires were administrated to 272 homemakers living in apartment in Bundang. From 1st of May to 31st of May in 1995. Used statistical method was Frequency. Percentage. Mean, Factor Analysis, Correlation, Multiple Regression. The major finding is as follows : 1) Housing values were classified into five types : convenience, beauty, sociality, education, and economy, Resident ranked first economy among housing values the second is convenience, the third beauty, the forth education, while the most unimportant value is sociality. 2) House satisfaction was classified into four types : house size and plane structure, environment and facilities, interior decoration materials and facilities and building design. Residents were found to show the middle degree satisfaction on their house. 3) Housing complex satisfaction was ciassified four types : community facilities, management stage, neighborhood connection and complex facilities. Resident showed dissatisfaction on their apartment complex relatively. 4) Residents showed dissatisfaction on the interior decoration materials and facilities, local facilities and management attitude relatively.

최근 우리나라에서 도요타를 벤치마킹하여 TPS를 도입하는 회사가 늘어나고 있다. 다품종 소량생산의 Lean 생산방식을 적용하기 위해서는 셋업시간의 단축 뿐만 아니라 이에 따른 셋업 품질능력이 향상되어야 한다. 따라서, 공정을 셋업하는 작업자들에게 이러한 Complex Target & Control Chart를 적용한다면, 통계적인 지식 없이도 공정의 불량을 예방 할 수 있으리라 확신한다. 이러한 관리도를 사용하여 공정능력을 향상한다면, 일본과 같은 높은 수준의 공정능력을 확보 할 수 있을 것이다. 단, 본 관리도는 현장 작업자를 위한 불량예방을 위한 품질관리 도구이며, 공정변동을 관리하기 위해서는 엔지니어 측면에서 관리도의 활용도 병행되어야 한다.

Government-Supported Research Institutes(GSRI) have done complex product(CP) development with national needs. The products to be developed have very limited demand. The most important things at CP development are technology innovation through knowledge creation and acquisition. Then, this paper suggests the technology innovation system for CP development. In CP development like satellite, government must do strategic management at national level and technology management at program level. Two managements are tools to achieve the strategic goals. The key points in CP are integration and interface among subsystems and person. From these factors and innovation system, R&D planning and practice are based on sharing and creation of knowledge. CP development projects ought to overlap and parallel for sustainable acquisition and creation of knowledge.

In this study, the war has caused a huge scandal at home and abroad caused a fire in the agora, theoretical considerations and issues through case studies to identify and consequent evacuation plan is to undertake. Many a rally in a swarm of fire in the agora can cause a big disaster, focusing on the multi complex building for the evacuation area with a logical review of current and upcoming taller industrial society to cope with future activities, the nature of the fire prevention activities is to ensure the safety of the lives.

Recently as construction projects have been complicated, it has been wearing thin to draw on their personal experiences for management. Although the advance of IT, using the technology for construction is insufficient in contrast to other industries. BIM has been steadily used in construction projects, but it is not easy to find the case of successful use. This research considers ways in which BIM technology can be applied to useful management on a construction site and derives a method of application of using BIM for a Mega-complex Building Project especially.

Purpose: Korean society has already entered an aged society but there aren't many evidence-based studies on the elderly-friendly design elements in the apartment environment, which is the main residential type in Korea. The main purpose of this study is to verify the necessity and expandability of the outdoor environment design in the public rental apartment complex through the evaluation of the effectiveness and satisfaction of SMG(Seoul Metropolitan Government) Cognitive Health Design Project in GR 1 apartment complex. Methods: The research subjects were GR 1-complex as experimental group and the nearby Wolgye Deer 1-complex as control group, both public rental apartment and located in Seoul. As a research method, the survey was conducted before and after the implementation of SMG project for residents of the apartment. A total of 200 preliminary surveys and 203 post surveys were conducted. Results: As a result of this study, residents' accidents related safety have decreased, and both the frequency of use and satisfaction of most facilities have increased. It is noteworthy that the increase in cognitive items in the post-survey. Also, 74.5% of the residents evaluated that the complex was better to live after the project was implement. Implications: The fact that the preliminary surveys were not conducted for the same person is considered as the limitation of the study, but it is meaningful in that it systematically assesses the effectiveness of the project on the cognitive health of the outdoor residential environment towards age-friendly city.

아파트 공사에서 계획기성은 영업부티 시공단계에 걸쳐 공사기간, 분양가 산정, 중도금 납부시점 결정, 인허가 관련, 기성지급 기준, 계획대비 실직비교 관리 등에 활용되므로, 다수 사업 참여자간의 이해 및 프로젝트의 성공에 지속적으로 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 관리요소이다. 그러나 대단지 아파트 공사의 특징인 다수 건물 동시 시공으로 인한 공정 액티비티 과다발생으로 인하여 공정표를 상세하고 작성하고 자원을 분개하여 계획기성을 정확하게 산출하고 관리하는데 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 실태조사를 통하여 계획기성 산출과 관리에 관한 문제점을 분석하고 그 원인을 파악함으로써 계획기성을 체계적으로 산출하기 위한 향후 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigates both the dissatisfaction evaluation of residents in Kangseo Permanant Rental Housing(PRH) complex managed by SH corporation and their neighborhood's recognition on the PRH complex in terms of questionnaires divided by two groups. The result shows that the residents in PRH complex are especially dissatisfied with lining space and number of rooms, parking capacity, outmoded building, and incidence of crime.

보리의 산물처리 확대를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 미곡종합처리장을 이용한 보리 산물처리시 품질변화와 생력효과를 조사 분석한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 정립율은 2.5-2.2mm의 비율이 가장 많았으며, 건조방식에 따른 차이는 없었다. 2. 경도는 건조방식에 따른 차이는 없었고, 색도는 산물건조와 관행인 천일건조와 차이는 없었다. 3. 흡수율은, 고형용출물, 퍼짐성 등의 취반특성은 건조방식에 따른 차이는 없었다. 4. 산물처리에 의하여 관행의 ha당 46시간에 비하여 21시간으로 54.3%의 생력효과가 있었고, 수확 후 관리는 54.3% 생력화되었다. 5. 산물처리로 수확 후 관리노력이 관행에 비하여 ha당 25시간이 절감되어 101,83원의 경영비 절감효과가 있었다.
