일부 치위생과 학생들의 신체의식과 신체존중감이 대인관계유능성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Body Consciousness and Body Esteem on Interpersonal Competence among Dental Hygiene Students)

  • This study investigated the effects of body consciousness and body esteem on interpersonal competence. A structured questionnaire was distributed to 220 dental hygiene students during July 1-31, 2020. The findings show that the subjects scored means of 3.32±0.26, 3.33±0.53, and 3.49±0.45 out of 5 in body consciousness, body esteem, and interpersonal competence, respectively. There were negative correlations between body surveillance and body shame (r=-0.303, p<0.001), as well as between two subfactors of body consciousness. Body shame was positively correlated with subfactors of interpersonal competence such as relationship initiation (r=0.217, p<0.01), claim for displeasure (r=0.218, p<0.01), and conflict management (r=0.231, p<0.01). Under the category of body esteem, body function esteem had positive correlations with conflict management (r=0.293, p<0.01) and consideration for others (r=0.141, p<0.05). Body consciousness and body esteem had effects on interpersonal competence, with an explanatory power of 13.4%. Higher body consciousness (β=.16, p=0.016) and body esteem (β=.22, p=0.02) were associated with greater interpersonal competence. These findings demonstrate that college students' objectified body consciousness and body esteem have an impact on their interpersonal competence. This raises the need to develop and apply a program to help students have positive perceptions of their bodies and establish their own individuality and body images to enhance their interpersonal competence.

  • Bowlby has proposed that child-mother attachment is important in the child's representation of self. In this study the child's self-perceived competence was examined in connect8ion with child-mother attachment in a sample of 40 6-year-olds. Quality of attachment was assessed based on the child's behavior on reunion following a seperation using a system devised by Main and Cassidy. The self-perceived competence was assessed with a pictorial harter's Scale revised by Julie Lee. The results showed significant connections between attachment and the self-perceived competence. Specific areas of self-perceptions were related to particular patterns of attachment.

  • 본 연구는 국내 중견기업의 재난 및 안전관리 실무자를 대상으로 재난 및 안전관리체계에 대한 안전관리자의 특징과 재난 및 안전관리 능력 및 역량, 재난 및 안전관리 활동성과 간의 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구는 기업에 재직 중인 재난 및 안전관리체계 실무자 509명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 실무자의 기업 재난 및 안전관리체계에 대한 특징은 활동성과에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실무자의 기업 재난 및 안전관리체계에 대한 특징은 능력 및 역량에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실무자의 재난 및 안전관리 능력 및 역량은 활동성과에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 실무자의 기업 재난 및 안전관리체계에 대한 특징과 활동성과의 관계에서 실무자의 재난 및 안전관리 능력 및 역량은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 기업체의 재난 및 안전관리 실무자의 재난 및 안전관리 실태와 의식을 분석, 평가하고, 이를 바탕으로 합리적이고 효율적인 재난 및 안전관리 업무를 위한 방향성을 제안하였다.

A Comparison of the Clinical Competence, Knowledge of Patient Safety Management and Confidence of Patient Safety Management according to Clinical Practice Experience of Nursing Students

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 임상실습 경험에 따른 임상수행능력, 환자안전관리지식 및 환자안전관리 수행자신감의 차이를 비교하기 위함이다. 간호대학생 3학년을 대상으로 임상실습을 경험한 73명, 임상실습을 경험하지 못한 35명으로 총 108명 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 동질성 검정은 X2-test, 두 그룹간의 차이비교는 independent t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과로 두 그룹간의 임상수행능력(t=.88, p=.377), 환자안전관리지식(t=-.29, p=.773) 및 환자안전관리 수행자신감(t=1.11 p=.267)의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 두 그룹에서 각 변수의 하위영역별 가장 점수가 낮은 항목을 살펴보면, 첫째, 임상수행능력에서는 간호과정에 대한 영역에서 대체로 점수가 낮았고, 둘째, 환자안전관리 지식은 근접오류에 대한 개념에 대한 지식 측정 영역에서 가장 낮았으며, 셋째, 환자안전관리 수행자신감에서는 오류 발생 시 사건 보고서 작성에 대한 수행 자신감 영역에서 점수가 가장 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력의 질적 향상을 위해서 임상실습교육환경 개선이 절실하게 요구되며, 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 역량 증진 및 환자안전관리에 대한 올바른 태도 함양을 위해 전략적인 교육지침의 개발이 필요하다.

유아의 기질과 놀이성이 유아의 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Temperament and Playfulness of Young Children on Their Social Competence)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect the social competence of young children and to promote the social competence development of the age group. The study gathered data from 21 childcare teachers and 255 mothers of young children attending childcare centers in Incheon. Structured questionnaires were used for collecting data from the participants. The findings are as follows: First, playfulness and social competence varied by the age and gender of the young children. Boys outperformed their female counterparts in the sub-factors of playfulness such as physical spontaneity and sense of humor. Age caused a significant difference in all sub-factors including physical spontaneity, social spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, manifest joy and sense of humor and the social competence of young children. Second, the study examined the correlations among social competence, temperament and playfulness. A positive correlation was shown between overall social competence and activity; social competence was negatively correlated with shyness but positively correlated with the sub-variables of children's playfulness. Lastly, emotionality, shyness, physical spontaneity, cognitive spontaneity, and sense of humor were variables that had serious effects on the overall social competence of young children.

채용시장 직무와 역량 간 미스매치 해소를 위한 플랫폼 개발 (Development of a Platform to resolve the Mismatch between Job and Competence in Recruitment Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

인테리어 리모델링 사업에서 영업사원의 핵심역량 모델 개발 - LG하우시스를 중심으로 - (Developing a Competence Model for Salespeople in Interior Remodeling Business - Focus on LG HAUSYS -)

  • Recently, competition in the interior remodeling business is fierce. However, the interior remodeling business is basically B2B, and in this business, sales are basically dictated by the capabilities of salespeople. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop a model for the core competency of salespeople in the interior remodeling business. To this end, based on the research on the existing competency and competency modeling, the competency model of the salesperson was derived using Dubois' overlay method. A total of 12 core competencies could be defined through the first and second modeling. The subject of this study was focused on LG Hausys, the most representative interior remodeling company in Korea. Based on the core competencies developed in this way, overall sales competencies can be raised through the development of a training course to enhance the sales competencies of salespeople, and a more efficient and objective HR.

경영성과에 영향을 미치는 컨설턴트 역량에 관한 연구 -경영자 특성의 조절효과- (A Study on the Competence of Consultants Affecting Management Performance -Moderating Effect of Managerial Characteristics-)

  • 본 연구는 경영컨설팅을 경함한 기업의 조직구성원인 인식한 경영컨설턴트 역량인 공통역량, 관리역량, 직무역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 이들 간 경영자 특성의 조절역할을 검증하고자 하였다. 가설 1인 경영컨설턴트 역량과 경영성과 간의 영향관계와 가설 2인 경영자 특성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같이 나타냈다. 첫째, H1인 경영컨설턴트 역량인 공통역량, 관리역량, 직무역량은 경영성과인 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타내어 채택이 되었다. 둘째, H2인 경영자 특성은 경영컨설턴트 역량과 경영성과 간에 공통역량만이 조절효과를 나타내어 부분적으로 나타냈다. 따라서 기업의 지속가능경영 체계를 구축하고 전략적으로 실행하기 위해서는 컨설팅 수행 기업은 우수한 경영컨설턴트 역량을 보유한 컨설턴트를 선정하여 경영컨설팅을 실행하여야 하겠다. 또한 경영컨설턴트는 질적인 직무수행 역량을 향상하기 위한 다양한 학습과 경험 및 관리방안이 요구되었다. 경영자 특성은 부분적인 조절역할을 나타냄에도 불구하고, 기업의 생존과 발전에 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행함에 따라 경영자 특성에 대한 조직구성원의 명호가한 이해가 될 수 있도록 적극적인 공김능력이 요구되었다.

종합병원 중간관리자의 역량군별 중요도 인식과 수행수준 차이 및 요인분석 (Analysis of the Factors and the Differences in the Awareness about the Capability Groups of the Mediator Manager in General Hospital and the Level of Performance)

  • The study has its purpose on providing basic resource to enforce the capability of the middle managers by examining the level of performance and the level of awareness about the capabilities of the managers and by understanding the significance of the difference and the reasons for the differences. The source of the study was 195 survey questionnaires that were carried out to the managers of the 9 general hospitals and the method of the analysis was the frequency analysis, analysis of the credibility, matching to sample T-test, independent sample T-test, dispersion analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis using accumulated variables. The followings are the main result of the study. First, the difference between the level of awareness about the capabilities and the level of performance of the mediator managers in general hospitals had high capability in change management. The following orders were: competence in achievement and behavior, competence in management, competence in recognition, competence in influence, competence in individual effectiveness, and competence in personal relationship service. Second, as the result of the relation analysis in order to understand the correlation between awareness and performance of the mediator managers, everything had significant positive correlation. In the study about the level of importance, the cognitive capability and the management capability had the highest correlation with the correlation number of 0.88. In the study about the level of performance, the cognitive capability, individual capability, and the management capability had the highest correlation with the correlation variable number of 0.79. Third, as the result of studying the reason for the difference between the level of the awareness capability and the level of the performance, lack of the support recognition compensation in the organization level, inappropriate work environment, limit in the regulation were found as the highest reason in the order. As the result of the study, it was concluded that the creation of the efficient capability estimation model and the securement of the system that estimate the capability of the managers should be carried out in order to enforce the capability of the mediator managers in general hospitals.

간이식 수혜자의 자기관리 구조모형 (Structural Equation Modeling of Self-Management of Liver Transplant Recipients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model of self-management of liver transplant recipients based on self-determination theory. Methods: Participants were 275 outpatients who received liver transplantation. A structured self-report questionnaire was used to assess health care providers' autonomy support, transplant-related characteristics, illness consequence perception, autonomy, competence, family relatedness, depression and self-management. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 program. Results: The modified model showed a good fitness with the data: GFI=.96, RMSEA=.06, CFI=.96, NFI=.93, TLI=.93, PGFI=.43, PNFI=.49. The health care providers' autonomy support, competence, family relatedness and depression were factors with a direct influence on the self-management of liver transplant recipients. The health care providers' autonomy support and illness consequence perception had an indirect influence through competence, family relatedness and depression. However, the transplant-related characteristics and autonomy did not have a significant effect on self-management. This model explained 59.4% of the variance in self-management. Conclusion: The result suggests that continuous education must be done to promote the competence of liver transplant recipients and to encourage the patient to positively perceive their current health condition with a view that enhances one's self-management. Additionally, the liver transplant recipients should be screened for depression, which would affect self-management. Most of all, health care providers, who have the most influence on self-management, should improve therapeutic communication and try to form a therapeutic relationship with the liver transplant recipients.
