IS audit has been regarded as contributing to the improvement of the quality of information Systems, recently, it has been argued that it is not possible to expect a effectiveness, because it can offset the schedule burden due to the preparation of additional documents for Audit and it affect to the project schedule. The effectiveness and quality criteria of IS audit are different between groups, because IS audit is responsible for checking the results and process of the developer company. In this study, we modeled between IS effectiveness and auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards. As a result, it was concluded that auditor competence, audit firm competence, IS audit standards have a positive effect on IS audit effectiveness. However, according to the result of comparing between interest groups, audit firm competence and audit standards were significant in auditor group, but audit standard was significant in requesting organization and developing company thought that auditor was a important factor to audit effectiveness.

Objectives: A descriptive survey was used in this study to identify the relationship between nursing students' grit, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence and to examine factors that influence clinical competence. Methods: Data were collected from 241 nursing students and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 24.0 PC program. Results: Clinical competence was found to have significant pure correlations with critical thinking disposition (r=.49, p<.001), and grit (r=.31, p<.001). The most influential factors influencing nursing students' clinical competence were critical thinking disposition (β=.35, p<.001), and grit (β=.28, p<.001), and these factors explained 33% of the variance in clinical competence. Conclusions: The findings indicate the need to develop and apply strategies and educational programs to enhance individual nurse's critical thinking disposition and grit. Furthermore, exploration is needed on ways to enhance clinical competence.

The purpose of this study is to examine a security investment for firms experienced in confidential information leak. Information security is an apparatus for protection of secret information. The competence of information security is a competitiveness to avoid information leakage in changing business environment. The type of information security is divided into administrative security, technical security and physical security. It is necessary to improve the incident correspondence competence through information security investment of the three types. Therefore, the investment of information security is to enhance information-asset protection of firms. To reinforce accident response competence, an organization discussed an establishment, security technology development, expand investment and legal system of the security system. I have studied empirically targeting the only information leak of firms. This data is a technical security competence and technology leakage situation of firms happened in 2010. During recovery of the DDos virus damage on countries, company and individual, the collected data signify a reality of information security. The data also identify a security competence of firms worrying information security management. According to the study, the continuous investment of information security has a high competence of accident correspondence. In addition, the most of security accidents showed a copy and stealing of paper and computer files. Firm on appropriate security investment is an accident correspondence competence higher than no security investment regardless of a large, small and medium-sized, and venture firm. Furthermore, the rational security investment should choose the three security type consideration for firm size.

This study examines the determinant influence of competence: motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge, and skills on work behavior and work effectiveness in government officials. The research was conducted on government officials in the province of South Kalimantan, Indonesia. This research is qualitative in nature, including the population of government apparatus in regencies and municipalities in the South Kalimantan province of Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study was 250 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and Data analysis has been done using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed a significant and positive influence on the determinants of competence, namely motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge, and skills on work behavior and work effectiveness of government officials; the determinant influence of competence showed a direct and indirect effect. This study also shows a mediating effect of work behavior between the determinants of competence (motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge, and skills) on the work effectiveness of government officials. This study's results are expected to provide suggestions to local governments in the South Kalimantan province of Indonesia to conduct performance appraisals for government officials apart from the performance appraisal methods that have been implemented.

본 연구는 대학생의 의사소통능력, 모의 심리적 통제, 가족건강성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 285명을 설문조사하여 자료를 수집하였고, 통제변수들의 영향력을 고려한 후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과로서, 대학생의 성별, 학년, 출생 순위와 형제 수를 통제한 상태에서, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성 전체에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모의 심리적 통제와 가족건강성은 대인관계 유능성 전체에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다음으로 대인관계 유능성의 하위요인 별로 살펴본 결과, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성의 하위변인 모두, 즉 관계형성 및 개시, 권리나 불쾌감에 대한 주장, 타인에 대한 배려, 갈등관리, 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 모의 심리적 통제는 갈등관리에만 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족건강성은 관계형성 및 개시와 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 수술실 간호사의 환자안전역량과 팀워크의 인식이 환자안전관리활동에서 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 종합병원 수술실에서 6개월 이상 임상경력을 가진 간호사 110명이다. 자가보고 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 평균비교분석, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연령이 높은 군과 교육수준이 높은 군이 유의하게 환자안전역량점수가 높았다. 환자안전역량과 환자안전관리활동은 유의한 양의 상관(r=.37)을 보였고, 팀워크와 환자안전관리활동도 유의한 양의 상관(r=.21)을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 환자안전관리 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 환자안전역량과 팀워크 인식이었고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 15.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 수술실 간호사의 환자안전관리활동을 향상을 위해 환자안전역량과 팀워크 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 추가적으로 환자안전관리활동에 영향을 미치는 다른 변수에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

국내 건설산업에서 건설공사에 대한 프로젝트 기획, 설계, 시공관리, 평가, 사후관리 등의 건설의 전반적인 프로젝트 관리 업무를 CM기업들이 수행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 업무 역시 최근에는 치열한 경쟁과 확률 의존도가 높은 수주환경이 되면서 많은 CM기업들이 수주역량강화를 위한 지표 확보와 준비에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 CM 사업 현황과 업무분석을 실시하고, 수주 관련 제도 및 법규 조사와 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 역량 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 역량요인들은 전문가 면담을 통해 실질적인 역량 요인을 중점적으로 조사 종합하였고, 각 유형별 역량 요인들을 BSC의 4가지 관점인 재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습과 성장 관점에서의 유형별로 분류하여 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 바탕으로 기업들이 중점적으로 확보해야 할 역량 요인의 우선 순위를 도출하여 CM기업의 수주 경쟁력 강화를 위한 역량 요인의 우선순위 분석을 통하여 사업 수주를 위한 참고서나 중점 확보가 필요한 역량들에 대한 지표로 활용될 수 있도록 함을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다.

The article discusses the pedagogical support for the formation of ICT competence assumes the individualization of students' training, due to their personal and professional needs and interests, and the provision of the necessary conditions and means to implement this process. A theoretical analysis is carried out and an analysis of experimental work on the implementation of the developed model for the formation of ICT competence is generalized specialists on the basis of pedagogical support.

This study develops a contingency fit between client IT capability and vendor competence in IS outsourcing relationship by integrating both the contingency theory in organization and the relationship theory in IS outsourcing. By adopting a fit as a moderation, the relationship intensity of IS outsourcing is hypothesized to be influenced by the fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, thereby leading to the success of outsourcing. The testing data was obtained from 20 IS outsourcing projects from both clients and vendors in Korea. The research model proposed in this study was then tested using the structural equation model (SEM). As expected, the result shows that when there is a fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, higher level of relationship intensity and outsourcing success exhibits. The findings have significant impactions for further research and practice.
