Community design education has covered the worldview dimension of the collaborative courses for sustainability draws on the architectural expertise developed in a network of community projects and therefore case studies of design education by the collaborative project-based learning in terms of participants, students, teachers and architects, such as 'Learning By Design' for the K-12 comprehensive program in Massachusetts addresses how a local society can make its community sustainable by both design and education. To understand that community design and education can provide professional development in all levels of skills and knowledge across disciplines and opportunities for collaborative learning and problem-solving, this research consists of case studies of the community design education including social systems that assist in organizing the local educational program as well as promoting the programs with public awareness of the community. It covers the UNESCO-UIA agenda of the community design and education that is to enhance the physical environment relating to human interaction by developing innovative alternatives of existing community and contributing voluntarily to neighborhoods through design. As the community design collaborative of design professionals and users is a structural approach to assess design quality, the cases address how to set up the architectural program in order to share pro bono design service and provide high-quality design resources available for sustainable environment.

In this study, the status of healthcare infrastructure in foreign countries was investigated for a Korean healthcare business planning to expand its business to these countries. Countries selected and surveyed are China, India, Indonesia, and the Middle East. When the surveyors visited the hospitals, the hospital facilities were investigated and medical professionals were interviewed to scrutinize the healthcare conditions in the hospitals. Also studied are healthcare related laws, trend of healthcare policies, hospital operations, medical staffing, and global healthcare service providers. Korea has expanded their overseas healthcare market only to small-sized hospitals and clinics. In order to keep up with global market expansion in the healthcare domain, strategic marketing is required. Especially, the most important key for overseas marketing is to make a synergizing system among hospitals, construction companies, medical equipment providers and IT solution providers. For the next step, the in-depth study will be conducted through real projects in the target countries per type of business.

School is a basic and the most fundamental facility of city planning just like other basic public facilities including the village office. Every plan is established on the basis of school. However, the problems such as the population reduction resulting from the nuclear family-zation and low birth rate, employment and welfare of the aged people resulting from "the old aged society", and the infant nursing and education resulting from a rapid increase of the working couples become notable and accordingly more requirements are being made. Reflecting this trend, the concept and operation system should be changed. Up to now, the BTL projects of the educational facilities are gaining a reputation of being efficient in terms of national budget running, but at the same time receiving negative reputation in terms of budget saving under the civil creativity and efficiency. Through upgrading the private sector investment projects into the BTO+BTL system and further into the BTO(Build Transfer Operate), we can accomplish the original goals of the private sector investment projects, and can make the education budget operation more efficient, and can greatly improve the education environments. However, we should not underestimate in this process that these facilities should not negatively affect the education environments. In any situation, the owners of schools are students.

Dongseong-ro public design was reformed for a short time to be short of connection and riffle effect of another project and to have limitation on long term and integrated development, so that systematic plan from beginning of the project was needed to produce synergy effects. The purpose of the study was to investigate reformation of Dongseong-ro public design and to check on existing development project again and to take actions against future projects in advance and to reexamine and make long term plan from point of view of development of downtown. This study investigated reformation of Dongseong-ro public design of Junggucheong office of Daegu that was done from May 2007 to December 2010. The study consisted of purpose of the project, scope, time, the committee of promotion, questionnaire survey, residents' participation and follow up to suggest reformation based on questionnaire survey. This study had limitation of investigation into internal materials of 'Dongseong-ro public design reformation's master planning service' of Junggucheong office of Daegu. Further studies were needed to investigate empirically.

The purpose of this study is to investigate IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) of the hospital choice factor between internal and external customers at S general hospital. This study was used 5 types of choice factors such as physical, interpersonal, accessibility, connection, and image. This study was used Importance Performance Analysis which can be applied to identify the strengths and weaknesses attributes from hospital customers' viewpoint. The sample was selected 116 patients and 97 internal employees for S hospital in Seoul. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires from April 1 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed by paired t-test, scatter plot graph. The result of the study was that the perceptional gaps between internal and external consumers were existed in physical, connection and image factors, except interpersonal, accessibility. The "Keep up the good work" quadrant was interpersonal factor, and the "Low Priority" quadrant was accessibility. The findings of this study will be applied to make hospital strategic decision making and to improve marketing service quality in administrative department of hospital.

Recently, construction of infrastructure for mobile internet has been progressed very rapidly including various mobile terminals. Therefore, many service models on mobile internet have been appeared and the methods to reuse the existing huge wired web contents have been studied with many-sided ways. In this paper we classify the related technologies published up to now and make a comparison among their strengths and weaknesses, For this purpose, Technologies are classified according to authoring time, authoring place, and processing level of contents. The automatic contents re-authoring technology is examined in particular and we propose a new contents re-authoring method in which the function of compressing selected information is added in order to complement the existing contents re-authoring methods.

There are many business conditions of change of business or reduce operations, if unemployment populations of 5%, 100,000 peoples doing the commencement of an enterprises, enormous number of dining out companies will be increased and the competition will be fierce, especially those who have short knowledge and experience doing the commencement of an enterprises have high failure than success which will give a problems to society. Our study is to make the commencement of an enterprise to reducing the faiure and to be successful for main point to successful commencement of an enterprise, the established can self capability and mental condition, the main important factor is types of industry selection, successful and those established who takes this conditions will very carefully inspect various matters by scientifically and rationally mind industrys propulsion graphs and open official fixture graphs will framing detail factors. One by inspect the reduction of failure, and successful commencement of an enterproses mind industry have been studied.

Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology has been widely used for protecting the digital contents over the recent years. But the digital contents protected by DRM are vulnerable to various video memory capture programs when DRM packaged contents are decrypted on the consumers' multimedia devices. To make up for this kind of DRM security holes the Forensic Marking (FM) technology is being deployed into the content protection area. Most leading DRM companies as well as big electronics companies like Thomson and Philips already have commercial FM solutions. Forensic Marking technology uses the digital watermarking to insert the user information such as user id, content playing time and etc. into the decrypted and decoded content at the playback time on the consumer devices. When the content containing watermarked user information (Forensic Mark) is illegally captured and distributed over the Internet, the FM detection system takes out the inserted FM from the illegal contents and informs contents service providers of the illegal hacker's information. In this paper the requirements and test conditions are discussed for the commercial Forensic Marking systems.

With the advent of virtual money such as bit coins, interest in the block chain is increasing. Block Chain is a technology that supports Distributed Ledger and is a versatile technology applicable to various fields. Currently, the block chain is conducting research for various applications such as virtual money, trade finance, marketplace, power market, image contents service, and IoT. The technologies that make up the block chain are smart contract, digital signature/hash function and consensus algorithm. And these technologies operate on P2P networks. In this paper, we have studied e-mail system based on the ethereum which is one of the block chain based technologies. Most legacy mail systems use SMTP and the POP3/IMAP protocol to send and receive e-mail, and e-mail use S/MIME to protect the e-mail. However, S/MIME is vulnerable to DDoS attacks because it is configured centrally. And it also does not provide non-repudiation of mail reception. To overcome these weaknesses, we proposed an e-mail system model based on ethereum. The proposed model is able to cope with DDoS attack and forgery prevention by using block chain based technology, and reliable recording and management among block chain participants are provided, so that it is possible to provide a non-repudiation function of e-mail transmission and reception.

Semantic search recently been used in the search field. POI is one of the most essential information that make up the geographic information, and many of the geographic information system has POI search function as a basic. In this study, we propose POI semantic search using collective intelligence. For this, we designed and implemented service that constructs empirical information from tag and image, and provides an intuitive spatial navigation experience. For POI search, collective intelligence platform that many users can participate to collect variety information was designed and implemented.
