제주특별자치도는 2016년부터 제주로on코딩이라는 제주형 SW교육 사업을 통해 디지털 사회혁명을 대비하고 있다. '제주로on코딩'은 제주형 SW교육을 위한 내용체계 개발에서부터 컴퓨팅 사고력 증진을 위한 전문강사 양성 과정 운영 등 SW소양교육부터 인식확산 사업까지 SW교육 토탈 솔루션을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2016 2017년 성과를 바탕으로 향후 개선방향을 정리하고 이후 제주로on코딩이 나아갈 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

As cases of social and ethical problems caused by artificial intelligence technology have occurred, artificial intelligence ethics are drawing attention along with social interest in the risks and side effects of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence ethics should not just be known and felt, but should be actionable and practiced. Therefore, this study proposes an artificial intelligence ethics education model to strengthen the practical ability of artificial intelligence ethics. The artificial intelligence ethics education model derived educational goals and problem-solving processes using artificial intelligence through existing research analysis, applied teaching and learning methods to strengthen practical skills, and compared and analyzed the existing artificial intelligence education model. The artificial intelligence ethics education model proposed in this paper aims to cultivate computing thinking skills and strengthen the practical ability of artificial intelligence ethics. To this end, the problem-solving process using artificial intelligence was presented in six stages, and artificial intelligence ethical factors reflecting the characteristics of artificial intelligence were derived and applied to the problem-solving process. In addition, it was designed to unconsciously check the ethical standards of artificial intelligence through preand post-evaluation of artificial intelligence ethics and apply learner-centered education and learning methods to make learners' ethical practices a habit. The artificial intelligence ethics education model developed through this study is expected to be artificial intelligence education that leads to practice by developing computing thinking skills.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to build the career education course for nursing students' career development and to identify the effects of the education. Method: The study used a one-group pre- and post-test design and the surveys were carried out from April to June, 2011. The participants were 71 undergraduate seniors of department of nursing in E university. The data were obtained via questionnaires survey before and after taking the course. The collected data were analyzed by paired t-test using SPSS 19. Results: 88.7% of the subjects responded being satisfied with their major. The scores of career search efficacy (t=-2.57, p=.012), career exploration (t=-4.62, p<.001), and career adaptability (t=-3.51, p=.001) showed statistically significant improvement after the education. Networking (t=-2.66, p=.010) and personal exploration efficacy (t=-2.89, p=.005) showed statistically significant difference between pre- and post-test. Between two subgroup of career exploration, only the environment exploration (t=-5.92, p<.001) significantly improved. However, there was no significant difference in career identity. Conclusion: From this study, career education showed significant effects on the career search efficacy, career exploration, and career adaptability of nursing students. These findings suggest that career education as a subject would be an efficient way for career development of nursing students.

Various types of SW education are being operated by universities for non-major undergraduates. And most of them focus on educating computational thinking. Following this computing education, there is a need for an educational method that implements and evaluates creative computing outcomes for each student. In this paper, we propose a method to realize SW education based on creative computing artifacts. To do this, we propose an educational method for students to implement digital logic circuit devices creatively and design SW algorithms that implement the functions of their devices. The proposed training method teaches a simple LED logic circuit using an Arduino board as an example. Students creatively design and implement two pairs of two input logic circuit devices, and design algorithms that represent patterns of implemented devices in various forms. And they design the functional extension and extended algorithm using the input device. By applying the proposed method, non-major students can gain the concept and necessity of algorithm design through creative computing artifacts.

Environmental problems became bigger and widely known among all parts of the society in the last decade. The broad and sustainable study of the environment is the most basic and primary solution to the problems. For this reason, International Environmental Project Olympiad (INEPO) was organized in 1993. Many countries have participated in this organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to revitalize the environmental education and to realize the value of environmental education by making students aware of the environmental problems through the INEPO and Korean Environmental Olympiad (KEO). To achieve these goals, we conducted as follows First, we introduced aims, major contents and rules of the INEPO and grasped problems related to the applying method of students who want to participate in the INEPO in Korea. In addition, we introduced both results of domestic contest for participating in the 14th INEPO and of the 14th INEPO itself opened in 2006. Second, we analysed participants' themes according to project types such as environment-biology, environment-chemistry, environment-physics, environment-health and environment-social sciences from Previous INEPOs. Third, we had interviews with several participants to gather their thoughts on motivation and impression of participation, the reason of theme selection, and the method of environmental education in school, by visiting each booth of INEPO. Finally, we suggested sustainable methods of the KEO to revitalize environmental education, and proposed various methods to revitalize the environmental education through the KEO and INEPO in the primary and secondary schools.

The objective of this study is to underline the important role of needs for multicultural education in the formation of middle and high school students' cultural sensitivity for the sake of coping multicultural society. This study focuses on how adolescents' multicultural society recognition and education experiences shape and influence their cultural sensitivity, with the mediating role of multicultural education needs perception. A survey 303 middle school students and 236 high school students Daejeon was conducted. The results of this study as follows. First, high school students' open minded and social participation were significantly higher than those of middle school students, while the latter multicultural education experience level was higher than the former. Second, it was found that multicultural society recognition and education experiences have an indirect impact on cultural sensitivity mediating multicultural education needs perception as well as have a direct effect. However, adolescents' cultural sensitivity was shaped by mediating role of multicultural education needs perception rather than by direct effect of multicultural society recognition and education experiences. A major contribution of this research is the identification of the role of multicultural education needs perception in fostering adolescents' cultural sensitivity.

First, we define phase tropical hypersurfaces in terms of a degeneration data of smooth complex algebraic hypersurfaces in (ℂ∗)n. Next, we prove that complex hyperplanes are homeomorphic to their degeneration called phase tropical hyperplanes. More generally, using Mikhalkin's decomposition into pairs-of-pants of smooth algebraic hypersurfaces, we show that a phase tropical hypersurface with smooth tropicalization is naturally a topological manifold. Moreover, we prove that a phase tropical hypersurface is naturally homeomorphic to a symplectic manifold.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the quality of medical tourism education services in Korea. Methods: This study used a method of conducting a survey of students who have completed medical tourism education and customer satisfaction coefficient and potential customer satisfaction index were calculated by applying the Kano model. Results: The results of this study are as follows; First, Eight medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an attractive quality attribute. Second, Thirteen medical tourism education service quality factors were classified as an one-dimensional quality attribute. Third, Online education operation factor was classified as an indifferent quality attribute. Fourth, Instructor quality factor and physical environment quality factor showed relatively high better and high worse coefficients. Finally, According to the PCSI index, it was found that the scope of improvement was the largest when focusing intensively on the quality factors of instructors. Conclusion: This study suggests strategic implications for nurturing excellent professional manpower through quality improvement of education services by identifying the quality factors of major medical tourism education services perceived by students.

정보통신 기술의 발달로 정보윤리교육은 더 강조되고 있지만 청소년의 사이버 폭력, 저작권 침해 등 역기능 노출 현황은 전혀 줄어들고 있지 않다. 그 원인 중 하나는 "안다"는 도덕적 인지와 "실천한다"의 도덕적 행동이 불일치한 것으로 볼 수 있으며, 도덕적 인지가 도덕적 행동으로 이어지지 않는 문제점을 해결해야 한다. 또한 2015개정교육과정의 등장으로 SW교육의 중요성이 대두되었지만 여전히 교육 시수는 부족하여 정보윤리교육은 상대적으로 소홀해질 가능성이 높다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선행 연구들을 분석하여 실천력을 강화시킬 수 있는 전략들을 살펴보고 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅사고력을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있도록 교육용프로그래밍언어와 정보윤리교육을 연계하여 정보윤리 실천력을 강화시킬 수 있는 EPL기반 정보윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하였다.

The company of 4 core materials that are needed for photovoltaic generation is located in area around this university in Gunsan, Saemangeum. And also, it was almost completed the value chain about the production of Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, modules and the design, construction of generation system. The industry-academy-government has understood that because of the relative companies' production and investment, it leads to a supply and demand of manpower and thus will have field centered manpower education. This program will help the problem of lack of manpower in relative companies by establishing competitive major agreement like vocational education system. Also, the university and the participating company in joint have pushed ahead field business education to make the least of industrial-education's mismatch, the training of professional manpower connected with related industries to make the universities chemical characteristics, companies securing excellent manpower and contributed to the revitalization of the regional economy. In this paper, are aware that photovoltaic industry is a future strategic industry for the country, so we will train the immediately site adapting manpower for the area of photovoltaic material and system as our goal. This is shown results of education operation for 4 years.
