문화관광축제 서비스품질과 만족 및 재방문 평가 비교분석 (2013-2014년 천안흥타령 춤 축제를 대상으로) (An Assessment and Comparative Analysis of Culture and Tourism Festival Service Quality, Satisfaction and Revisit (Focusing on 2013-2014 Cheonan World Dance Festival))

  • 2011년 이후 문화체육관광부지정 최우수축제로서 "천안흥타령 춤 축제"를 방문한 이용객을 대상으로 지역축제에서 제공된 전반적인 서비스품질이 이용객의 만족에 미치는 영향과 재방문의사에 미치는 영향관계를 2013-2014년 2년간의 데이터를 가지고 실증적으로 종단 분석함으로서 축제의 품질을 높이고, 품격있는 지역축제의 이미지로 기여하고자 하였다. 2년간의 차이분석결과 1) 사회적 품질요인에서는 문화적효과와 이미지효과 모두 p=.001, p=.004로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 2) 과정적 품질요인에서는 음식 및 기념품에서 p=.27로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 3) 물리적 품질요인에서는 행사장이용편리성, 시설배치 모두 p=.130, .408로 집단간의 차이를 보이지 않았다. 마지막으로 2년간의 축제의 전반적서비스품질이 방문자만족에 영향과 축제의 방문자만족이 재방문의사에 영향을 미치는 항목에서는 각각 p=.000으로 각각 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 서비스품질의 향상은 방문객으로 하여금 높은 만족도를 유발시키고 이는 재방문의사와 구전효과를 낳는다는 점을 증빙하고 있다.

문화관광축제 활성화를 위한 문화상품 디자인 개발 전략 연구(제 2보) -지역문화자원 활용을 중심으로- (Strategies for the Development of Cultural Product Design for the Promotion of Cultural Tourism Festivals(II) -Focusing on the Utilization of Local Cultural Resources-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the high value-added cultural product design with local cultural resources, and to contribute to promoting cultural tourism festivals. To accomplish this study, first, a preliminary survey is carried out the investigation of cultural product stores and visitors' questionnaire survey. Next, based on these survey and prior study, this study established the development direction and concept of fashion cultural products and to developed fashion cultural products using local cultural resources. Adobe Photoshop 6.0, and Adobe Illustrator CS Program were used for the standardization of patterns, textile design and illustration. The results of this study were as follows; First, based on preliminary research results, the problems of the design of cultural tourism festival products were derived. As one solution to solve this problem, this study established the development direction and concept of fashion cultural products to develop fashion cultural products. The concept of the Andong Maskdance Festival was 'Tribal-Holic'; the Boryeong Mud Festival, 'Get away form it all'; the Gangjin Celadon Festival, 'Timeless Memories'; the Jinju Namgang Yudeung Festival, 'Lighting up the River'; the Chungju World Martial Arts Festival, 'Next Ergonomics Gym'; and the Muju Firefly Festival, 'Eco-Purity'. Second, based on the desired items of festival organizers and the survey of visitor's preference for cultural products, 4 items were selected by festival type. Then a total of 96 designs of 4 kinds each were developed using logos or characters, traditional patterns, special products, symbolizing region, or festival as a motif. Third, the strategy for development of cultural products design for promotion of cultural tourism festivals were 'Place identity design strategy', 'Market oriented design strategy', 'Buyer-Based pricing strategy', 'Regional brand strategy', and 'Distribution networks expansion strategy'.

주민 및 이용자의 의식에 기초한 안면도의 현황 및 발전방향에 대한 기초연구 (The Foundation Research Development of Anmyundo Based on a Consciousness of Resident and Visitor)

  • For the purpose of building up the future direction for the development and usage of Anmyundo, this paper is intended to collect the basic sources of Anmyundo and to analyze the consciousness of its development direction, which was surveyed on local residents and visitors. The result shows that local residents are not fully satisfied with its environment(59.6 point), but natural environment(74.2 point) turns out the most influential factor of satisfaction and living environment(66.0 point), social economic environment(48.1 point) follow the next. Satisfied with its natural environment which includes good scenery and a lot of environment resources, residents and visitors are discontented with living environment and social economic environment. In terms of "development" and "conservation", the responses of residents are clearly divided into both sides in the same level by each 27.7%. On the other hand, visitors support "conservation"(36.8%) rather than "development"(22.8%) and prefer to keep its present natural environment as a environment study place and rest area.

충북의 2010년 이후 신설된 학교 분석을 통한 저층부 배치 시설 및 공간 특성 연구 (A Study on the Facilities Layout of Lower Floor and Space Characteristics Through Analysis of Newly Established Schools in Chungbuk since 2010)

  • The policy of the Ministry of education through the social awareness and issues are being changed. Accordingly, in response to the school building which also has to be changed. This study is Low-floor(1~2 floor) for high accessibility, important management and a lot of locomotion. This study is analysis by floor of newly established schools in Chungbuk. Facility and space on the possible low-floor situated are classified administrative zone, health zone, student support + local exchange zone, STEAM(creativity, personality) supporting zone. The administrative area includes administration office, principal's office and board rooms. The administrative zone is located against schoolyard. Because it is possible visual control of schoolyard. also it controls visitor access so it is placed near main entrance. Health zone is located near a special class, counseling center and wee class for emergency situation. and is located near schoolyard for visual control. Student support + local exchange area includes library and computer lab, audio-visual room, auditorium or gymnasium. It put more emphasis resident welfare, culture and education. So it opens for local residents. It is located center of few stories or near entrance. STEAM(creativity, personality) supports science lab, art room, family room. It is possible such a theory class, experience class and indoor and outdoor class. It is located few floors. This study is used as a reference for school building projects planing.

Tobit 모형을 이용한 지역축제 방문객의 지출 영향요인 -두 지역 쌀 축제를 중심으로- (The factors affecting Visitors' Spending on Local Festivals by applying the Tobit Model -Based on Rice Festivals in Two Regions-)

  • 본 연구는 경기도 이천 쌀 문화축제 및 충북 진천 쌀 축제를 방문한 방문객을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구의 목적은 서로 다른 두 지역축제 참가자들이 각 축제를 지각하는데 있어서의 지출에 대한 영향을 규명하고, 지역축제의 재방문을 위한 시장전략수립 위한 개선방향을 제시하는데 있다. 또한 방문객들이 평가를 바탕으로 기존의 매력요소를 강화시키고, 신규 매력요소를 창출을 통해 향후 지역축제 활성화 및 경쟁력 강화방안을 제시하는데 있다. 토빗(Tobit)모형을 적용하여 축제별로 방문객의 지출에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 추정하였으며, 최종적으로 두 축제 간의 행태차이를 추정하기 위해, 우도비율검정(LR-검정)을 통해 각 축제 방문객만을 대상으로 추정된 결정요인들을 상호 비교함으로써 두 축제 간의 지출에 미치는 영향요인의 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 축제방문객의 지출성향을 요약해 보면, 두 쌀 축제방문객들의 지출성향은 충동적구매가 유사하거나 강하게 나타난 것으로 보아 축제기획단계에서부터 이들의 지출의지를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 대책수립이 요구되고 있었다. 결론적으로 지역축제를 기획하고 관리하는 지방자치단체에서는 축제프로그램과 축제시설 그리고 축제공연 등의 다양성을 확보해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

북한산 둘레길 이용객 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Visitor Satisfaction for Bukhansan Dulegil)

  • 2007년 9월 제주 올레길이 개장되고, 선풍적인 인기몰이를 하면서 전국적으로 '걷는 길'에 대한 관심이 증대하였고, 이에 따라 중앙부처 및 지방자치단체들도 다양한 '걷고 싶은 길'을 지정하거나 조성하고 있다. '걷고 싶은 길'은 차량에 의한 이동과 장소 중심의 단절된 점적 관광에서 벗어나 직접 걸으면서 지역의 경관 및 문화를 보고, 느끼고, 체험하는 연속적인 긴 선적 여행길이다. '걷고 싶은 길'은 이미 형성되어 있는 길을 발굴하여 최대한 활용하고, 지역에 존재하는 다양한 생태, 역사, 문화자원들을 효율적으로 연계하는 길로서, 노선 선정이 제일 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나, '걷고 싶은 길'의 노선 선정 시 다양한 계획요소를 고려하고 노선 및 구간별로 다양한 테마를 부여하여 지정되거나 조성되었지만, 편의시설 부족 등에 따른 이용객의 불편함과 같은 여러 문제점들이 나타나고 있다. 따라서 길 지정 및 조성 이후 이용객들의 평가는 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이므로, 본 연구에서는 조성이 완료되어 많은 이용객들이 이용하고 있는 북한산 둘레길을 중심으로 이용객들의 만족도를 조사하고, 노선 선정 시 고려한 계획요소들이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 더 나은 길 조성을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사를 통하여 노선 선정 시 중요한 계획요소를 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 설문지를 작성하여 이용객을 대상으로 각 구간별 만족도, 재방문 의사, 추천의사에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 현장조사를 통하여 파악한 구간별 특정을 기준으로 5개의 유형으로 길을 분류하고, 구간별 만족도와 유형별 만족도를 분석하였다. 또한, 계획요소가 만족도에 미치는 영향, 만족도가 재방문 의사 및 추천의사에 미치는 영향, 이용객들이 인지하는 구간별 테마를 분석하였다. 구간별 만족도는 자연적 요소가 강한 구간이 높게 나타났으며, 만족도에 영향력을 미치는 계획요소로는 '보행쾌적성'이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 만족도는 재방문 의사 및 타인에게 추천하려는 의사에 대하여 높은 영향력을 보이는 것으로 조사되었다.

더블허들 모형을 이용한 전통시장 재방문객의 농산물 구입결정 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Purchasing Agricultural Products of Re-visitors In Traditional Market Using Double Hurdle Model)

  • In this study, consumers who have experience of visiting Jeongsun Arirang Market has been selected as samples to understand the characteristics of agricultural products purchase. For this, double hurdle model was used in order to resolve sample selection problem and obtain consistent estimator. The key points are the following. First, as the age increases(up to 59.8 years), chances of purchasing the products at traditional market increase as income increases. Second, when the residence area is outside of Gangwon-province, the purchase amount of the products increased compared to those from visitors within the Gangwon province. Also, visitors who use public transportations purchase less products compared to those who use their own car. Third, probability of agricultural products increase as the visitors consider positive effect the product purchase leads to the local farmers. Fourth, if the visitors consider the quality of the agricultural products, probability of purchasing agricultural product at the site increases. However, if the visitors consider the freshness of the agricultural products, the purchase amount rather drops. Fifth, the probability of purchase increases as visitors consider the brand of traditional market.

어촌체험마을 방문객 유형화에 관한 연구 - 충남 태안군 어촌체험마을을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Types of Visitors to Experiential Fishing Villages - Focused on the Case of Tae An-Gun in Chung Nam Province -)

  • This study classifies the types of visitors to experiential fishing villages and analyses the features and target marketing strategies by categorical groups. Seven factors are extracted by Factor Analysis and the results of Cluster Analysis indicate the classification of five groups. The first group puts emphasis on the family connection, so family centered facilities and programs are necessary. The second group is composed of surrounding area residents whose purpose of visit is unclear. So environmentally friendly village development programs to encourage local patriotism are necessary. The third group puts emphasis on the necessary facilities and programs for experiencing the fishing village and traditional play, etc. The fourth group emphasizes programs related with the region and the means to satisfy visitor's aesthetic desires. Finally, the fifth group aims at various desires that are generally felt in experiential fishing villages. So this group requires marketing strategies from the public point of view. The existing research mostly surveys rural tourism villages, but this study highlights the difference in dealing with fishing villages as opposed to rural villages, from the perspective of industry and settlement.

Evaluation of Historic Breeding Habitats with a View to the Potential for Reintroduction of the Oriental White Stork (Ciconia boyciana) and Crested Ibis (Nipponia nippon) in Korea

  • The Oriental White Stork (Ciconia boyciana) and the Crested Ibis (Nipponia nippon) are wetland species listed as "Endangered" on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. The two species were once common on the Korean peninsula, but have experienced a severe population reduction in the past decades. Currently, they are officially extinct in Korea. At present, reintroduction programs to release the birds to the wild are in progress in Korea as well as in Japan. In this study, we surveyed the historic breeding sites of the two species using the literature and face-to-face interviews with local people as a step toward determining appropriate breeding habitats for reintroduction. We found 26 historic breeding sites for the Oriental White Stork in Chungcheong-do and Gyeonggi-do, but did not find any breeding sites for the Crested Ibis. These findings suggest that the Oriental White Stork was resident, while the Crested Ibis was a winter visitor to Korea. Based on these results, we discuss the possibilities for successful reintroduction of the two species in Korea.

국내.외 가축위생관리기준의 현황, 적용과 대책 (The current status and strategies of livestock health control on national and international basis)

  • Recently, as Foot and Mouth disease(FMD) outbreaks in South-East Asia, Taiwan, China, we cannot loose our tense to sustain our FMD free country status. And we have increasing possibility of disease inflow because of continual outbreaks of FMD type A, O and Asia 1 in neighbored countries, foreign visitor and foreign workers. So we have to be urgently ready for strengthen surveillance, early-report and early-diagnosis. So the most important things in epidemic control of livestock are co-work between central and local epidemic control office and field epidemic control. However, potential risk for FMD recurrence and sporadic occurrence of epidemic disease still threaten our livestock farmhouse, so we have to be ready for bio-security against these threatening. For these reasons, I will introduce the concept, etiology and epidemiology of disease and investment/ analysis of health management standard of main animals like cattle and pig which is applied to the inside and outside of country. With these references, we have to manage livestock health management thoroughly by establishing livestock health management standard and notifying special veterinarian and livestock farmer of these standard. Later on, prevention and quarantine of epidemic outbreak and establishing livestock health management standard should be undertaken primarily for sustainable growth and stability of livestock farm industry.
