In connection to the civil liability of the medical malpractice, plaintiff and courts are solving the medical disputes with theory of the liability based on tort law. because contract law does not enact the right of claim of solatium and a plaintiff's lawyer and courts hesitate to use contract law. Medical treatment of doctor is main debt in medical contract and its in-complete performance gives rise to the violations of human's life, body and health. Consequently a breach of medical contract leads to violations of person-al rights. These violations spring from liability of contract as well as tort and damages from them are recognized based on medical contract law. A duty of explanation of doctor is a independent and appendant debt to the treatment debt. However its breach provokes violations of human's life, body and health as well as a right self-determination. Therefore consolation money claim should be recognized. In case of the violation of patient's life, body and health, patient's family al-so can demand consolation money due to the violation of their's own mental pain. However in case of the violation of only patient's self-determination without informed concent, they can not demand it by reason of the violation of patient's self-determination. But by reason of the violation of patient's life, body and health that were recognized by proximate causal relation between violation of duty of explanation and abd execution, they can do.

This study was conducted to examine the meaning and value of the healing mechanism of breathing as a health-oriented leisure activity to ease mental and physical tension and stress to improve quality of life. The results of this study indicated that leisure activities are increasing in diverse fields. Because modern people have a strong interest in the value of a healthy life, there will be more opportunities to enjoy health-oriented leisure activities, and their health-management efforts will be more fruitful. Additionally, if individuals undergo the process of healing and thereby build the right values about life, it will be possible to set the right direction for "holistic healing" that is needed in social relationships. Moreover, healing breathing can be defined as a leisure activity that aims to promote health through physical and mental healing. Overall, use of health-oriented leisure activities such as the breathing method of healing is expected to increase the essential value of human life and facilitate well-rounded socialization.

This article delves into the current status of various packaging technologies, which are currently being applied or are under development for the shelf-life extension and quality improvement of fresh and processed meat products. Traditional packaging methods include vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere packaging, and air-permeable packaging. Recently, innovative packaging methods have been introduced that utilize technologies such as barrier-films, active packaging, nanotechnology, microperforated films, far-infrared radiations, and plasma treatment. All of these packaging methods have their own merits and drawbacks in terms of shelf-life and quality maintenance. A right choice of packaging system for fresh and processed meat products must be made in accordance with the conditions of the raw material, storage, and distribution in the market and household, and while considering the environmental sustainability and consumer's expectations.

This paper presents an area-based stereo algorithm suitable to real time applications. The core of the algorithm depends on the uniqueness constraint and on a matching process that allows for rejecting previous matches. The proposed approach is compared with the left right consistency constraint, being the latter the basic method for detecting unreliable matches in many area-based stereo algorithms. We used the watermelon and tomatoes for experiments.

The purpose of this study was to identfy the relationship between the body image adjustment of daily life. 58 subjects who had undergone radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy from 1979 to April 1984 at Seoul National University Hospital were selected as a sample and used for a final analysis. Finding of this study were as follows; 1) The relationship between the body image and the adjustment of daily life were significant differences. The body image is more positive, the adjustment of daily life is bet-ter. However, the cause-effect relationship was not found in this study. (p<0.05) 2) There were no significant differences in the body image between the right side mastectomy and left side mastectomy, between the radical mastectomy and modified radical mastectomy between those who had occupation and those who did not have occupation, and between the level of education. 3) There was no significant correlation between the body image and age, between the body image and elapsed time after surgery.

Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between the life satisfaction of high school students and their oral health practice and to provide the right method of oral health maintenance. Methods : The subjects were 307 high school students in Chungcheongnam-do. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out from May 13 to 28, 2013. The questionnaire included life satisfaction and oral health practice. Data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results : A frequent visit to dental clinic improved the quality of oral health in high school students by way of toothbrushing, use of dental hygiene devices, and diet control. Conclusions : It is very important to practice continuing oral health education in high school students by dental hygienists.

The gallbladder is a pear-shaped, thin walled sac located on the inferior surface of the liver between the right and quadrate lobe, in a recess called fossa vesicae felleae. It is 7.5cm-12.5 cm in length, 3.5 cm in the largest width, and has a volume of about 45 ml with a remarkable capacity for expansion. There are many kinds of diagnostic methods to evaluate diseases of biliary tract including gallbladder-Plain abdomen, Oral cholecystography. Intravenous cholangiography, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography(PTC), Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography(ERCP), Operative or T-tube cholangiography, Ultrasonography, Radioisotope study, Computed tomography, and Angiography. Especially, ultrasonography is the most effective and noninvasive study in these days. Plain abdomen, oral cholecystography, intravenous cholangiography, and ultrasonography have been performed in our clinic. Methods and findings of above mentioned study are discussed with consideration of references.

Survivin, an apoptosis inhibitor/cell-cycle regulator, is critically required for suppression of apoptosis and ensuring normal cell division in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle. It is highly expressed in a cell cycle-regulated manner and localizes together with caspase-3 on microtubules within centrosomes. Whether survivin is a physiologically relevant caspase inhibitor has been unclear due to the difficulties with obtaining correctly folded survivin and finding right conditions for inhibition assay.(omitted)

The end of life problem in the United States has been evolved from the development of concept of brain death over last 50 yr. The invention of ventilator and the development of emergency medicine also played a key role to elongate the end stage of life and which caused the American people to ask a question about the patients self determination and refusing the unwarranted medical treatment in the view of the death with dignity. With regard to the patient unable to self determination, surrogate decision was also considered. To guarantee the self determination, The patient self determination act also enacted on the level of Federal regulation in 1990s. But no law has effectively dealt with the situation when medical treatment became futile. Along with the significant debates on literature and court cases. The American Medical Association's Council on Medical and Judical Affairs presented formal opinion and the Texas was the first states to regulate the medical futile situation in 1999. Even though that definition was in controversy, the concept of medical futility mainly focused on the doctors' right to refuse the treatment.

Built-out issue of copper processing appearing recently in the Paldang watershed is a critical problem to deteriorate the basic framework of national water management policy as well as to be simply a copper-related problem. Up to now, Korea government has invested hard and relevant upstream areas have been victimized readily in a variety of field to comply its goal of 'Safe Water Supply'. Because of the reason, the desirable water quality level of the Paldang watershed has been maintained regardless of its dense population. Paldang drinking water management policy is based on residents' understanding which is considered as a 'social capital'. The issue raised in the aspect of water quality management policy should be reviewed on the basis of the 'social capital' concept. One regarding semiconductor industry as a potential industry to export many products in 10 years insists that the industry not be a simple private business but be a prominent part for national competitiveness. There is no doubt about this opinion. However, a nation should support environmental right-to-life of its people prior to any other tasks. In other words, it is really risky to give up people's right due to economic benefits. Therefore, it should not happen to trade 'life', the dignity of man, with national competitiveness which is likely to be preferred in these days. In addition, coherent policy not to destroy 'social capital' promoting Paldang drinking water resource management policy should be maintained.
