유압 축압기식 제동에너지 희생시스템을 장착한 기계식 변속기 차량의 모의시험기 개발 (Development of a Simulator of Vehicle Equipped with Mechanical Transmission and Hydraulic Accumulator Type-Braking Energy Regeneration System)

  • The simulator of a vehicle equipped with mechanical transmission and hydraulic accumulator type-braking energy regeneration system is developed using a PC. The simulator receives the shift lever position, the accelerator pedal angle and the brake pedal angle generated by the operator using the keyboard, updates the state variables of the energy regeneration system responding to the input signals, and draws the moving pictures of the accumulator piston and pump/motor plate angle every drawing time on the PC monitor. Also, the operator can observe the shift lever position, the accel pedal angle, brake pedal angle, pressures of accumulators, vehicle speed, hydraulic torque, engine torque and air brake torque representing the operation of braking energy regeneration system through the PC monitor every drawing time. The simulator can be a very useful tool to design and improve the braking energy regeneration system.

  • A wireless control system was designed and constructed to control the rice transplanter of walking type with remote control. VHF(very high freqency) was sent from wireless transmitter to wireless reciever by usig 6 channels to control main clutch, steering clutch, plant lever and throttle lever within 200 meter distance between remote control and rice transplanter. The rice transplanter with wireless control system showed good performance for accuracy of travel speed, traveling mobility and turning diameter in the concrete, paddy and dry field. It is concluded that the developed wireless control system could be adapted to control not only conventional rice transplanters but also most of the agricultural machine by changing some parts of the control system.

  • Microcantilevers have been actively used in probe-based microscopy and gravimetric sensing for biological or chemical analytes. To integrate actuation or detection schemes in the structure, typical fabrication processes include several photolithographic steps along with conventional MEMS fabrication. In this paper, a simple and straightforward way to fabricate and operate silicon microcantilever mass sensors is presented. The fabricated microcantilever sensors which can be electrostatically actuated require only two photolithographic steps. Resonant characteristics of fabricated microcantilevers are measured with a custom optical-lever and results show size-dependent quality factors. Using a $40\;{\mu}m$ long, $7\;{\mu}m$ wide, and $3\;{\mu}m$ thick cantilever, we achieved subfemtogram mass resolution in a 1 Hz bandwidth.

  • Proprioceptive neuromusculat facilitation(PNF), scapular patterns are very important for orthopaedic and neurologic patients. It is an essential treatment techniques for motor developmental disorder, CVA, cervical disk, frozen shoulder and pain control of cervical, shoulder girdle and upper extremity. Scapular patterns of PNF has 4 different type of pattern. each of them in combining of movement plane and functional movement. Biomechanically, most of PNF patterns are a concentric contraction with third-claw lever. But the movement pattern have a technique of combination of isotonic that should make a eccentric contraction with second-claw lever.

  • A Systematic approach to estimate an interior noise level for a railway passenger car has been proposed. The prediction is based on the sound power values obtained from measured sound pressure lever, when a high speed train runs at 300km/hr. Then, the exterior sound pressure value is calculated by using the BEM code. After that, an interior sound lever is estimated, considering the transmission loss of body structures and absorption effect inside of the train. In this application, the estimated noise level is between 66 dBA and 74 dBA. The proposed approach could be useful for rough estimation of a noise level inside a passenger car at the design stage, a]though the method has some limitation to be implement for a general situation.

  • In this paper, we develops an unmanned test system for the purpose of realizing an actual forklift-based test-bed for the operation durability of the forklift mast. First, two robot actuators were applied to the lever to replace lever manipulation of the operator. For detecting the height of the fork and the tilt angle of the mast, the laser displacement sensor and the inclinometer were installed to the forklift. Next, the embedded control system was used to control the robot actuator with reference to test mode. Experimental evaluation verified that developed test system was effective and practical for the viewpoint of the repeatability of the test mode.

콤바인 HST 전자제어시스템 개발- 제어특성 실외시험 - (Development of HST electronic control system for combine (II)- Outdoor tests for control Characteristics -)

  • I/An electro-hydraulic transmission having advantages of convenience, safety, simple linking and high power, and an electronic control system were designed and fabricated. In this study, characteristics of the control system were investigated through outdoor tests for evaluation of installation of the system on a combine. Major findings were as followings. 1. Experiment for performance evaluation of the control system was conducted on concrete road. With steering lever in neutral position, driving HST swash plate and left/right wheel speed increased in proportion to driving lever angle. In case of steering control, steering swash plate angle changed in proportion to steering lever angle. This should cause increase in outer wheel speed, but it was observed that HST swash plate was controlled toward neutral to maintain the speed before steering. As a result, speed before steering was maintained despite the change in outer wheel speed by steering HST swash plate angle change. 2. It was observed that the HST system enabled steering with outer wheel maintained at constant speeds while inner wheel speed decreased, which was more stable than conventional mechanical links. In addition, for the selected 5 criteria, experiment showed satisfactory results and it was judged that installation on real vehicle would be feasible. 3. The control system showed response property of appropriate forward/reverse movement and lift/right steering, without causing any problems during experiment on concrete. Result of response property experiment on field operation also showed appropriate control over forward/reverse movement and left/right steering.

감 수확기구 개발(2) - 고지 전정기 개량 - (Development of persimmon harvest apparatus - Improvement of a high-ground trimmer -)

  • 우리나라에서 감은 재배면적으로 볼 때 사과 다음으로 넓은 면적을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 감 재배 포장의 70%가 경사지에 있어서 수확작업의 효율성이 떨어진다. 기존의 감 수확에 이용되는 고지전정기는 구조상의 문제로 인해 사용 시 많은 힘이 소요된다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제점의 해결을 위해 기존의 고지 전정기를 개량하여 감탈과시 소요되는 고지전정기의 레버 장력을 기존의 고지전정기와 비교하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 기존의 스프링레버식 고지전정기의 탈과 시 소요되는 레버 장력은 최대 34.4 N, 최소17.7 N, 평균 25.5 N으로 나타났다. 2. 개발한 유압레버식 고지전정기의 탈과 시 소요되는 레버장력은 최대 4.9 N, 최소0.2 N, 평균2.9 N으로 나타났다. 3. 개발한 유압레버식 고지전정기의 평균 장력은 유압레버식이 2.9 N이고 스프링레버식이 25.5 N으로서 스프링레버식이 유압레버식보다 8.7배 큰 것으로 나타났다. 4. 수합장치의 수합율은 개량한 장치가 기존의 것보다 7% 높게 나타났다.

폭발볼트 및 스프링 레버를 이용한 발사관 분리식 덮개 (The Separating Cover Using an Explosive Bolt and Spring Lever)

  • 본 논문에서는 신규 방식의 발사관 덮개인 분리식 덮개의 설계과정과 해석 및 실험적 검증결과에 대하여 기술하였다. 발사관 덮개에 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 종래의 파열식 및 구동기 방식의 덮개의 단점을 극복하기 위하여 폭발볼트 및 스프링 레버를 이용한 분리식 덮개를 제안하였다. 분리식 덮개는 폭발볼트와 스프링 레버 구동시스템으로 단순하게 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째로, 수학적 모델에 의해 제시된 설계제원에 대하여 다물체 동역학 해석을 통하여 기계적 작동성능에 관한 검토를 실시하였다. 도출된 해석결과는 이후 초고속 카메라로 획득한 계측 결과와 잘 부합하였다. 또한 작동성능에 대한 설계인자별 영향을 파악하기 위한 경향분석이 수행되었다. 본 연구를 통해 구조적 단순성과 가격의 효율성을 보유한 신규방식의 발사관 덮개를 군수분야에 제시하는데 기여했다고 판단되며 특별히 다연장 발사관 시스템(MLRS)에 유용하게 적용될 것이라고 예상된다.
