Residential apartment underground structures are being utilized for many purposes such as parking lots, community centers, fitness centers, etc. for efficient use of space. However, there are increasing problems of leakage due to various environmental and deterioration conditions. This paper proposes the development of an information network system which can serve as a base to provide solutions, alternatives and technical information for leakage prevention and effective design at the beginning of the construction stage.

As part of the development of building technology to improve the living performance closely related with lifestyle to Realize the Housing Welfare, the standard manual for the prevention and maintenance of water leaks in the underground structures of apartment buildings consists of Part 1 and Part 2. This study further covered the maintenance plan and inspection carried out in Part 1.

The purpose of this research is to identify and develop technology protection plans for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by analyzing past technology leakage patterns which were experienced by SMEs. We identified factors which affect the technology leakage, and analyzed patterns of the influences using a data mining algorithms. A decision tree analysis showed several significant factors which lead to technology leakage, so we conclude that preemptive actions must be put in place for prevention. We expect that this research will contribute to determining the priority of activities necessary to prevent technology leakage accidents in Korean SMEs. We expect that this research will help SMEs to determine the priority of preemptive actions necessary to prevent technology leakage accidents within their respective companies.

본 연구에서는 저항성 누설전류를 검출 및 차단할 수 있는 누전차단기를 32 bit ARM 프로세서를 기반으로 개발하였다. 개발된 누전차단기는 기술표준규격(KS C 4613)에서 규정하는 0.03초 이내에 저항성 누전을 차단을 할 수 있도록 구현되었다. 이러한 누전차단기는 스마트분전반에서 전기화재 및 감전 예방을 위한 차단기로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

According to building law, there are only regulations on the fire prevention compartments that can perform the function of partial smoke compartment, but the building law management of the smoke compartment for effective smoke diffusion prevention and control is not possible. The lack of control on the smoke compartment such as leakage rate on the penetrating part, and the lack of leakage rate in the design of smoke control of fire safety law resulted in the absence of fundamental safety technology. Therefore, this study seeks to find solutions to domestic problems after reviewing relevant domestic laws and regulations.

본 연구는 주요 회의 및 보안을 요하는 장소의 음성 정보보호 장비에 대한 시스템 개발이다. 가청소음 및 초음파 발생을 통한 정보 유출 방지기술로 보안 성능 및 안정성을 확보하였다. 녹음방지 모듈에 대한 무선전파의 특성상 직진성이 강한 음성정보 유출 차단을 위한 차단주파수 대역은 20~20,000Hz 광대역 주파수 차단 음성정보 유출차단을 위해 기만재밍 기술을 적용함으로 보안성을 크게 향상시켰다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 배터리를 이용한 휴대용 스마트폰 녹음을 차단시켜주는 시스템을 개발하였고, 별도의 장치 설치를 고객이 인지하지 못하도록 소형·경량화시켰다. 아울러, 원거리 녹음방지를 위하여 녹음방지 스피커의 출력을 효율적으로 사용하기 위한 방안 및 대책은 지속적으로 연구가 필요하다.

It is necessary to study the prevention and the management of electrical facilities because the electrical fault took place at the dust occurrence area due to environmental pollution. In particular, the dust accumulates easily on insulation material which is exposed an external long time. The leakage current brings out electrical fault after all. Also, it is need to variation of material and shape to repress a leakage current on electrical material. In this paper, we measured a leakage current on electrical material of facilities by dust, and in experiments the prevention to electrical fault was studied.

이 연구는 사물인터넷 디바이스로 인해 발생가능 한 기업의 주요 핵심정보의 유출위협에 대해 살펴보고 유출예방을 위한 방안들을 관리보안과 기술보안 측면에서 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 연구결과로서 관리보안측면에서는 첫째, 기업내부로 출입이 인가된 모든 사람들에 대해 사물인터넷 디바이스로 기업데이터가가 유출될 수 있음을 교육하고 주요 출입이 허가된 구역에 출입시점부터 사물인터넷 기기의 사용을 제한하는 가이드라인을 비치할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 사용자 요청 혹은 기업 자체의 보안운영 가이드라인을 마련할 필요가 있으며, 무선인터넷 공유가 가능한 전자기기에 무선인터넷 모듈을 도입시기부터 제거할 필요가 있다. 기술보안측면에서는 첫째, 컴퓨터에 대한 제어 솔루션으로서 기업정보들이 주로 저장되고 있는 컴퓨터 및 서버에 매체제어 솔루션 활용을 통해 사물인터넷 디바이스와 공유되는 경로를 대상으로 통제 솔루션을 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 네트워크에 대한 접근통제로서 네트워크에 공유된 사물인터넷 디바이스와 등록된 사물인터넷 디바이스의 현황을 정기적으로 확인하는 과정을 통해 보안관리 차원의 누수를 최소화해야 한다. 셋째, 암호화 방안으로서 컴퓨터, 서버 등의 정보자산에서 데이터 저장 및 암호화가 함께 이루어짐으로써 생성된 데이터가 외부로 불법적으로 유출되는 것을 예방하여야 한다.

내부자에 의한 개인정보유출 사고를 방지하기 위하여 다수의 기업은 문서 DRM(Digital Right Management), DLP(Data Loss Prevention), 개인정보 검색시스템 등과 같은 PC보안솔루션을 지속적으로 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 투자에도 불구하고 개인정보유출 사건들은 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. PC보안솔루션의 단순 구축이 아닌 기업에 적합한 보안 정책을 사전에 수립하고 정책에 맞는 시스템을 운영한다면 개인정보유출 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 로그분석을 통하여 수립한 보안정책의 효과성을 검증할 수 있으며 로그분석결과를 바탕으로 보안정책의 수정 보완이 가능할 것이다. 본 논문은 다양한 PC보안솔루션 중 개인정보유출 방지를 위해 PC에 필수 설치되는 보안솔루션을 정의하고, 필수보안 솔루션을 개인정보보호 관점에서 통합 운영하는 방안, 그리고 로그분석을 통해 개인정보유출 사고 방지를 위한 효과적인 보안정책을 제안하고자 한다.

The identifying cause of leakage problems on mechanical seal in a feed water pump of power plant have been difficult because of technical limits of domestic mechanical seal manufacturer and the various conditions of power plants. This paper can get a conclusion through the consideration study and experiment test of mechanical seal characteristics of feed water pump depending on oxygen treatment as follows. The oxygen treatment increase dissolved oxygen and cause a corrosion on the mechanical seal stationary ring composed of antimony as well as leakage problems. For solving leakage problems of seal, to eliminate dissolved oxygen in the cooling water of seal with hydrazine injection can prevent leakage problems of mechanical seal in feed water pump.
