진성리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 구성원 침묵의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Authentic Leadership Influencing on Innovative Behavior: Focusing on Mediating Effect of Employee's Silence)

  • 조직의 리더의 특성에 따라 구성원들의 행동의 변화가 있을 것으로 생각되며 이러한 아이디어를 바탕으로 실증연구를 통해 조직 구성원들의 행동의 변화를 유발 시키는 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위해 진성리더십을 독립변수로 활용하고 결과변수로는 구성원들이 생각하는 창의적인 아이디어를 직접 실행하고 행동으로 옮기는 혁신행동을 변수로 활용하여 검증하고자 한다. 또한 구성원의 침묵현상을 매개변수로 활용하여 구성원들의 행동에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 함께 알아보고자 하였다. 결과적으로 독립변수인 진성리더십은 구성원들의 혁신행동에 직접적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 침묵의 매개효과 역시 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 구성원들의 행동을 유발하는 내적 동기의 요인 중 리더십과 침묵 동기요인들이 작용된 것으로 보여 지는 결과이다. 이후 본 연구를 바탕으로 조직의 구성원들이 느끼는 침묵의 원인에 대한 연구와 침묵이 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구를 통해서 구성원들의 침묵관리의 필요성에 관한 연구가 중요할 것으로 보여 진다.

Charging Behavior of Chopped Carbon Fibers under High Intensity Electric Fields

  • In this study, we examined the charging behavior of chopped carbon fibers during electro-flocking process, which is one of the key processes of the novel technique for fabricating conductive polymer composite films. Short carbon fibers (CF) during electroflocking were electrically charged by the combined effect of contact charging, corona charging and tribocharging. The specific charge built on CF surface was measured by using Faraday cup method. Specific charge increased not only with increasing electric field strength and potential impressed to mesh electrode as expected from theoretical considerations in literature, but with decreasing mesh opening size due to the improved contact charging condition. However, CF length was found unexpectedly to influence the amount of CF specific charge due to the agglomerated nature of CF flocks leading to the change in charging conditions.

  • 대부분의 지방세 고지서는 복잡한 내용과 많은 정보들에 의해 납세자들에게 혼동스럽고 부정적인 경험으로 인식되고 있다. 이미 몇몇 지자체에서도 사용자의 이러한 불편한 경험을 개선시키고자 고지서 리디자인을 실행하였다. 본 연구자는 성남시 지방세 고지서 디자인의 근본적인 문제점을 심층분석을 통해 살펴보고 고지서를 수령하는 사용자들의 이용행태를 분석함으로써 사용자들에게 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 사용자 경험의 긍적적 개선 및 납세자의 이해도를 증진시킬 수 있는 고지서 디자인 방향의 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다.

The Importance of Smoking Definitions for the Study of Adolescent Smoking Behavior

  • Purpose. Smoking is the leading cause of death and smoking initiation rarely occurs after adolescence. Thus research on adolescent smoking is crucial. A consistent definition of smoking is important because inconsistent definitions make comparisons across studies an arduous task. Thus, the aim of the study was to suggest future research directions for smoking definitions after examining pitfalls in the literature. Methods. In this study the literature on adolescent smoking in the U.S. and South Korea was examined, and three types of smoking definitions were identified. Limitations in the studies are identified and future research directions are suggested. Results. In the U.S. literature, smoking definitions can be categorized into three groups: definitions based on stage models, smoking trajectories, and definitions derived from specific data. In the South Korean literature, various levels of smoking have not been differentiated. Conclusions. While the literature does not provide a definitive answer regarding the definition of smoking, it suggests three issues to consider for future research. First, multiple measures of smoking are more desirable than a one-time measure. Second, theory- or trajectory-based smoking definitions are more desirable than definitions derived from available data. Finally, regularity and amount of cigarette use should be incorporated in defining smoking behavior.

그라우팅 강성도에 따른 2-Arch 터널의 거동 (Behavior of 2-Arch Tunnel with Stiffness of Grouting)

  • 본 연구에서는 모형실험을 통한 2-Arch 터널의 거동과 주변지반의 거동으로부터 중앙부 Pilot 터널굴착 및 선행터널(우측터널)과 후행터널(좌측터널) 굴착에 따라 좌 우 터널 상호간에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였으며, 보강영역의 상대강성비와 토피고에 따라 발생하는 원지반 이완영역 및 아칭효과에 의한 중앙필러 및 주변 지반의 하중전이 현상을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2-Arch 터널의 시공순서를 반영한 실험순서에 따라 모형실험을 수행하였으며, 보강영역의 강성 및 토피고를 변화시켜 이에 따른 2-Arch 터널의 변형 및 주변지반의 변위를 측정하였다.

Discharge Characteristics in Soils Subjected to Lightning Impulse Voltages

  • In this paper, we present experimental results of the soil discharge characteristics as a function of moisture content when a 1.2/50-㎲ lightning impulse voltage is applied. For this study, laboratory experiments were carried out based on factors affecting the transient behavior in soils. The electrical breakdown voltages in soils were measured for a 0-6% range of moisture content for sand and a 0 - 4% range of moisture content for gravel. A test cell with semi-spherical electrodes buried face-to-face in the middle of a cylindrical container was used. The distance separating the electrodes is 100 mm. As a result, the time-lag to breakdown in soils decreases as the amplitude of applied voltage increases. The time-lag to initiation of ionization streamer is decreased, with an increase in the moisture content. However, the formative time-lag is rarely changed. The behavior of soil discharges depend not only on the type of soil and its moisture content but also on the amplitude of the impulse voltage. When the test voltage is applied repeatedly, electrical breakdown occurs along different discrete paths, leading radially away from the injected electrode. i.e., the fact that the ionization streamers propagate in different paths from shot to shot was observed.

Influence of vertical load on in-plane behavior of masonry infilled steel frames

  • Results of an experimental program are presented in this paper for the influence of vertical load on the in-plane behavior of masonry infilled steel frames. Five half-scaled single-story, single-bay steel frame specimens were tested under cyclic lateral loading. The specimens included four infilled frames and one bare frame. Two similar specimens as well as the bare frame had moment-resisting steel frames, while the remaining two specimens had pinned steel frames. For each frame type, one specimen was tested under simultaneous vertical and lateral loading, whereas the other was subjected only to lateral loading. The experimental results show that the vertical load changes the cracking patterns and failure modes of the infill panels. It improves dissipated hysteresis energy and equivalent viscous damping. Global responses of specimens, including stiffness and maximum strength, do no change by vertical loading considerably. Regarding the ductility, the presence of vertical load is ignorable in the specimen with moment-resisting frame. However, it increases the ductility of the infilled pinned frame specimen, leading to an enhancement in the m-factor by at least 2.5 times. In summary, it is concluded that the influence of the vertical load on the lateral response of infilled frames can be conservatively ignored.

Effect of cover depth and rebar diameter on shrinkage behavior of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete slabs

  • This study investigates the effects of reinforcing bar diameter and cover depth on the shrinkage behavior of restrained ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) slabs. For this, twelve large-sized UHPFRC slabs with three different rebar diameters ($d_b=9.5$, 15.9, and 22.2 mm) and four different cover depths (h=5, 10, 20, and 30 mm) were fabricated. In addition, a large-sized UHPFRC slab without steel rebar was fabricated for evaluating degree of restraint. Test results revealed that the uses of steel rebar with a large diameter, leading to a larger reinforcement ratio, and a low cover depth are unfavorable regarding the restrained shrinkage performance of UHPFRC slabs, since a larger rebar diameter and a lower cover depth result in a higher degree of restraint. The shrinkage strain near the exposed surface was high because of water evaporation. However, below a depth of 18 mm, the shrinkage strain was seldom influenced by the cover depth; this was because of the very dense microstructure of UHPFRC. Finally, owing to their superior tensile strength, all UHPFRC slabs with steel rebars tested in this study showed no shrinkage cracks until 30 days.

  • A new treatment of LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ has beer proposed for improving its electrochemical behavior as a cathode material secondary lithium batteries. Early in its development, the preparation method of LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ strongly influenced its electrochemical properties, such as discharge capacity, rate capability and cycling efficiency. In the present experiment, a new synthesis route has been applied to obtain LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ . Instead of the conventional high temperature technique leading to the crystalline form, a solution technique producing the amorphous form has been used. This material, after dehydration, shows an electrochemical performance exceeding that of the crystalline one. These measurements showed that the ultrasonic treatment process of crystalline LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ causes a decrease in crystallinity and considerable increases in specific surface area and interlayer spacing. So the ultrasonic method provides a convenient means for improving the electrochemical behavior of LiV$_3$O$_{8}$ as a cathode material for secondary lithium batteries.batteries.

  • In the 20th Century, urban regeneration was changed to holistic regeneration and Ballymun of Ireland was one of the example of leading projects which using holistic regeneration over ten years. In Deajeon, there is a successful project call as "Rainbow project", using holistic regeneration. Any previous case needs to be checked thoroughly and the result needs to be studied for next project. The purpose of this study was to delineate the effect of Socio-Physical regeneration on social network. For this research, research tool was developed to combination of previous social exclusion index. This research was a survey research which used Systematic Random Sampling. In conclusion, it was not enough time to change people's behavior dramatically but even though a change is very low, it is very meaningful. Changing from people's behavior to people's mind, is a step to a goal.
