고속 엘리베이터의 전후 진동제어를 위한 동적 모델링 및 능동 제어기 설계 (Dynamic Modeling and Controller Design for Active Control of High-speed Elevator Front-back Vibrations)

  • Front-back vibrations of high-speed elevator need to be suppressed as in the case of lateral vibrations. The dynamic model for the front-back vibrations is different from the lateral vibration model since the supporting structure varies. In this study, a dynamic model was derived using the energy method. Based on the free vibration analysis, it was observed that the fundamental frequency for the front-back vibration is slightly lower than the fundamental frequency of the lateral vibration, which means that the active vibration control should be carried out in both directions. The PPF control algorithm was applied to the numerical model under measured rail irregularities. The numerical results show that the active vibration control of elevator front-back vibration is also possible.

  • This paper is concerned with the dynamic modeling for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of lateral vibrations of a railway vehicle. The resulting dynamic model is a nine degree-of-freedom model which can describe the lateral, roll and yaw motions of the car body and two bogies. It is assumed that the external disturbances come from wheel motions. In order to test the efficacy of the model, the linear quadratic regulator and the sky-hook control algorithm were designed and applied to the model. The simulation results show that both control algorithms are effective in suppressing the vibrations of railway vehicles.

단순악관절 잡음군에서 좌/우 진동 감별방법 연구 (Study for discriminating method of origin side vibration from non-symptomatic clicking group)

  • 목적: 단순악관절 진동군에서 좌/우 진동 중 유의한 진동의 감별법을 연구하는 것이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 단순악관절 진동만을 갖고 있고 측두하악관절 질환의 제 증상이 없는 단순악관절 진동그룹 30명의 60개 관절에서 44쌍의 진동을 기록하였고 대상자의 인지와 검사자의 촉진, JVA 검사 결과를 비교하였다. JVA로 기록된 진동의 주파수 스펙트럼, 진동파형 시간차 위상변위 분석, 수치 분석을 통해 좌/우 진동 중 유의한 진동을 감별하였다. 결과: JVA 분석결과 양측성 진동은 한 건도 없었으며 유의한 편측 진동은 42개로 감별되었다. 시간차 위상변위를 보이는 것은 11쌍이었고 이 중 한 쌍을 제외한 모든 진동에서 전달된 측의 진동이 발생측 진동보다 진동 총에너지(total integral) 값은 더 작고 > 300 / < 300 ratio는 같거나 더 큰 특징을 보이는 것을 관찰하였다. 또한 진동 총에너지 값이 10 이하로 작고 시간차 위상변위를 보이지 않아 좌/우 감별의 근거가 모호한 나머지 진동 모두에서 진동 총에너지 값이 더 작은 쪽의 > 300 / < 300 ratio가 더 큼을 관찰하여 이를 좌/우 감별의 근거로 삼을 수 있었다. 결론: JVA로 좌/우 진동 중 유의한 진동을 감별하기 위해서는 주파수 스펙트럼, 시간차 위상변위 및 수치 분석 등이 모두 고려되어야 한다.

  • This paper is concerned with the modeling and active controller design for elevator lateral vibrations. To this end, a dynamic model for the lateral vibration of the elevator consisting of a supporting frame, cage and active roller guides was derived using the energy method. Free vibration analysis was then carried out based on the equations of motion. Active vibration controller was designed based on the PID control algorithm and applied to the numerical model. Rail irregularity were considered as external disturbance in the numerical simulations. The numerical results show that the active vibration control of elevator is possible.

  • As the speed of rotating machines increases and also their weight decreases, the coupling between lateral and torsional vibrations must be considered. In the past, rotordynamics and geardynamics have tended to treat the lateral and torsional vibrations of the system elements as separate and decoupled mechanisms. In the paper, the coupled lateral-torsional free and forced vibration of rotors trained by gears is analyzed using finite element method. Also the complicated variation of the meshing stiffness as a function of contact point along the line of action is estimated correctly. The gear mesh model is assumed to be linear with constant average mesh stiffness.

  • In a transmission or geared rotor system a coupled phenomenon of lateral and torsional vibrations may occur due to the gear meshing effect. Particularly, in high speed or low vibration and low noise applications of geared rotor systems a coupled rotordynamic analysis is required to precisely predict their dynamic characteristics. In this paper a generalized finite element model of a gear pair element is developed, which actively couples the lateral and torsional vibrations due to the gear meshing effect. In the modeling the generalized forces due to the transmission error. geometrical eccentricities. and unbalances in the gear system are also considered. Then. using the developed gear pair element model a coupled unforced rotordynamic analysis is performed with a prototype 800 RT turbo-chiller rotor-bearing system having a hull-pinion speed increasing gear. Results show that the torsional vibration characteristics experience some changes due to the gear meshing and lateral dynamic coupling effect, but that they have no adverse effect and the lateral ones have no practical changes in an operating speed range.

  • In this study, torsional and lateral vibrations of a gear box transmission system were analyzed theoretically using some mathematical models and examined to determine the causes of its excessive vibrations. As the results, it was found there exist possibility of resonance between gear mesh frequencies and lateral vibration mode of the transmission shaft during the third shifting mode operation. In order to avoid this resonance, we proposed changing the arrangement of gears on the transmission shaft. The measured vibration levels of the improved gear box were dramatically reduced. These results may be helpful to design a machine tool gear box with low noise and vibration.

  • This paper is concerned with the active control experiments on elevator vibrations by means of the active roller guide. To this end, a roller guide was designed using a voice-coil actuator and linear guide. A simple proportional control algorithm combined with the band-pass filter was implemented using the DSP. Based on the initial experiments, a new control system which can handle lateral and front-back vibrations of elevator was built and tested using the elevator test tower. The experimental results show that the elevator vibrations are reduced by the active control technique.

  • 포신과 같은 충격하중을 받는 파이프 형태의 구조물 진동을 측정하기 위해 가속계가 널리 사용된다. 포약의 폭발로 인해 발생하는 응력파는 포신의 횡진동에 미미한 영향을 미치지만 매우 큰 가속도 성분을 가지고 있어 미세 진동의 계측을 어렵게 한다. 기계적 필터는 가속도계를 부착하는 기계적 구조물과 진동감쇠재료로 구성되어, 고주파의 응력파를 제거하고 횡진동에 관련된 가속도 성분만을 가속도계로 전달하는 역할을 한다. 진동감쇠재료는 비선형성이 강하여 수학적 모델링이나 수치적 해석에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 9 가지의 진동감쇠재료의 진동특성을 실험적으로 확인하여, 기계적 필터에 가장 적합한 재료를 선택하였다. 또한, 압착에 따른 진동특성의 변화를 통해, 기계적 필터의 설계 데이터를 얻을 수 있었다. 기계적 필터를 설계 제작하여, 필터의 성능을 확인하였다.
