  • 본 연구에서는 골프운동이 대중화 되면서 골프 클럽은 국산품 사용 실적이 극히 미미하고 대부분 수입하여 사용 하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 프로 및 아마추어들의 현재 골프클럽의 사용 실태와 골프산업기술과 마케팅 측면의 분석을 통해 국산클럽 사용의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

  • The class of isotropic almost complex structures, J𝛿,𝜎, define a class of Riemannian metrics, g𝛿,𝜎, on the tangent bundle of a Riemannian manifold which are a generalization of the Sasaki metric. This paper characterizes the metrics g𝛿,0 using the geometry of tangent bundle. As a by-product, some integrability results will be reported for J𝛿,𝜎.

  • 최근 여가생활의 중요성이 부각되며 스포츠 관람도 여가생활로써 각광받고 있다. 구단도 브랜드라고 볼 수 있다. 스포츠 구단을 응원하기 위한 방법은 관람뿐만 아니라 구단의 라이선싱 상품을 구입하는 것도 방법이다. 한 브랜드의 판매상품을 구성하려면 구매자들의 문화를 파악하고 분석하여야 한다. 이 발표는 일본인들의 문화의 하나인 '오미야게' 문화에 대해 알아보고 그로 인해 일본의 야구 구단의 판매상품 구성에 끼친 영향에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

  • 컨셉 앨범(Concept Album)은 "The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", "The Who - Tommy" 등이 발매된 1960년대 이후로 계속해서 발전하고 있다. 장르적 발전과 형식적 발전을 거듭하고 있는데, 그에 비해 학술적 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 컨셉 앨범의 발전 경향을 알아보기 위해 컨셉 앨범의 시대적 구분 기준을 마련한다. 또한 이러한 시대적 구분에 따라 각 시대의 컨셉 앨범이 어떤 특징을 보이는지 살펴봄으로써, 2000년대 이후 다양해지는 컨셉 앨범에 대한 분석 기틀을 마련한다.

  • 우리나라의 고등학교 로봇 교육은 그 장점과 중요성에 비해 실제 교육현장에서 활발히 적용되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 로봇 경연을 준비하는 동아리 활동을 통한 로봇 교육 방안을 소개하고 이를 정착시키기 위한 방법으로 전문 멘토 그룹의 형성과 사회적 인식 변화의 필요성을 제안한다.

Effects of Several Herbicides on Control of Creeping Bentgrass in the Kentucky Bluegrass and Its Recovery (켄터키블루그래스 포장에 침입한 크리핑벤트그래스의 제초제를 이용한 방제와 회복)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the selective control of creeping bentgrass invaded in Kentucky bluegrass by applying several herbicides and recovery of Kentucky bluegrass by sand injection seeding method. Selective herbicides such as mecoprop, triclopyr-TEA, imazaquin, bentazone and penosulam pyrazosulfuro-ethyl and non-selective herbicides such as glyphosate, paraquat dichloride and glyphsate ammonium oxyflorfen were used. Selective suppression of creeping bentgrass in Kentucky bluegrass was evaluated by turf color, chlorophyll and visual control indexes. Control of creeping bentgrass was most effective with the double dose application of triclopyr-TEA (2 Tri-T) in the selective herbicides and the 1 / 5 dose application of glyphosate ammonium oxyflorfen (1 / 5 GAO) in the non-selective herbicides. Visual control indexes by 2 Tri-T in selective herbicides and 1 / 5 GAOin non-selective herbicides were investigated 6.0 and 7.4, respectively. Treated sites were covered completely in 50 days after seeding Kentucky bluegrass by sand injection method.

Association between Mismatch Repair Gene MSH3 codons 1036 and 222 Polymorphisms and Sporadic Prostate Cancer in the Iranian Population

  • The mismatch repair system (MMR) is a post-replicative DNA repair mechanism whose defects can lead to cancer. The MSH3 protein is an essential component of the system. We postulated that MSH3 gene polymorphisms might therefore be associated with prostate cancer (PC). We studied MSH3 codon 222 and MSH3 codon 1036 polymorphisms in a group of Iranian sporadic PC patients. A total of 60 controls and 18 patients were assessed using the polymerase chain reaction and single strand conformational polymorphism. For comparing the genotype frequencies of patients and controls the chi-square test was applied. The obtained result indicated that there was significantly association between G/A genotype of MSH3 codon 222 and G/G genotype of MSH3 codon 1036 with an increased PC risk (P=0.012 and P=0.02 respectively). Our results demonstrated that MSH3 codon 222 and MSH3 codon 1036 polymorphisms may be risk factors for sporadic prostate cancer in the Iranian population.

  • The structure of integumentary epidermis is studied in the bastard halibut, Paralichthys olivaceus based on the light and transmission electron microscope. Epidermal layer consists of supporting cells, unicellular glands and accessory cells. The supporting cells were classified into superficial cell, intermediated cell and basal cell. Superficial cell of epidermal layer is squamous or cuboidal and the surface is covered with numerous microridges. The supporting cells are connected to another cell with membrane interdigitations and desmosmes. And tonofilaments are developed in the cortical cytoplasm. Gland cells are classified into mucous cell and club cell. By the histochemical studies of the epidermal secretions the mucous materials are identified as neutral polysaccharides. Club cell has numerous vacuoles and microfilaments in the cytoplasm. Also chloride cells are observed in the epidermis, it cytoplasm is occupied numerous mitochondria.

Effect of Soil Moisture and Irrigation on Pathogenicity of Entomopathogenic Nematodes (토양수분과 관수량이 곤충병원성선충의 병원성에 미치는 영향)

  • Entomopathogenic nematodes (EPNs) have been used as biological control agents for control of various agro-forest insect pests, and are especially effective against soil-dwelling insect pests. Effect of soil moisture on pathogenicity of commercial EPNs for white grub control was evaluated in laboratory, pots, and golf courses. Pathogenicity of EPNs in sand column was variable depending on depth, soil moisture, and EPN species or strain. All tested EPNs (Heterorhabditis sp. GSNUH1, Heterorhabditis sp. GSNUH2, Steinernema carpocapsae GSN1, and S. longicaudum Nonsan strain) showed similar pathogenicity against the bait insect, great wax moth (Galleria mellonella) larva at 2 cm deep at a given soil moisture. However, pathogenicity of the Heterorhabditis sp. GSNUH1 strain was decreased with increasing soil moisture. Pathogenicity of S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain was the lowest in 3% soil moisture (v/w) at 7 cm depth. However, there was no difference in pathogenicity between Heterorhabditis sp. GSNUH2 and S. longicaudum Nonsan strain. Although pathogenicity of Heterorhabditis sp. KCTC 0991BP strain showed no difference against the 2nd instar of Exomala orientalis, that of the S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain was decreased in the laboratory depending on soil moisture. Highly pathogenic strain EPN, Heterorhabditis sp. KCTC 0991BP strain, showed higher pathogenicity at 100 mm irrigation than non-irrigation or 10 mm irrigation. However, poor pathogenic strain EPN, S. carpocapsae GSN1 strain, was not different in pathogenicity from the 2nd instar of Exomala orientalis in creeping bentgrass (Agrostis palustris) depending on irrigation amount in the pot. Pathogenicity of EPNs in field experiment at the tee of Ulsan golf club showed a similar trend to that in the pot experiment.
