편평족에 대한 관절가동술과 자가신장이 요부의 신장성, 요통과 하지 체중부하 차이에 대한 비교 연구 (The Comparison Study of Ankle Joint Mobilization and Elongation on the Difference of Weight-bearing Load, Low Back Pain and Flexibility in Flat-foots Subjects)

  • Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the spine and the flat-foot, the stability and the alignment of the posture of the neck to prevent the alignment of the ankle joint operation and the lower back flexibility of the lumbar region according to the type of treatment using active stretching of the triceps, back pain, and to see how they affect weight bearing differences. Methods: The subjects of this study were 24 chronic low back pain patients. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, ankle joint mobilization and active scraping of triceps were performed three times a week for a total of 6 weeks. The control group was performed in the same way without articulation. The range of flexion and extension motion of the lumbar spine and pain degree and difference of weight-bearing were measured before and after the experiment. Results: The model of ankle joint mobilization and calf muscle elongation of flat foot significantly improved the range of flexion and extension motion of the vertebrae (p<.05) and the VAS and distribution of weight-bearing were decreased in both of two groups (p<.05). In other words, the exercise and mobilization help to recover of the balance of the whole musculoskeletal, the vertebrae. Conclusions: The active exercise of the triceps muscle of the lower leg in this study It affects the flexibility of the lumbar spine, the pain and the difference in the weight support of the lower extremities, when we performed ankle joint mobilization for exercise and cramping, pain and the difference in weight support between the two lower limbs.

수중 Ai-Chi 운동프로그램이 신체 활동량에 따른 대상자의 엉덩관절 가동성과 자세 및 균형에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Underwater Ai-Chi Exercise Program on Hip Joint Mobility, Body Balance and Posture Change Based on Amount of the Physical Activity of College Students )

  • PURPOSE: To investigate the effects of the underwater Ai-Chi exercise on the joint range of motion, balance and posture. METHODS: Thirty-six college students (30 men, 6 women) were divided into a 'low physical activity' groups (Group I). and an 'appropriate physical activity' groups (Group II). The Ai-Chi underwater exercise was conducted three times a week for two weeks for both groups. A goniometer was used to measure the range of motion of the hip joint, and Y-Balance and the posture screen mobile were used to measure the stability of the lower extremities. RESULTS: An evaluation of the range of motion of the hip joint before and after the Ai-Chi exercise showed significant results in the low physical activity group. However, the flexural range showed a significant increase after exercise, but not significant result. In the comparison of the mean increase between groups, only the right hip joint showed a significant difference in both groups. Also, in the comparison of the Y balance test and posture screen test before and after exercise, both groups showed significant. CONCLUSION: The Ai-Chi underwater exercise helped improve the range of motion of the hip joint and the ability to balance. Also It helped improve posture alignment. In addition, although the increase in all physical activity groups lower than the appropriate physical activity groups was greater in all figures, the increase in the number of samples, the extension of the experimental period, and various variables could be obtained.

miR-328-5p functions as a critical negative regulator in early endothelial inflammation and advanced atherosclerosis

  • Early proatherogenic inflammation constitutes a significant risk factor for atherogenesis development. Despite this, the precise molecular mechanisms driving this pathological progression largely remain elusive. Our study unveils a pivotal role for the microRNA miR-328-5p in dampening endothelial inflammation by modulating the stability of JUNB (JunB proto-oncogene). Perturbation of miR-328-5p levels results in heightened monocyte adhesion to endothelial cells and enhanced transendothelial migration, while its overexpression mitigates these inflammatory processes. Furthermore, miR-328-5p hinders macrophage polarization toward the pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype, and exerts a negative influence on atherosclerotic plaque formation in vivo. By pinpointing JUNB as a direct miR-328-5p target, our research underscores the potential of miR-328-5p as a therapeutic target for inflammatory atherosclerosis. Reintroduction of JUNB effectively counteracts the anti-atherosclerotic effects of miR-328-5p, highlighting the promise of pharmacological miR-328-5p targeting in managing inflammatory atherosclerosis.

Sealer의 사용이 임프란트 나사의 안정성에 미치는 영향 (A STUDY ON THE STABILITY OF IMPLANT SCREW BY USE OF THE SEALER)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the surface contact and screw joint stability between screw and implant interface by use of sealer. The implants evaluated in this study were Steri-Oss futures(Hexlock $3.8D{\times}10mm$: Steri-Oss, Yorba Linda, CA), and Steri-Oss staight abutment. Titanium alloy screws were used to secure abutments to implants. The other titanium alloy screws applicating sealer(Impla-Seal, Implant Support Systems, Inc. Irvine, CA) were used to secure abutments to implants. In one another sample, 6kg of force was applied during simulated intraoral movements after abutment screws were secured to the implants with sealer. All samples were cross sectioned with sandpaper and polished with $0.1{\mu}m\;Al_2O_3$. Then samples were recorded with an scanning electron microscope. The results were as follows : 1. In the case of titanium alloy screw, irregular contacts and relatively large gap were present at thread mating surface. Also abutment screw/implant interface demonstrate incomplete seating and only one surface contact of threads between implant and screw. 2. In the case of titanium alloy screw applecating sealer, sealer was present between implant and screw. Therefore implant and screw had relatively close and tight contact without the presence of large gap. 3. On the other hand, in the case of titanium alloy screw applicating sealer and dynamic loading of suprastructures, sealer was partially present between implant and screw. Conclusively, sealer fills voids, creating a barrier to moisture and bacteria. In addition, loading of suprastructures may change the situation and limit the indications for gap sealing.

물체의 효율적인 이송을 위한 양팔 로봇의 최적 자세 (Optimization of Dual-arm Configurations for Efficient Handling of Objects)

  • This paper proposes an optimal posture for the task-oriented movement of dual arm manipulator. A stability criterion function which consists of three kinds of feature-representative parameters has been utilized to define the optimal posture. The first parameter is the force which is applied to the object. The torque of each joint and position of arm are attained from the current sensor and encoder, respectively. From these two data, the applied force to an object is estimated using sum of vectors of the joint torques estimated from the measured current. In order to investigate the robustness of each posture, the variation of the end-effector from the encoder information has been utilized as the second parameter. And for the last parameter for the optimality, the total energy consumption has been used. The total consuming energy of each posture can be computed from the current information and the battery voltage. The proposed robot structure consists of a mobile inverted pendulum and dual manipulators. In order to define the optimal posture for the each object, external disturbances are applied to the mobile inverted pendulum robot and the first and second parameters are investigated to find the optimal posture among the pre-selected most representative postures. Finally, the proposed optimal posture has been verified by the proposed stability criterion function which consists of total force to the object, the fluctuation of the end-effector position, and total energy consumption. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms has been verified and demonstrated through the practical simulations and real experiments.

견형 4족 로봇의 위치 이동: 걷기 및 속보 (Locomotion of Dog-like Quadruped Robots: Walk and Trot)

  • 본 논문은 다양한 지면에 적응 가능한 견형 4족 로봇의 위치 이동에 관한 것으로 정 보행과 동 보행의 구현 방법 및 특성을 주로 다루었다. 이를 위하여, 총 12 자유도의 로봇을 자체 제작하였으며, 몸통과 발의 운동궤적을 생체 모방 방식으로 생성한 후 역기구학에 의하여 그에 해당하는 각 다리의 관절각을 해석적으로 구하였다. 이러한 관절각 데이터를 상기 로봇의 ADAMS 모델에 적용하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 계획된 걷기 및 속보 걸음새가 동력학적으로 안정함을 확인하였다. 그러나 그 이전의 속보 패턴의 경우에는 시뮬레이션 결과와는 달리 실험 중 불안정한 거동을 보였다. 그에 따라 원인 분석을 하는 과정 중, 속보와 같은 동 보행의 경우 ZMP보다는 WSM의 개념을 적극적으로 활용하고 보행 주기를 최대한 단축시키는 것이 안정성 확보에 매우 중요함을 발견하였다.

스쿼트 시 Toe-out 각도 변화에 따른 운동역학적 변인 분석 (Biomechanical Analysis on Change of Toe-out Angle in Squat)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to suggest correct and effective way of squat through biomechanical analysis variables on the change of the toe-out angle. Method: 7 high school male weightlifter (age: $17.57{\pm}0.53yrs$, height: $174.0{\pm}3.93cm$, weight: $81.0{\pm}9.17kg$, 1RM: $164.29{\pm}20.7kg$) participated in this study. Results: Angle of the hip joint at E2 was smaller than toe-out angle was in $20^{\circ}$ than in $0^{\circ}$ (p<.05). Angular velocity of the foot joint at E1 and E3 was quicker that in $10^{\circ}$ than in $30^{\circ}$ (p<.05). Anterior-posterior stability index was greater that toe-out angle was in $30^{\circ}$ than in $0^{\circ}$ (p<.05). In average iEMG of flexion phase, VM of right, left leg showed high activity at toe-out angle $30^{\circ}$. In average iEMG of flexion phase, extension phase and in peak iEMG, RF of right leg, VM and VL of left leg showed high activity at all of the toe-out angles. In average iEMG of flexion phase, extension phase and in peak iEMG, all of the muscles activity of right leg showed high in $10^{\circ}$ and low in $0^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$. Conclusion: It is judged that setting the toe-out angle $10^{\circ}$ in squat help to efficiently use muscles and ensure stability.

지체응력조건을 고려한 지하공동 주변부 암석블록의 신속한 거동 안정성 분석 (Fast Analysis of Rock Block Behavior on Underground Opening considering Geostatic Stress Conditions)

  • 지하공동의 굴착 과정에서 암반 절리로 인해 생성되는 암석블록의 거동 여부는 지하공동의 역학적 안정성에 있어서 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 대심도 지하공동 조건 하에서 지체응력 및 절리물성 조건에 따른 암석블록의 거동 안정성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이론적으로 계산된 암석블록의 거동조건과 3DEC 수치해석을 통해 분석된 암석블록의 거동양상을 비교하여, 이론값과 수치해석 결과간의 오차를 지체응력 및 절리물성 조건에 따라 분석하였다. 암석블록의 거동 안정성 분석을 수행한 결과는 수치해석 결과와 비교할 때 약 5% 이하의 오차를 보여 본 연구에서 제시한 이론적 방법론의 적용가능성을 검증하였다.

LXC 환경을 이용한 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크체계의 소프트웨어 모의시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Software Simulation Test of the Joint Tactical Data Link System Using the Linux Container Environment)

  • 전장 환경에서 점차 네트워크의 중요성이 확대되고 있다. 시간이 지날수록 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크 체계에서 사용하는 전술데이터링크의 종류가 많아지고 있으며 그만큼 전술데이터링크 시스템을 탑재한 군의 무기체계가 증가하고 있다. 광범위해지는 전장에 안정적인 소프트웨어를 제공하기 위해 철저한 품질 검증이 요구된다. 본 연구는 한국형 합동 전술데이터링크 체계사업의 안정성 검증을 위해 리눅스 컨테이너 환경을 이용하여 최소한의 물리적 공간과 하드웨어 자원으로 다양한 모의시험을 수행하는 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 통해 유사한 성격의 리눅스 기반 체계사업에서도 한정된 시험환경에서 최대한의 시험 역량을 확보하여 보다 높은 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보하는데 기여하고자 한다.

해상처분장 연직차수공을 위한 DHLT 이음부의 개발 (Development of DHLT Joint for Vertical Cutoff Walls in Offshore Waste Landfill Site)

  • 해상처분장의 호안구조물 및 연직차수공으로 강관시트파일이 주로 사용되며, 강관시트파일은 이음부를 연결하여 주열식으로 설치가 되는 만큼 해상 고유의 횡방향 외력에 대한 구조적인 안정성이 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 새로 개발된 연직차수공 이음부의 구조적인 성능을 평가하는 것이다. 먼저 기존 연직차수공 이음부의 문제점을 고찰하고 시공 및 유지보수 측면에서 기존 이음부 형식과의 차별성을 갖도록 새로운 형태의 DHLT(Double H with L-T) 연직차수공 이음부를 개발하였다. 개발된 DHLT 이음부의 실규모 모형을 제작하고 이음부에 그라우트를 채워 양생시킨 후 압축 및 인장강도실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 기존 연구결과와 비교하였다. 실험결과, DHLT 이음부의 압축강도와 인장강도는 그라우트와 강재의 영향으로 인해 기존 이음부 연구결과에 비해 다소 과소평가되었다. 특히 압축강도 실험의 경우 DHLT 이음부의 비대칭 형상으로 인해 그라우트에 균열이 발생하기 전에 강재에서 먼저 항복이 발생하는 결과를 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 연직차수공 개발시 이음부 강도발현에 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 요인을 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 근거로 더 향상된 연직차수공을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
