영아보육교사의 교수효능감과 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 (The Relationship between Child-Care Teachers' Job Stress and Belief of Teaching Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 영아보육교사의 내적 교육신념인 교수효능감과 직무스트레스에 대해서 알아보고 영아보육교사의 교수효능감과 직무스트레스의 상관관계 및 교수효능감이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기지역 국공립, 민간, 가정 보육시설에서 근무하고 있는 36개월 미만의 영아반 교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 결과처리를 위하여 ANOVA분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 영아보육교사의 교수효능감은 보통보다 높게 나타났으며 일반적 교수효능감이 개인적 교수효능감보다 높게 나타나 전반적으로 영아보육교사 자신의 교수효능감을 높게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 영아보육교사의 직무스트레스는 보통보다 낮게 나타났다. 하위 영역별로 보면 업무관련 스트레스가 가장 높았으며 다음으로 영아들과의 활동 스트레스, 개인관련 스트레스 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교수효능감과 직무스트레스간의 관계는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 교수효능감의 하위 요인 중에서 일반적 교수효능감은 직무스트레스와 상관성이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인적 교수효능감 만이 유의미한 부적상관을 보였다. 영아보육교사의 교수효능감이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향력은 개인적 교수효능감 만이 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 개인적 교수효능감이 높을수록 직무스트레스는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성 중에서는 교육수준, 월 급여, 근무시간이 직무스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교육수준이 높을수록, 월 급여가 적을수록, 근무시간이 많을수록 영아보육교사의 직무스트레스는 높아진다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 영아보육교사의 교수효능감을 향상시키고 직무스트레스를 감소시키는 방안을 제시하였다.

의지.보조기 기사의 근골격계 통증과 직무스트레스 수준의 관련성 (The Correlation between Musculoskeletal Pain and Level of Work Stress of Prosthetists and Orthotists)

  • PURPOSE: It is known that work stress was linked to WRMDs in workplace. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of work related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMDs) related to job stress among prosthetists and orthotists. METHODS: Eighty-six self-reported symptoms of discomfort (SRSD) and job stress were collected by questionnaire and analyzed. RESULTS: The results were as follows: Over 70% of respondents had WRMDs. The shoulder was the most painful region and each of "within 15 minutes", "once a week" and "severe moving or doing exercise" items were main characteristics in the SRSD. Finally, the "repetition of simple work" item in job stress ranked as resulting in "often discomfort" in over 43% of respondents. Additionally, there was a statistically significant correlation between job stress and pain intensity (p<.05, $r_s$=.36). CONCLUSION: Further studies are needed to identify the factors affecting musculoskeletal symptoms and job stress of prosthetists and orthotists in Korea.

진료비 심사부서장 및 부서원의 직무만족도와 조직몰입도 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Health Insurance Review Team Leader and Member)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect the performance of health insurance review department workers of Korean tertiary hospitals, general hospitals and hospitals. A survey was conducted through structured questionnaire for chiefs and members of health insurance review departments of hospitals, and data from 1,064 respondents were utilized in the final analysis. Survey items included general characteristics of the hospitals and health insurance review departments, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as organizational effectiveness. As multiple linear regression results, in the case of chiefs, the most significantly related factor to job satisfaction was a monthly salary. The other related factor was job stress. In the case of members, the most significantly related factor was job stress. The other related factors were more monthly salary, religious believer, and less complex workplace, in order. As organizational commitment, in the case of chiefs, the most significantly related factor was a monthly salary. The other related factor was more clinical experience. In the case of members, the most significantly related factor was job stress. The other related factors were more monthly salary, tertiary hospitals, more age, and less complex workplace, in order.

중소 병원 간호사들의 업무상 손상경험에 영향을 미치는 요인파악 (Factors Associated with Work-Related Injuries of Nurses in Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors associated with work related injuries of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals. Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with nurses in eight hospitals from October 2007 to January 2008. A questionnaire was designed to collect information on nurses' work related injuries, and individual and job related characteristics. The response rate was 65.1%. Data from 294 nurses were analyzed. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine factors associated with work related injuries. Result: Of the 294 nurses, 19.1% (n=56) responded as having at least one injury during their job performance. The logistic regression analysis revealed that the significant factors influencing work related injuries were job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital's location. Nurses with a higher job satisfaction were less likely to experience work related injuries (OR=0.58). Nurses with a higher stress recognition (OR=2.57) and those working at hospitals in metropolitan cities (OR=3.28) were more likely to experience work related injuries. Conclusions: The result of this study indicated that a substantial proportion of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals had experienced injuries related to nursing job. Interventions to prevent work related injuries among nurses should take into account the job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital characteristics.

근로자의 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지도 특성에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of Social Support at Work Affecting Work Stress)

  • Psychological stress is a growing issue in work stress research because work stressors are closely related to depression; and depression, in turn, decreases organizational effectiveness. Considering such causal relationships of work stress, a comprehensive source to control work stress is needed for worksite mental well-being. This study was conducted to identify how social support at work controlled work stress and which characteristics of social support were effective on work stress reduction. The study participants were 240 workers employed in a public hospital in Georgia, U.S.A self-administered survey was given to employees with their pay slips, and followed by a hospital wide voice reminder for 7 days. Surveys were conducted over a 20-day period. The questionnaires asked about job demands, job control, social support at work, depression, job performance, absenteeism, and demographics. The social support construct was structured on the source of support at work and the kinds of support were provided. Statistical analyses were conducted in the structural equation modeling approach. Social support at work was directly related to high job control, low depression, and high job performance. High score of social support at work were significantly associated with high job control, low depressive symptoms, and high job performance. By source of support, only organizational support was positively related to high job control. Organizational support was more effective than supervisor and coworker support. Any stressors and their outcomes were not differenciated by the kinds of support. This result indicated that job control was influenced more by the source of support than the kinds of support provided at work; and the most efficient source of support was the organization. Organizational support was a strong factor in improving workers" perceived controllability of their jobs from a work stress reduction perspective.tive.

직무 관련 스트레스, 문제해결양식이 소방대원의 심리적 디스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job-related Stress and Problem Solving Styles on Psychological Distress of Firefighters)

  • 본 연구는 소방대원의 직무 관련 스트레스, 문제해결양식과 심리적 디스트레스의 관계를 검증하고 직무관련 스트레스, 문제해결양식이 심리적 디스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 소방대원의 스트레스의 심각도를 측정하는 스트레스 척도, 문제해결양식 척도 그리고 정신진단척도를 사용하여 스트레스의 양상, 문제해결양식과 심리적 디스트레스 간의 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 상관분석 결과, 두 가지 직무 관련 스트레스와 심리적 디스트레스가 정적인 상관을 보이며, 문제해결양식의 무기력감과 문제에 대한 통제감이 심리적 디스트레스와 정적인 상관관계를 나타내고, 문제해결에 대한 자신감과 접근적 문제해결양식은 심리적 디스트레스와 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 직무관련 스트레스와 문제해결양식이 심리적 디스트레스를 예측하는 정도를 파악하기 위해 시행한 중다회귀 분석결과, 직무 관련 스트레스 중에 부정적 인지와 정서, 문제해결양식 중에는 무기력감과 접근적 문제해결양식이 심리적 디스트레스에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 문제해결양식 중 무기력감이 심리적 디스트레스를 가장 크게 예측하였는데, 이는 직면한 문제를 효율적으로 해결하지 못한 것에 대한 자책과 함께 직업적 자존감(selfesteem)까지 저하시켜, 효율적인 직무수행에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다.

119 구급대원의 직무스트레스와 근골격계 증상과의 관계 (Job Stress and Work-Related Musculoskeletal Symptoms of 119 Emergency Medical Technicians)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the prevalence of job stress and musculoskeletal symptoms, and to identify the factors that affect work-related musculoskeletal symptoms of the 119 Emergency medical technicians (EMT). Method: From August 26 to September 10, 2010, the data were obtained from 456 EMT working in Daejeon city or Choongnam province. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and multiple logistic regression were performed using SAS version 9.1. Results: Physical environment, job demand, interpersonal conflict, and occupational climate were stressful to 119 EMT. The prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms of female EMT was higher than those of the male EMT's. After gender and age were adjusted, there ware significant relationships between musculoskeletal symptoms and some risk factors including occupational class, hours of intensive musculoskeletal use, previous injury or work-related injury, physical burden, and job stress. Overall, a higher degree of job stress increased musculoskeletal symptoms. Conclusion: Job stress is a major cause of musculoskeletal symptoms. To prevent and manage musculoskeletal disease of 119 EMT, there is a need to develop a management program for musculoskeletal symptoms to reduce occupational stress, considering gender differences.

119 구급대원의 직무스트레스 및 그의 관련요인 (Job Stress and Its Related Factors among 119 Rescue Workers)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원들의 직무스트레스 수준을 파악하고, 이들의 인구사회학적 특성, 건강관련행위 특성 및 직업관련 특성과의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사대상은 전국 14개 소방서에 근무하고 있는 119구급대원 1,240명으로 하였으며, 조사는 2016년 3월 1일부터 4월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사에 의하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자의 직무스트레스는 기혼군보다 미혼군에서, 커피를 마신다는 군보다 마시지 않는 군에서, 주관적인 수면의 질이 좋다는 군보다 좋지 않다는 군에서, 주관적인 건강상태가 좋다는 군보다 좋지 않다는 군에서, 직급이 낮을수록, 근무 경력이 낮을수록, 업무에 대한 신체적 부담이 적당하다는 군보다 힘들다는 군에서, 업무에 만족한다는 군보다 만족하지 못한다는 군에서, 업무가 적성에 맞는다는 군보다 맞지 않는다는 군에서, 직업을 전환할 의사가 없다는 군보다 있다는 군에서 유의하게 높았다. 다중회귀분석결과, 조사대상자의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 커피음용여부, 주관적인 수면의 질, 근무경력, 업무에 대한 신체적 부담, 업무에 대한 만족도, 업무에 대한 적성여부 및 직업전환의사가 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 따라서 조사대상자의 직무스트레스는 인구사회학적 특성, 건강관련행위 특성 및 직업관련 특성의 여러변수들과 유의한 관련성이 있음을 시사한다.

수술실 간호사의 간호과오경험 후 대처가 업무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effect on Coping Behavior on the Job Stress after Nursing Error Experience in the Operation Room)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nursing error experience, coping behavior and job stress in operating room. Methods: A descriptive research design was used in this study. The participants were 228 operating room nurses in G city who surveyed between October 25 and November 25, 2017 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 24.0/AMOS WIN 24.0 Program, which determined frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and structural equation model. Results: There were significant positive correlations between six sub-categories of nursing errors and job stress. We found negative correlations between coping behavior and job stress. There was a mediating effect of active coping between knowledge of nursing error and job stress. We found passive coping between inspection & monitoring related error and job stress. Conclusion: Study findings suggest that adequate education and the improvement in hospital environment and system should be required to reduce the nurses' job stress related to the patients' safety in operating room.

직무스트레스 반응이 인적과오에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress Responses on Human Error)

  • Job stress weakens physical ability causing the diseases related to working condition, decreases a production level, and increases mistakes and accidents. This study examined the relationship between job stress and human error, and focused on the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error. The study used a quantitative design based on the 450 questionnaires of maintenance personnel in the Air force. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.
