이 연구는 기계설계 분야의 중견엔지니어 한 사람을 중심으로 그가 수행하는 구체적인 과업은 무엇이며 그와 관련하여 이루어지는 학습은 무엇인지, 일터에서 이루어지는 직무관련 학습의 맥락은 무엇인지 내러티브 연구방법에 의해 탐구하였으며, 이것이 공학교육에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다. 연구결과 연구참여자는 취업 후 수입대체를 위한 초창기 반도체 검사장비 개발을 위해 독립적으로 개발할 장비에 관한 기초지식을 습득하고 장비의 개념설계를 하였으며, 볼 타입 반도체 검사장비개발 동료들과 함께 장비의 구체설계를 하였고, 근무하던 회사의 폐업 후 잔류 엔지니어들과 함께 창업, 인터뷰 당시 이 기업의 경영자로 일하였다. 그가 엔지니어로서 수행한 주요 실무는 공학적 문제해결이었으며, 비형식적 학습의 과정이었다. 그는 실무수행 과정에서 프로젝트 관리, 자기주도적 과업수행, 기능분석, 추론과 검증, 긴밀한 협동, 대화와 토론, 시행착오, 암묵적 경험지식의 체계화, 총체적 사고, 환경변화의 지각과 기술수요 예측, 인간관계와 업무의 조화, 리더십 등을 경험하였다. 이를 바탕으로 공학교육이 프로젝트 학습, 자기주도적 학습, 대화와 토론 능력 교육을 위한 협동학습, 성찰학습, 실무적 경험을 이론화하는 학습, 인간관계와 리더십 교육 등을 강화해야 한다는 시사점을 얻었다.

Under the current wave of globalization, engineering programs in Korea are determined to adopt an Accreditation System for Engineering Education, which is inevitable to acquire competitiveness in the world market. To meet the needs of engineering students to pursue their career as internationally qualified engineer, a development of tailored English course for them is needed. I tried to develop a Technical English syllubus as an ESP(English for specific purpose) course for engineering students based on the job description provided by O'NET(Occupational Information Network). O'NET describes and defines what kinds of abilities are needed for various workers, including engineers. Mechanical Engineer type is selected for research and 17 abilities are listed to be the most needed abilities which are over 50% in importance score and 6 language related abilities are listed among them, which shows the importance of language abilities in the engineering job sites.

The primary objective of this study is to firstly survey and analyze the working environment and actual condition, secondly know their problems, and then provide the basic data about how to improve their working conditions. The specific study items for getting the goal above is as follows: 1. How does the industrial company connect with highschool vocational education well? 2. How does the mechanical technical highschool graduate apply with industrial field? The result of study is as follows: 1. In case of employment's information and the industrial educationed cooperation, the workers who has the working history in less than 5 years takes short to find the job. National high school graduates and those who get the job through the school and the teacher changed their job at short period compared to other. 2. There was no benefit about the same major's worker at industrial field. The workers admitted that there is the exemption fo military service and the certification's allowance, only for which is related to their job. The longer the workers stay their job, the more they had the chance to get the exemption of military service. National highschool were carried out the curriculum well as planed especially for their major subjects. Whereas, the public and private highschools weren't. The seniors of their job and the coworkers are very helpful for learning the actual knowledge. The workers said that the school's curriculum and club activity weren't effective applying with their working field. 3. The study says that the important things of their job is the knowledge of their major. Those who 80% answered that the worker must improve the knowledge of their major to be a good engineer. Learning from their senior in working field was very helpful. The question above was ranked as the first. 4. The answer says that the new changed job's pay is more than the previous job. That is, the reason of leaving the job is the pay gap. The most dissatisfaction and problems in present job was the environment of working and the working condition. 5. Regarding to asking next year's plan, the answer says that keeping the job was ranked as the first. That answer means that they conservative.

대학연계형 일학습병행제를 운영하는 계약학과 입장에서 NCS기반자격과 과정평가형 자격 모두를 수용할 수 있는 교과 편성이 가능한가에 대한 연구로 두 자격 간 주요내용과 차이점을 비교 분석한다. 기계설계 직무중에서 과정평가형 자격으로 공고된 기계설계기사 사례 분석을 통하여 양측 자격의 편성 기준에 부합하는 교과과정을 개발하였고 향후 운영상의 문제점을 예측하고 극복방안을 제시한다. 또한 일학습병행제와 과정평가형을 연계하여 운영하는 전문 교육기관으로 공급자 중심의 교육훈련과 수요자 중심 기술 자격의 격차를 최소화하고 학습근로자의 학업 성과를 극대화 하기 위한 현장주도 교육과정 편성이 용이하도록 몇가지 방안을 제안한다.

In this paper, the geometric design for the body of a 3"-PFA-lined plug valve is concerned, and body model which has less deformed PFA-resin after infection molding process is proposed. A CAE software is used to simulate the deformation due to heat in cooling. To reduce the deformation, some small shapes are added to PFA-resin surfaces related on wall of the valve housing. And thermal stress simulation with FEM methodology is followed after that. Also, the 3D-CAD package is used during the design processes. In this study, I tried to present the possibility to use the FEM analysis in the solid modeling process. So, the design engineer will be able to use analysis package effectively on his job within the limited range.

최근 건설산업의 환경변화에 따라 전문건설업체 종사자의 업무수행능력 향상을 통한 업체 경쟁력 강화가 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전문건설업체 종사자의 능력향상에 가장 효율적인 방법이 교육이라는 점을 인식하고, 이들을 대상으로 한 효과적인 교육, 나아가 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 직무별 경력별 업무수행수준 분석과 필요역량요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 전문건설업체의 대표, 현장소장, 공사담당, 공무담당, 자재/노무담당, 안전담당 등을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 이들의 업무부담수준과 업무수행 능력수준비 등 업무수준을 분석하였으며, 직무별 필요역량요인을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 통해 향후 전문건설업체 종사자의 직무별 경력별 특성을 반영한 수요자 중심의 맞춤형 교육이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 제철산업학과 2015년에서 2019년 2월 졸업생 총 356명 중 취업자 244명을 대상으로 연구하였다. 졸업생의 주요 취업처인 포스코의 취업율은 67.7%, 현대제철은 23.8%, 포스코 계열사 13.1%, 현대제철 계열사는 8.5%로 조사되었다. 각 분야별 취득한 자격증은 금속 분야 53.1%, 기계 분야 39.8%, 기타분야 7.1%이다. 국가자격증의 종류와 분포는 포스코의 경우, 기계정비 산업기사, 제선 기능사 및 제강 기능사 순이며, 현대제철은 제강기능사, 제선 기능사 및 기계정비 산업기사 순으로 조사되었다. 이 외 기타분야의 자격증 중 산업안전 산업기사 국가자격증을 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 취업자 1인당 평균 국가자격증의 수는 포스코 5.06개, 포스코 계열사 5.35개, 현대제철 5.29개, 현대제철 계열사 4.73개이다. S-오일, 한국전력, 풍산금속 등 기타 취업처의 평균 국가자격증 수는 2.51개로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 조사한 전공 관련 국가 자격증이 입사시 직무에 필요한 인재를 채용하고, 직무에 적합한 전공자를 발굴하는 데에 있어서 주요한 평가자료로 사용 된다는 결론을 얻었다.
