This study attempted to examine the role of gender roles in psychological distress of Korean adult men. Specifically, it was attempted to verify whether compliance with multidimensional male gender roles predicts psychological distress through gender role conflict. To this end, this study was conducted on 358 male participants aged 19 to 39 using the Korean Conformity to Masculine Norm Inventory, Korean Male Gender Role Conflict Scale, and General Health Questionnaire. As a result of the study, it was found that the influence on psychological distress through male gender role conflict was different depending on the sub-factors of the male gender norm. The sub-factors of masculine norms, 'power and control', 'job - independence', and 'emotion suppression', were statically predicted psychological distress through the medium of 'fear for femininity', which is a sub-factor of gender role conflict. Meanwhile, among the male norms, 'male leadership' and 'family support' had negative direct effects on psychological distress, and the indirect effects through gender role conflict were not significant. The results of this study suggest that the sub-factors of male norms have different functions for psychological distress, and in particular, the dysfunctional role of male norms can be caused by negative emotions about femininity during gender role conflict.
The use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has been recently reviewed in various industries, but it seems that it is not being applied to companies faster than ever expected. In this study, three perceived risk factors affecting the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention of RPA technology were proposed and the effects of RPA on acceptance conflict and acceptance intention were investigated using RPA experienced people, gender and ICT industries as control variables. For the research, online survey was conducted targeting office workers and analyzed the results by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. As a result, it was found that among the three perceived risk factors, concern about introduction failure, employment insecurity, and execution errors, employment insecurity and execution errors did not affect the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention of RPA. This research shows that concerns over the introduction failure affected the acceptance conflict and acceptance intention. In addition, the acceptance conflict was judged as a factor of the mediation effect of the acceptance intention. From the perspective of companies that want to apply RPA, the theoretical and practical implications of business management are meaningful in that they can identify and respond to particularly important factors among perceived risks.
In the rapid trend of social change, such as the 4th industrial revolution and the realignment of job structures, university-industry cooperation(UIC) is emphasized as a key factor in enhancing national competitiveness. The level of UIC in Korea is insufficient compared to national competitiveness, and despite the world-class R&D investment, there is a lack of linkage between the result of technology development and the industrial field, and the knowledge-transfer between university and industry is also insufficient. This paper analyzed the employment effects of UIC program supported by government, especially youth employment effects. The companies participating in the UIC program showed higher employment effect than the non-participating companies. In addition, the result of examining the employment growth rate of participating companies only for projects aimed at 'education and human resource development', show that employment growth rate after one year (total, youth employment) was significantly higher than that of non-participating companies, while employment growth after two years was not significant. UIC program need to have sustainability and systemicity so that they can be directly linked to the employment effects.

The purpose of this study was to compare factors causing stress in pediatric and general dentists when treating pediatric patients and to evaluate their overall occupational stress level. A total of 191 dentists participated in the online survey, consisting of 66 pediatric dentists and 125 general dentists. The questionnaire was conducted using Google Form. Both groups were stressed due to poor cooperation of patient and caregiver, uncertain prognosis of treatment, and low cost of pediatric dental treatment. The pediatric dentists felt relatively high stress due to poor cooperation from caregivers and an uncertain prognosis of treatment (p < 0.05). Overall occupational stress was high in both groups in the order of patient, time, job environment, and income-related stress, and the degrees of pediatric dentists were lower than general dentists. Among the 3 sub-factors of occupational burnout, more than 98% of both groups showed burnout in "depersonalization", and more than 69% of both groups showed burnout in "emotional exhaustion". Both groups showed a low burnout rate in "reduced sense of accomplishment" and pediatric dentists showed a higher sense of accomplishment than general dentists (p < 0.05). This study showed that both groups were under high occupational stress due to various factors, and efforts were required to relieve stress.

Customer engagement refers to the physical and emotional connection between customers and brands. If the customer's degree of engagement is high, they purchase more, promote more, and show more loyalty. This study suggests the following implications, starting from the assumption that engagement with various service activities in universities can increase loyalty to departments and Universities. In university services, customer engagement plays a important role in strengthening college loyalty after college students are satisfied with university. Although it has an effect on university satisfaction, it can play a big role in increasing the loyalty of marketing goals at a higher level after satisfaction. Among the central factors of university service engagement, it was found that students could increase their department and university loyalty through capacity building and job-related activities for future employment, and among the surrounding factors, friendship activities were a very important factor in department or school loyalty. It can be said that it is of paramount importance to establish a system that can strengthen loyalty through various programs that can build friendships with students. Further research did not verify the moderating effect of service engagement among student groups, but the high-credit group was found to have a very high degree of engagement not only in the central cues but also in the peripheral cues, which is thought to reverse the common sense that high-credit students will be relatively less immersed in the peripheral elements.
