여가활동참여에 있어서 제약유형의 위계적 과정에 관한 연구 (Hierarchical Process of Leisure Activity Constraints)

  • Leisure constraints mean the factor to constrain individual's leisure activity. Leisure constraints are composed of interpersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints and structural constraints. The purposes of this study are to show that intrapersonal leisure constraints have a strong effect on leisure preference, and leisure constraints are sequential and hierachical process. Intrapersonal constraints effect on leisure constraints in first step. And then interpersonal constraints and structural constraints effect on leisure participation. Those three leisure constraints are all linked together and come out step by step. Regarding adults as a population, who are more than 20-year-old and live in Seoul, 9 dongs were chose after dividing into upper and lower classes according to the value of their residence. The questionnaire consists of 4 parts: intrapersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints, structural constraints, and demographic characteristics. Results of this paper is that people who have strong intrapersonal constraints normally have problems caused from social structure. Intrapersonal constraints and structural constrains come out not seperately but together. Then, it can be said that structural constraints have an influence over intrapersonal constraints. So, it's necessary to solve structural problems to increase preferences and participations of them.

유아의 긍정적, 부정적 정서성이 내면화 및 외현화 행동문제에 미치는 영향: 대인관계지능 및 개인이해지능의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Influences of Young Children's Emotionality and Inter/Intrapersonal Intelligence on Behavioral Problems)

  • This study focused on the links between emotionality, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence, and behavior problems in a sample of 185 four- to five-year-old children in kindergarten and daycare centers in Seoul. All variables were measured by the teachers of surveyed children. Collected data were analyzed by Simple Regression and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. The main results of this study were as follows: Firstly, children's positive and negative emotionality each exerted negative and positive effects on their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Secondly, children's positive emotionality had a negative influence on internalizing behavior problems. On the other hand, children's negative emotionality had a positive influence on internalizing and externalizing behavior problems. Finally, effect of children's positive emotionality on their internalizing behavior problems was totally mediated by interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. On the other hand, effect of children's negative emotionality on their internalizing and externalizing behavior problems was partially mediated by their interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence.

대학생의 주관적 웰빙과 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 개인내적 임파워먼트의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Intrapersonal Empowerment on the Relationship between Subjective Well-being and Smartphone Addiction in University Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 주관적 웰빙과 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 개인내적 임파워먼트의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 1개 대학교의 대학생 242명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 자료는 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 주관적 웰빙과 개인내적 임파워먼트 및 스마트폰 중독 간에 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 주관적 웰빙과 개인내적 임파워먼트는 스마트폰 중독에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주관적 웰빙과 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계에서 개인내적 임파워먼트의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 개인내적 임파워먼트 수준이 높은 경우가 낮은 경우에 비해 주관적 웰빙이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 부적 영향을 더욱 강하게 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 추후 스마트폰 중독의 개선을 위한 임파워먼트의 중요성을 논의하였다.

간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 생명의료윤리의식 및 자기성찰지능 간 상관관계연구 (The Relationship between Nursing Professionalism, Consciousness of Biomedical Ethics and Intrapersonal Intelligence in the Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 생명의료윤리의식 및 자기성찰지능 간의 상관관계를 확인하여 간호전문직관의 긍정적인 정립을 위한 효과적인 교육전략의 기초자료를 얻기 위해 시도되었다. 대상자는 G시에 재학 중인 간호대학생 159명이며, 자료수집 기간은 2018년 12월 3일부터 12월 7일(5일간)이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 간호전문직관은 3.97로 사회적 인식이 낮았으며 생명의료윤리의식은 2.95로 신생아 생명권이 가장 높고 인공임신중절과 안락사가 낮았다. 자기성찰지능은 3.79로 자기반성과 자기이해는 높으나 자기설계가 낮았다. 간호전문직관은 생명의료윤리의식과 자기성찰지능과 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 결과적으로 간호대학생의 간호전문직관의 긍정적인 정립을 위한 간호교육 전략은 자기계발을 향상시킬 수 있는 자기성찰지능 증진 교육과 간호전문직관의 토대를 다루는 교육이 제공되어야 할 필요가 있겠다.

The Mediating Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Professional Development in the Relationship Between Intrapersonal Intelligence and Teacher-Child Interactions

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the mediating effect of early childhood teachers' professional development in the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and teacher-child interactions. We conducted a cross-sectional study with 324 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and child-care centers in South Korea. The empirical data using survey questionnaires were collected by administering the Adult Introspective Intelligence Scale, the Professional Development Scale for Early Childhood Teachers, and the Teacher-child Interactions Scale. SPSS and Hayes' PROCESS macro weres utilized. The results showed the statistically positive correlations between the major variable and the mediating effect of early childhood teachers' professional development in the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and teacher-child interactions.

음악치료에서의 개인적 역량: 교육과 임상적 훈련에 대한 도전 (Intrapersonal Competency in Music Therapy: Challenges for Education and Clinical Training)

  • 음악치료사의 자질과 능력 증진은 많은 연구자들과 학자들에 의해 연구되어온 분야이며 이를 위한 효과적인 교육 및 임상 전략들이 규명되고 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 음악치료의 정의를 중심으로 음악치료사의 기본 자질을 규명하고 학술단체와 기관에서 정의하는 음악치료가 강조하는 다른 항목들을 비교분석함으로써 공통적으로 음악치료사가 갖추어야 하는 역량들을 규명하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서는 음악치료사는 세 가지 역량을 갖추어야 하고 기존의 교육과정은 이러한 역량들을 강화할 수 있는 내용으로 구성되어야 하는데 이에는 학문적 역량, 실기역량, 그리고 개인적 역량이 포함된다. 여기서 개인적인 역량은 음악치료 교육과정에서 다루어야 하는 새로운 역량 분야로 규명되었다. 이는 음악치료가 지식기반 내용만을 다루는 학문이 아님으로 치료를 위한 음악중심의 개입을 제공할 수 있는 내적 성찰과 치료사적 통찰력이 기반이 된 역량을 갖추어야 하기 때문이다. 음악치료가 정의하는 학문과 전문성을 갖추기 위해서 음악치료사는 이 세 가지 역량을 갖추어야 하며 이러한 역량 강화를 위해서는 효율적인 교과내용들이 기존의 교육과정에 반영되어야 한다.

위절제술을 받은 위암환자의 불확실성, 대처, 건강증진행위 간의 관계 (Correlation of Uncertainty, Coping, and Health-Promoting Behavior in Patients with Gastric Cancer following Gastrectomy)

  • Purpose: This study was done to investigate the correlation of uncertainty, coping and health-promoting behavior in patients with gastric cancer who have undergone a gastrectomy. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was used and the participants were 120 gastric cancer patients from one general hospital. The structured questionnaire included Mishle's Uncertainty in Illness Scale, the Korean Cancer Coping Questionnaire, and the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were significant negative correlations between uncertainty and intrapersonal coping (r=-.657, p<.001); between uncertainty and interpersonal coping (r=-.223, p=.014); and between uncertainty and health promoting behavior (r=-.594, p<.001). There were significant positive correlations between intrapersonal coping and health promoting behavior (r=.790, p<.001); and between interpersonal coping and health promoting behavior (r=.502, p<.001). Uncertainty, intrapersonal coping, and interpersonal coping explained 49% of health promoting behavior (F=21.312, p<.001). The factors that influenced health promoting behavior were intrapersonal coping (${\beta}=.582$, p<.001), and interpersonal coping (${\beta}=.246$, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that intrapersonal coping and interpersonal coping were significant variables for health promoting behavior in patients with gastric cancer who had undergone a gastrectomy in the past six months.

의대생들의 성적과 학업동기 및 다중지능의 관계분석 (The Relationship among the Learning Motivation, the Characteristics of Multiple Intelligence and Academic Achievement in Medical School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship among medical students' learning motivation, characteristics of multiple intelligence, and academic achievement. The participants were 144 medical students. The data were collected by administering learning motivation tests (self-confidence, self-efficacy, level of task, emotion of learning, learning behavior, failure tolerance, task difficulty, and academic self-efficacy), a multiple intelligence test (linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, spatial intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and naturalistic intelligence), and two semesters of grades. There is a correlation between multiple intelligences and learning motivation. Among academic self-efficacy of academic motivation, the self-control efficacy (0.28) and behavior (0.18) subscales are significantly positively correlated with academic achievement. However, the emotion subscale (-0.18) was significantly negatively correlated. Learning motivation was correlated with two of the eight multiple intelligence profiles: the intrapersonal intelligence (0.18) and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence (-0.19). The structural equation modeling analysis showed that the behavior and self-control efficacy subscales of intrapersonal intelligence had an impact on academic achievement. An analysis according to the academic achievement group showed significant differences in self-control efficacy and emotion subscales with intrapersonal intelligence. A positive relationship can be observed between learning motivation and some characteristics of multiple intelligence of medical school students. In light of the findings, it is worth examining whether we can control medical students' learning motivation through educational programs targeting self-control efficacy and intrapersonal intelligence.

보육교사의 자기성찰지능이 영유아권리 존중 보육에 미치는 영향에서 전문성의 매개효과 (The Effects of an Childcare Teacher's Intrapersonal Intelligence on Childcare of Infant's Right Respects the Mediating Effects of the Professionality)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 영유아권리 존중 보육의 관계를 확인하고, 이들 간의 관계에서 전문성의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 J시 지역에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 351명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 영유아권리 존중 보육, 전문성은 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 영유아권리 존중 보육 간 관계에서 전문성의 부분매개효과가 나타나, 자기성찰지능은 영유아권리 존중 보육에 정적인 영향을 미치며 매개변인인 전문성은 자기성찰지능이 영유아권리 존중 보육에 미치는 영향력을 증가시킨다는 것이 확인되었다. 따라서 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 전문성은 영유아권리 존중 보육을 실행하는데 의미 있는 변인이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 영유아권리 존중 보육을 위해 보육교사의 자기성찰지능과 전문성을 지원할 수 있는 방안이 제시되어야 함을 시사한다.

Health promoting behaviors in low-income overweight and obese women in Korea: an exploratory qualitative study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to explore and understand the health promoting behaviors of low-income overweight and obese women in Korea. Methods: Data were collected from 10 low-income overweight and obese women working at a community self-sufficiency center through semi-structured in-depth interviews. Individual interviews were conducted and transcribed. Deductive content analysis was done, using the MAXQDA program. Results: The health promoting behaviors practiced by low-income overweight and obese women were affected by intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational/ community factors. Six categories were identified and two category clusters were derived that could best describe their health promoting experiences. As main category clusters, despite "feeling that the body and mind are not healthy" participants noted "difficulty maintaining a healthy lifestyle." Overall, the participants had poor nutritional status, lacked physical activity, experienced much stress in intrapersonal level, and faced intrapersonal-level barriers to health promoting behaviors. Moreover, participants had a lack of personal will, and lack of specific information to practice health promoting behaviors, a lack of time, and too many overall burdens to earn a living for their family while trying to maintain health promotion behaviors. Conclusion: Lifestyle interventions for nutrition management, encouragement of physical activity, and stress management are needed for overweight and obese low-income women. In addition, social support and policies are needed to improve their living environment.
