Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the factors that affect subjective well-being in nursing students. Methods: A total of 236 nursing students participated in the study. Data was collected from November through December 2013 using a self-reporting questionnaire that surveyed the level of gratitude, interpersonal relationship ability, subjective happiness, and life satisfaction. Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Subjective happiness positively correlated with gratitude (r=.41, p<.001) and interpersonal relationship ability (r=.55, p<.001). Life satisfaction positively correlated with gratitude (r=.53, p<.001) and interpersonal relationship ability (r=.37, p<.001). Significant predictors of subjective happiness included gratitude (${\beta}=.38$, p<.001), interpersonal relationship ability (${\beta}=.28$, p<.001) and major satisfaction (${\beta}=.17$, p=.002). The regression model explained 39.3% of subjective happiness. Significant predictors of life satisfaction included gratitude (${\beta}=.42$, p<.001), academic achievement (${\beta}=.15$, p=.006), interpersonal relationship ability (${\beta}=.16$, p=.008) and major satisfaction (${\beta}=.12$, p=.035). The regression model explained 35.3% of life satisfaction. Conclusion: To improve subjective well-being among nursing students, nurse educators should develop educational intervention programs to promote gratitude and interpersonal relationships.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of work environment and the moderating effect of gender on the influence of interpersonal relationship of fusion integrated generation of youths on organizational commitment. For this purpose, Korean Labor and Income Panel Study KLIPS 19th year data was used and the effect of interpersonal relationship of youths on the organizational commitment of 540 subjects in accordance with the study was examined and explored focusing on the model in relation to the mediating effects of the work environment and the control effects of gender. The main results are as follows. First, the interpersonal relationship and working environment of youths showed a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, the working environment was found to be mediated completely in the relationship between the interpersonal relationship of youths and work environment and organizational commitment. Third, in the relationship between interpersonal relationship and organizational commitment of youths, it appeared that there was moderating effects of gender.
This study examined the effects of interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping on the college adjustment among nursing students. The participants were 231. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Adjustment to college life significantly correlated with interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping style. Interpersonal relationship harmony was significantly different according to year, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and academic achievement. Multiple regression analysis showed that interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping(problem-focused, emotion-focused, hopeful thought) explained 23% of variance in adjustment to college life. The study findings suggest that intervention intended to promote nursing students' adjustment to college life should focus on improving interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between communication ability and interpersonal relationship ability according to the types of Sagunja Temperament. As a result of studying 350 university students in Busan, the first, Temperament type was chrysanthemum, orchid, plum, and bamboo temperament. Second, as a result of analyzing the differences in communication abilities by types of the Sagunja Temperament, there was the highest communication ability of bamboo substrate, and there were significant differences in plum, orchid, and chrysanthemum. The ability of interpersonal relationship according to the types of the Sagunja Temperament showed significant difference in 'first relationship', 'claiming other people's displeasure', 'emotional support and advice' excluding self-exposure and interpersonal conflict handling. Third, there was a significant correlation between communication ability and interpersonal relationship ability. In conclusion, this study proved that the difference of communication ability and interpersonal relationship ability difference according to the types of the Sagunja Temperament is statistically significant, and the significance of this study can be found that tried to reinterpret our tradition in various aspects by applying the Sagunja Temperament that matches the Korean emotion.
This study was done to examine interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope in single female nurses. A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 219 nurses who work in one of six general hospitals in the large cities. The data were collected from August 17, 2012 to September 14, 2012. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Hierarchical Regression Analysis with using SPSS Windows 25.0. There was a significant difference in interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope according to participants' characteristics. Participants' interpersonal relations, professional self-concept and hope were all found to have statistically significant correlations (r=.26-.45, p<.001). Participants' general characteristics, interpersonal relations, and professional self-concept explained 26.4% of variance in hope levels. Findings from this study should be useful in the development of programs to promote participants' hope with interpersonal relations and professional self-concept.
The purpose of this study is to provide basic material that can strengthen the clinical competence of nursing students by understanding the impact interpersonal competence and clinical stress have on clinical competence. Research was conducted on 242 students in the junior and senior years of college through structured surveys. Results showed that interpersonal competence accounted for 3.36 points, clinical stress accounted for 2.80 points, and clinical competence accounted for 3.48 points. Interpersonal competence and clinical competence showed a positive correlation whereas clinical stress and clinical competence did not show any correlation. As factors that affect the nursing students' clinical competence, interpersonal competence and satisfaction in relation to one's major were identified, and these factors had an overall explanatory power of 26.4%. Therefore, on the result of this study, when we develop the clinical education program to increase the major-related satisfaction and interpersonal competence for nursing students.

This study was to verify a related model between among Impulsivity, Aggression, Game Addiction, and Interpersonal Skills. Aggression was selected as prerequisite variables. And Interpersonal Skills was selected as a mediated variable. Which affected Game Addiction. Covariance structure analysis were conducted to test research hypotheses. The results are summarized as follows. The path coefficients of (Impulsivity$\rightarrow$Interpersonal Skills), (Impulsivity$\rightarrow$Game Addiction), (Aggression$\rightarrow$Skills), (Aggression$\rightarrow$Game Addiction), (Interpersonal Skills$\rightarrow$Game Addiction) were all significant. Second, it was proved that Impulsivity and Aggression played as inducting factors to their Game Addiction tendencies, and perceived Interpersonal Skills played as inhibiting factors which leads to decrease their Game Addiction tendencies. Third, the mediator effect of perceived Interpersonal Skills in the relation between Impulsivity, Aggression and Game Addiction was significant. Fourth, divided in school levels by and the result which analyzes, the middle school students interpersonal skills did not affect in game addiction. So there was not also a mediating effect. The high student the interpersonal skills which listens influences in game addiction. And mediating effect of interpersonal skills was. Therefore for the prevention and a treatment of game addiction the method to raise a interpersonal skills will be effective in the high students.
Objectives: This research aimed to identify the influential factors that affect the satisfaction of dental hygiene students' clinical training between college and university and contribute to improvement in clinical practice quality. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 210 dental clinical hygienists from June 10 to August 30, 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. An independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were employed, and a stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. Results: Regarding the influential factors of satisfaction with clinical practice among dental hygiene students, in the case of college students, dental hygienist practice instructor dummy, self-efficacy, satisfaction of school life, interpersonal relation was the increasing order. In the case of university students, dental hygienist practice instructors, subjective health, satisfaction with school life, and interpersonal relations was the increasing order. Conclusions: The most influential factor of dental hygiene students' clinical practice satisfaction between college and university was the ability to form interpersonal relationships. Therefore, to increase the satisfaction of dental hygiene students with clinical practice between college and university, external sources and efforts to emphasize internal sources are required.

The purpose of this study was to analyze perfectism, interpersonal characteristic between the gifted & talented students and the general. The subject of this study were 112 the gifted students and 120 the general. They answered the questions about perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. To compare the gifted and general students' tendency, collected data was classified by their gender and grade. And correlation analysis was done in oder to analyze the relation between the gifted students' perfectism and interpersonal characteristic. The important results of this study were as follows. First, the grade gap of perfectism was not meaningful in both groups. Otherwise, the gender gap of perfectism was meaningful in both groups. Female's perfectism was higher than male's. And the gifted students' perfectism was higher than the general students'. Second, Differently, the gender gap of interpersonal characteristic was meaningful in the same group. Female had higher positive social-relationship, expression tendency than male. But female had lower competition-aggressiveness propensity than male. In the general group, the 6th grade students showed more positive role, social-relationship than 5th grade. And male showed more competition-aggressiveness propensity than female. Comparing the gifted and the general, the gifted had more dominant-superior, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity. It could be a reason of the gifted students' social problem. Third, among self-oriented perfectism and dominant-superior, independent-responsible propensity had meaningful correlation. Also socially-prescribed perfectism had influenced on dominant-superior, sociability-friendliness, exhibitionistic-narcissistic propensity.

This study aimed to identify the effects of nurses' interpersonal relationship ability on retention intention and turnover intention. The participants were 192 general duty nurses from a general hospital (95 with 36 months of experience or less, 97 with 37 months of experience or more) recruited using convenience sampling. Data were collected between February 15 and February 22, 2022. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and more. The results demonstrated that turnover intention was higher among females. Also, a positive correlation between interpersonal relationship ability and retention intention was found to be significant among the nurses with at least 37 months of experience(r = .35, p < .001). The effect of interpersonal relationship ability on retention intention was found to be significant among the nurses with at least 37 months of experience(B = 0.71, t = 3.44, p < .001). However, the effect of interpersonal relationship ability on turnover intention was found to be nonsignificant. Based on these findings, this study concluded with the need for a strategy to strengthen interpersonal relation ability. during which the work experience should be considered, to promote nurses' retention intention.
