창업은 신기술 및 아이디어를 기반으로 산업의 양적/질적 확대가 가능한 국가경쟁력 향상의 수단이다. 이에 따라 전 세계적으로 국가적 차원의 창업 지원 정책을 시행하고 있으며, 이는 실제 성과로 이어져 글로벌 기업으로 성장하기도 한다. 또한 창업에 대한 지원을 통해 잠재된 창의적 인재를 배출할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 우리나라에서도 창업에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위해 기본 역량 강화 및 기존 기업과의 교류 확립을 목적으로 창업인턴제를 실시하고 있다. 본 연구는 창업인턴제의 인턴 참여자를 대상으로 공정성 이론을 활용하여 제도의 실효성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 정확도를 높이기 위해 참여자 전수조사를 실시하였으며, Smart PLS 2.0을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 공정성 변수 중 분배적 공정성과 상호작용 공정성은 기대효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기대효과는 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 절차적 공정성의 경우에는 기대효과에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 창업인턴제가 실시된 지 2년 밖에 지나지 않았으며, 제도와 관련된 이해관계자(기업, 예비창업자, 정부기관) 간의 절차에 대한 합의가 다소 부족한 상황이 반영된 결과라고 판단된다. 본 연구 결과는 공정성 이론을 기반으로 창업인턴제의 미비한 부분을 도출했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 즉, 창업인턴제의 정책적 효과를 높이기 위해서는 단순히 목적과 취지만의 강조가 아니라 절차적 측면을 보완한 정책 방향 수립이 요구된다.

Under the WTO, UIA asks professional degree programs such as B.Arch program, practical experience, and an examination to meet the international requirements. In this context, we are started professional degree programs. Following the foundation of KAAB, Korean architectural education sectors have made substantial changes throughout the nation. There was lots of discussions about education system, however, we are lack of discussing about internship program in Korea. Therefore, this research was intended to review the professional practice program in other countries for the purpose of propose our education program. The specific content deals with various issues, like CPD and foreign architect legislations, and the recent korean legislation reform of 'Architect Law' centered upon Professional Training System. The aim is to identify the examples of forms and contents regarding the execution of new Professional Training System in current conditions.

Although most of Korean PT professors and clinical lecturers has been thought the importance of the PT student's clinical practice, there has got a lot of training problems in clinical field. As the result, of our survey study pointed out trouble of the (1) training duration (2) training credits (3) training evaluation (4) training workbook (5) training fee (6) training hospital numbers and (7) training quality etc, in Korean today's situation. So we suggest the Internship-training system for above half a year after student has got a PT licence, as a desired training model.

The purpose of this study is to understand how to activate field training internships through former researches related to training internships. The concept of field training is the same as education of work experience. Students have experienced the skills of practical jobs in the tourism industry and could enhance acquisition of professional theories. According to domestic former researches, students who participated in hotel field practice hardly satisfied with internships due to unreasonable duties, burdens and circumstances regardless of efficiency of school curriculum. Also, they showed dissatisfaction with compensation. However, foreign studies have only focused on communication between hotels and schools. Finally, in order to activate industrial field training internships, schools and hotels have more delicate harmonization to address training internship problems. In addition, promoting field training internships must include proper incentives and must be supported by school. And also the hotel management must offer incentives to the students who are under field training internships in the hotel. From internship programs, students could get much more benefits in hotel job application.

The purpose of this study was to identify the association of factors related to clinical practice training for clinical competence among nursing students, and to analyze those factors influencing clinical competence, providing recommendations for improving their clinical competence and clinical learning environment. This descriptive correlative study completed organized questionnaires from 557 nursing students. The data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0. The most important factor affecting the clinical competence among nursing students was teaching effectiveness (${\beta}=.22$). followed by critical thinking (${\beta}=.19$). and the professional self-concept (${\beta}=.19$). The explained variable for clinical competence was 45.2% in nursing students. Thus, the development of an effective clinical internship program is important for strengthening nursing students' clinical competence. We suggest that the capability of nursing students should be strengthened and effective clinical internship programs should be developed to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.

New curriculum for information and library science is proposed on the notion of the internship and scholarly characteristics. The future of the information and library science is expected as the discipline to synthesize the natural science and the social science. Especially the internship is strongly suggested as the post graduate program. To draw the conclusion. the history of the information and library science and its educational background are analyzed. The states of the historical developments of the information and library science are explained in terms of philosophy. The functional and scholarly environments of the information and library science are also investigated. Secondarily it concludes that the curriculum development for information and library science is not aimed on the skills but on the phenomena.

장애학생의 산업체 현장실습 근무를 관리하기 위해 모바일 앱으로 근무시간, 출근시간 및 현장실습일지를 관리에 대해 연구하였다. 장애인 고용 업체측에서 수용가능한 장애학생의 허용정보와 지원학생의 장애 정보가 일치하는지 확인한 후 고용[승인]을 한다. 업체에서는 현장실습 출근시 GPS를 이용하여 출근정보(출근시간, 주소)를 관리한다. 본 과정을 수행해 본 결과 장애인의 현장근무의 학습에 기여하였으며, 향후 실제 취업으로 연계하는 프로그램을 진행 중이다. 또한, 장애학생의 현장실습관리에 대한 관리효율 설문조사를 실시한 결과 91.9%가 보통이상의 참여 만족도를 보였다.
