The purpose of this study were to analyse the consciousness of persons in charge of fashion industries and to provide some basis data for development of the fashion internship program which could reduce differentiation between fashion colleges and fashion companies. Fifty national fashion brands had been randomly selected and question researches had done from August twenty-seventh to October thirtieth by the visit, mail, fax and e-mail etc. Date analyses were conducted with SPSS program on the frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The results were as follows. The companies selected interns by documents and interview, however, in the future they will prefer to accept interns by appraising some task. They preferred to apprentice for two months with some simple job and tasks. The companies wanted some prerequisite study such as major curriculum, human nature education, computer education. And each division wanted different curriculum. They wanted to be joined with industrial disaster insurance for intern and to be given allowance and credit. They also preferred reputation ratio of industry : college as $70\%$ : $30\%$ for intern reputation. There were some vitalizing method of fashion internship such as discriminated fashion internship program, government support for industries, universities and students, organization opening to connect industry and . university, mentor-system and credit system introducing, curriculum reforming in the university.

This study investigated the internship experiences of female college students who have participated in consumer counseling programs. The factors that determine interns' counseling time and interns' level of satisfaction with the programs were examined. Major results of this study are summarized in the following. First, interns' time spent on counseling consumers was the longest for the program at the Korean Consumer Protection Board, followed by the programs at consumer agencies and firms. The time spent on counseling by interns was shorter when there was l) a larger number of employees; 2) a smaller proportion of female employees: 3) a larger number of counseling rooms and a higher the frequency of counseling at the agency; and 4) a lower evaluation on the work performance of the counseling agency and the employees. Second, the level of utilization of interns was the highest in consumer agencies, followed by the Korean Consumer Protection Board. When all employees were female and the evaluated level of work performance of the counseling agency and employees was high, the level of intern utilization was also high. Third, the evaluated level of work performance was the highest at the Korean Consumer Protection Board, and interns' satisfaction with the internship program was the highest with the consumer agencies and the Korean Consumer Protection Board. Fourth, interns were highly satisfied with the program when the level of intern utilization was high and the agency's operation was evaluated as good.

Background: This study aimed to observe the effect of internship in a pre-anesthetic clinic on the teaching quality of pre-anesthesia evaluation for undergraduates. Methods: A total of 120 undergraduates from July 2017 to July 2018 in the anesthesia department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: pre-anesthetic clinic internship teaching group (n = 60) and traditional teaching group (n = 60). The knowledge in the pre-anesthesia evaluation teaching chapters was evaluated between the two groups of undergraduates. Results: There were no significant differences in the demographic information between the two groups. The scores in the case analysis and theoretical knowledge test in the pre-anesthetic clinic internship teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group. In addition, the students' satisfaction with the curriculum design was significantly higher in the pre-anesthetic clinic internship teaching group than in the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: Pre-anesthetic clinic internships can improve the quality of pre-anesthesia assessment teaching for undergraduates.

This study aimed to discover the notable experiences of Library and Information Science students in a virtual internship program. It employed qualitative descriptive research design by thematically analyzing the monthly internship journal of the interns. Using Colaizzi's method to identify themes from their experiences, the study revealed that interns expected to gain knowledge and skills on operations, services, and new information communication technologies in libraries. Orientation was found helpful in identifying the things interns needed to prepare. The interns faced issues from procrastination and technical difficulties, which they coped with employing avoidance strategies. Overall, the internship was viewed as an opportunity to learn and navigate the online digital system of the library despite the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. They realized their capacity and reflected on which competencies need improvement. In conclusion, students still learned the necessary knowledge and skills of a librarian; experienced the challenges faced in an actual library and were provided with various opportunities and realizations regarding the practice of librarianship. This study proposed a three-stage framework that outlines the involvement of the supervising instructors, librarians, and interns in the internship program from the preparation to the process and post-assessment.

학습자 능력 중심의 교육으로부터 학습자 중심적인 교육의 필요성과 학습자간의 협동 활동의 의미가 점차 증대되고 있다. 프로젝트 교육 시스템은 학습자와 학습자 및 학습자와 교수자의상호 참여를 통하여, 수행하게 될 직무를 이해하고 능력의 점증적인 발전을 도모하게 된다. 시대적 요구에 부응하여 컴퓨터 및 인터넷이 대중화되어 가는 시점에서 프로젝트 수행을 효율적으로 진행할 수 있으므로 본 논문에서는 산업체의 업무 처리 체계를 실현 목표로 한 프로젝트 교육 학습체계를 제시한다.

This study was to develop a fashion internship pragmatic program for college students. Preceded researches were reviewed and some case studies were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows : Pragmatistic program has 6 steps such as preperation, introduction, selection, operation, reputation, management. pre-internship schedule, resume and self-introduction form, preparing for the interview and details, how to write a follow up letter after the interview, advise during the intern period, 7 contents that you should include in the final report, Presentation Strategy, SWOT analysis table were included in this study. So this study would be helpful for the college students who are searching for internships and jobs.

본 연구는 우리나라 경제성장의 견인차 구실을 할 플랜트산업의 전문인력 양성을 위해 추진하고 있는 플랜트 해외인턴 자원사업 중 2010년도 사업에 대하여 그 성과를 정량적으로 분석하고, 사업에 대한 개선사항을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2010년 12월 6일부터 12월 10일까지 본 사업에 참여하고 있는 기업과 참가자의 근무현장을 실사하였고, 현장실사내용을 평가분석하고, 2010년도 성과를 정량적으로 분석하여 평가하였다. 당초 400명 파견이 목표였으나, 402명을 해외현장으로 파견하였으며, 월별, 전공별, 지역별, 기업유형별 인턴사원의 파견 실적과 취업취약계층에 대한 지원 실적을 분석하였다. 본 사업의 성공적인 진행을 위해서는 채용연계를 전제로 하는 인턴과정으로의 확대, 대국민 홍보 추진의 필요성, 참여 대학과의 지속적인 협력관계 구축, 그리고 참여기업과 협회 그리고 수료자들 간의 네트워크 강화가 요구된다.

본 연구는 국내 대학의 해외취업 인재 양성을 위한 체계적인 프로그램 개발, 해외현장실습 및 인턴십의 효율적인 적용과 함께 준비된 미래의 태권도 전문인을 세계가 원하는 태권도 산업체에 성공적인 해외 취업의 기회를 제공할 수 있는 프로그램의 중요성에 대한 의견을 제시하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구의 대상은 해외인턴십 경험자 15명으로 심층면담을 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 인턴십의 강점과 약점, 둘째, 인턴십경험 후 변화 셋째, 인턴십을 준비하는 후배들에게 하고 싶은 것이다. 기대방안은 첫째, 대학에서의 체계화된 해외태권도 지도자 양성 프로그램 구축, 둘째, 대학 수업과 연계된 해외현장실습 및 인턴십 프로그램 구축, 셋째, 준비된 글로벌 태권도 지도자, 넷째, 맞춤형 지도자, 다섯째, 새로운 태권도산업 창출, 여섯째, 비전공 태권도인의 해외취업 기회, 일곱째, 태권도 융합문화 특성화 사업 등이다. 활용방안은 첫째, 학문적기여도, 둘째, 사회적기여도, 셋째, 인력양성방안 마지막으로 교육과의 연계활동 방안으로 구성하였다.

본 연구는 기업이 원하는 맞춤형 인재육성과 함께 질적 불일치 해소와 최근 대두되고 있는 무업자 증가 및 청년실업률 완화에 기여할 수를 있기 위해 단순 교육차원의 산학협력이 아닌 고용이라는 실질적 가치창출로 연계되는 IT인턴쉽 모델 개발과 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. IT인턴쉽 시범운영한 참여기업 및 인턴학생에 대해서 CIPP모형을 활용한 실태조사를 한 결과, 재학 중의 인턴쉽 경험이 취업에 도움을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 현장실습기간이 길수록 취업에 도움의 정도가 커진다고 생각하고 있다. 학력보다는 전공 및 직무위주의 인턴사원을 매칭하고 사전교육의 효과로 신입사원 수준의 업무를 부여하고 수행하여 인턴쉽 내용이 질적으로 상승하게 되었다. 지방학생 채용비율 56%로 지역특화 산업과 연관된 기술 분야의 지방학생에 대한 기업의 선호도가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연수기관의 87%가 재참여 희망하였으며, 이중 61% 연수생을 채용 희망의사를 표시하여 고용연계 가능성을 확인 하였다. 또한 연수생들의 68.3%가 인턴 후 중소기업에 대해 긍정적으로 이미지 전환되어 인턴사업이 중소기업에 대한 기존의 부정적 선입견 완화에 기여 하고 있음을 보여 주고 있다.

본 연구는 항공서비스학과 학생을 대상으로 진로에 영향을 미치는 서비스 인턴십 참여결정 콘텐츠요인을 알아보고 이를 중심으로 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 서비스 인턴십 참여결정 콘텐츠요인을 알아보기 위해 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 이항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 개인특성, 성격 5요인, 진로준비행동, 진로결정자기효능감, 사회적 지지를 독립변인으로, 서비스 인턴십 경험유무를 종속변인으로 설정하였다. 분석결과, 개인특성 변인에서는 항공서비스학과 학생들의 학년, 학점수준, 해외체류경험, 비행기 탑승경험 등이 서비스 인턴십 참여결정 콘텐츠로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 성격 5요인이 추가로 투입된 모형에서는 개인특성 변인 외에 성격 5요인 중 외향성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 진로준비행동이 추가로 투입된 모형에서는 개인특성 중 학년을 제외한 학점수준, 해외체류경험, 비행기 탑승경험, 성격 5요인 중 외향성이 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 진로준비 행동은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로결정자기효능감, 사회적 지지가 차례로 추가로 투입된 모형에서도 개인특성 중 학년을 제외한 학점수준, 해외체류경험, 비행기 탑승경험, 성격 5요인 중 외향성이 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 진로결정자기효능감, 사회적 지지는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공서비스학과 대학생들에게 영향을 미치는 인턴십 참여결정 콘텐츠요인들을 중심으로 살펴보고 학생들의 취업과 연계하여 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 시사점을 주고자 한다.
