As visual surveillance systems gain wider usage in a variety of fields, it is important that they are capable of interpreting scenes automatically, also known as "human motion analysis" (HMA). However, existing HMA methods are too domain specific and computationally expensive. This paper proposes a general purpose HMA method that is based on the idea that human beings tend to exhibit erratic motion patterns during abnormal situations. Limb movements are characterized using the statistics of angular and linear displacements. In addition, the method is enhanced via the use of the entropy of the Fourier spectrum to measure the randomness of subject's motions. Various experiments have been conducted and the results indicate that the proposed method has very high classification accuracy in identifying anomalous behavior.

Digital textbooks, considered as core textbooks tailored to the abilities and interests of students, provide them with a combination of textbooks, reference books, workbooks, dictionaries and multimedia contents. In this paper, we employ a modified version of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), a model which has been widely used and empirically validated to explain why individuals use a particular information technology(IT). This paper proposes that additional variables, such as educational impacts, contents quality, interaction and enjoyment, enhance our understanding of behaviors of pilot school teachers in using multimedia-based digital textbooks as a substitute for traditional paper-version of textbooks. A structural equation model is employed with survey data from 157 pilot school teachers in pilot program supported by Korean government and KERIS(Korea Education & Research Information Service), to empirically assess the strength of the relationships in the proposed model. It is hoped that the results from this study provide meaningful insight into the development and delivery of high quality digital textbooks.

This paper proposes a novel channel assignment scheme that is based on finite projective plane (FPP) theory. The proposed scheme involves using a Markov chain model to allocate N channels to N users through intermixed channel group arrangements, particularly when channel resources are idle because of inefficient use. The intermixed FPP-based channel group arrangements successfully related Markov chain modeling to punch through ratio formulations proposed in this study, ensuring fair resource use among users. The simulation results for the proposed FPP scheme clearly revealed that the defined throughput increased, particularly under light traffic load conditions. Nevertheless, if the proposed scheme is combined with successive interference cancellation techniques, considerably higher throughput is predicted, even under heavy traffic load conditions.

After emerging online communications, text mining and sentiment analysis has been frequently applied into analyzing electronic word-of-mouth. This study aims to develop a domain-specific lexicon of sentiment analysis to predict box office success in Korea film market and validate the feasibility of the lexicon. Natural language processing, a machine learning algorithm, and a lexicon-based sentiment classification method are employed. To create a movie domain sentiment lexicon, 233,631 reviews of 147 movies with popularity ratings is collected by a XML crawling package in R program. We accomplished 81.69% accuracy in sentiment classification by the Korean sentiment dictionary including 706 negative words and 617 positive words. The result showed a stronger positive relationship with box office success and consumers' sentiment as well as a significant positive effect in the linear regression for the predicting model. In addition, it reveals emotion in the user-generated content can be a more accurate clue to predict business success.

최근 여러 상용 기계번역 시스템들이 발표되고 있다. 하지만 아직은 많은 시스템들이 오역된 결과를 출력하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 오역 중에서 시제처리 때문에 발생하는 오류에 중점을 둔다. 본 논문에서는 한국어의 시제를 영어의 현재, 과거, 미래, 현재완료 과거완료 미래완료 현재진행 과거진행, 미래진행, 현재완료진행, 과거완료진행, 미래완료진행 등 12시제와 비교한다. 이와 함께 한국어 시제의 의미를 분석하고, 시제의 구조를 개념그래프에 기반 하여 기술한다. 실험에서는 시제가 포함된 문장을 입력받아 개념그래프로 변환하는 프로그램을 구현하고 그 결과를 기술한다.

본 각종 PC 및 스마트폰의 발전으로 인하여 인터넷이 발전함으로써 정보시스템과 인터넷과 스마트폰의 발전으로 인하여 모든 정보 자산의 네트워킹이 가능해졌다. 이로 인해 각종 취약점과 프로그램을 악용하여 악성코드를 만들어 정보를 빼내가거나, 유출을 시키는 등의 범죄가 하루가 다르게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따른 각 시스템별 보안위협 및 어떤 방법으로, 어떤 경로로 위협을 해오는지를 알아보고 이에 따라 시스템을 비교하여 목적 및 수단을 알아보고 취약점을 분석하고 대응책을 알아본다.

디지털기술의 발전과 전송망의 광대역화에 따라 기존에 통신과 방송으로 각각 분리되었던 콘텐츠, 네트워크, 단말기 및 서비스의 경계가 허물어지는 융합화현상이 가속화되고 있다. 특히 방송분야와 통신분야의 경계가 모호해지며 통신과 방송 네트워크 및 서비스시장 간 융합현상이 나타나는 방송과 통신의 융합화, 즉 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) 서비스는 대표적인 융합화의 큰 흐름을 보여주는 현상이다. 하지만, 지난 수년간 법적 제도적 장치를 마련하는 각 부처 및 산업내의 이해관계가 상충되면서 이러한 사회변화에 능동적으로 대처하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 관련법 제정과 사업자 선정 이후에도 방송통신융합 산업이 활성화가 되기까지 많은 난관에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 논문에서는 방송통신융합(IPTV) 산업의 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구를 통해 모색과 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper analyzed some financial counseling cases on the internet and suggested a framework for the improved financial counseling. Data of 392 financial counseling cases were gathered from the site bulletin board whose members were mostly housewives. The largely demanded contents of counseling were about 1) general financial procedures and the evaluation of household financial condition, 2) saving and investment, 3) buying and canceling insurance, and 4) debt repayment and debt availability. Based on the data analysis, a special format which requires on the personal and financial information of consumers was developed. In a way to help counselors and clients far questions asked often, FAQs is also suggested. Finally the arrangement and development of financial planning related softwares were investigated.

In this paper, the microcontroller TCP/IP NIE(Network Interface Equipment) which is exclusive of an operating system is implemented and the applied example to a step motor motion controller is then explained. The microcontroller TCP/IP NIE supplies a DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) as well as basic TCP/IP network protocols. So, the automatic setting up of the Dynamic If(Internet Protocol) is possible. To implement a control of a system with an internet, the microcontroller TCP/IP NIE is applied to a step motor motion controller and a step motor is then controlled with a Microsoft Windows-based Telnet application program.

With a rapid growth of the internet shopping mall consumer according to popularization of the internet, it is possible for the general public to get information covering a wide range a wide range go easily and companies attempt to apply review a new marketing means. The present paper aims to research investigated the Evaluation method of Reviews by the Experienced Review. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, carried out literature study of a related field. Through these methods, we were able to obtain participation of 166 people from student a college woman. Using 149 responses derived statistics by means of Win SPSS Version 12.0 statistics program package. The analysis results are the on-line customer review is composed of four dimensions that is expertise factor, trustworthiness factor and usefulness factor, evaluation factor.
