With existing illumination rendering system being used in domestic, internationally developed common programs are taking over the market more than 90%. However, since the programs are established with DB designed to be most suitable for their own products, accuracy in analysis and visualized image are hardly reliable. This raises the necessities of establishing DB for domestic developed products. A method of establishing artificial luminair DB, which was studied on DB establishment in consideration of optical characteristics of domestic products with using RADIANCE program was presented in this study, and it is considered as the program of simulating light movement most accurately among all rendering programs developed so far.

The reliability data analysis for components of CNC machining center is studied in this paper. The failure data of mechanical part is analyzed by Exponential, Weibull, and Log-normal distributions. And then, the optimum failure distribution model is selected by goodness of fit test. The reliability data analysis program is developed with ASP language to use on the Internet. The failure rate, MTBF, life, and failure mode of mechanical parts are estimated and searched by this program. The failure data and analysis results are stored in the database.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic Commerce is having a profound influence on the global trade and internal commerce, revolutionizing the way of doing business. e-Trade have adopted in order to the reshape of the International Trade enterprise's competitiveness, and it is now being utilized as a major export marketing instrument to develop new customers, save export transaction costs ad facilitate new work processes. The purpose of this study is to provide a program for activation in e-Trade of the International Trade enterprise in Kangwon Do. However, at present, the environment of e-trade Infrastructure in Kangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-trade of the International Trade enterprise in Kangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Trade.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is an efficient system which serves various contents to subscribing consumers by using the IP over a broadband connection. The IPTV services can be multi-channel broadcasting service, VoD, T-Commerce, video conference, on-line game and so on. TV Anytime metadata provides various description tools for TV program contents by which TV program contents can serve more information. In this paper, we mention about the overview and feature of IPTV and TV Anytime metadata, propose the essential functions in the EPG program of IPTV and survey the description tools for the proposed functions in EPG. Finally, we show the authored metadata and the implementation of advanced EPG application.

This study aims to analyze factors that affect satisfaction of students in employment-contract information technology master programs, and suggest policy implications to improve management of employment-contract master programs. A survey of students supported by Software master program of National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) and Knowledge Information Security master program of Korea Internet and Security Agency (KISA) indicates that department administration, department vision, scholarship, adviser, and lecturer affect satisfaction of students in employment-contract master programs in listed order.

Background and Purpose : The Purpose of this study is to review the recent achievements on SDPTG and suggest SDPTG studies. Methods : The study papers related with SDPTC, published in foreign countries and Korea up to the present, were collected by internet search & journal. And then the collected papers were classified and summarized. Results and Conclusion : SDPTG provides informations of arterial elasticity and stiffness. thus, SDPTG could contribute to development of pulse wave diagnosis of oriental medicine.

In this paper, web based monitoring systems are implemented using embedded systems. A parallel port connecting parallel I/O is controlled via HTTP protocol and web browser program. HTTP protocol is ported into Linux. A micro web server program and port control program installed on-board memory using CGI to be accessed by web browser. Experimental results of proposed web based monitoring systems can be used in automation systems and remote distributed control systems via internet using web browser.

In this paper, we propose the AI certification standardization activities for systematic research and planning for the standardization of trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI). The activities will be in two-fold. In the stage 1, we investigate the scope and possibility of standardization through AI reliability technology research targeting international standards organizations. And we establish the AI reliability technology standard and AI reliability verification for the feasibility of the AI reliability technology/certification standards. In the stage 2, based on the standard technical specifications established in the previous stage, we establish AI reliability certification program for verification of products, systems and services. Along with the establishment of the AI reliability certification system, a global InterOp (Interoperability test) event, an AI reliability certification international standard meetings and seminars are to be held for the spread of AI reliability certification. Finally, TAIPP (Trustworthy AI Partnership Project) will be established through the participation of relevant standards organizations and industries to overall maintain and develop standards and certification programs to ensure the governance of AI reliability certification standards.

This paper studies on introduction of online education to provide opportunities for spreading university-level program by analyzing perception of high school students and teachers. The university-level program can be defined as the fulfillment of learning needs and the value offer of excellence education for outstanding high school students who want to improve their potential capabilities. For the study, a survey was conducted at high school students and teachers. As the result of the survey for high school students, the efficiency of education was the most important factor for the university-level program. The order of next important factors was the aid to entering university, the method of education, the satisfaction, and the recommendation of others. The result of high school teacher indicated that the efficiency of education was the most important factor as the high school students. The order of next important factors by high school teachers was the satisfaction, the aid to entering university, and the method of education. An activation of the university-level programs can be spread by analyzing the results of the survey. With the introduction of online education for the university-level program can conclude the guarantee of the right of studying and the reduction of education gap. This paper proposed an online education for the university-level program to guarantee the right of studying and to reduce the education gap.

This study was done to examine the sexual knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of Korea college students and investigate the effects of sexual education programs on college students with respect to their sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. For these objectives, a single 92 item sexual questionnaire was administered to 213 college students (113 in the experimental group and 100 in the control group) as a pretest one day before the experimental group participated in a sexual education program. Then a three week sexual education program was given to the experimental group and a posttest was administered to both groups day after the program. The findings from the pretest； 1) The main sources of sexual information were friends, Internet, books and magazines. College students in this study showed relatively high scores on their overall sexual knowledge but showed low scores on their knowledge of venereal disease and HIV/AIDS. Female students had a higher sexual knowledge of physiology, pregnancy and sexual abuse than male students. 2) The overall sexual attitudes of college students were subjective. They showed especially strong liberal attitudes to premarital intercourse, had few double standards and agreed on induced abortion. Male students showed a more liberal attitude to premarital intercourse and extramarital intercourse (X²＝50.679, p＜.001). Christian students showed the lowest rates of permissiveness for induced abortion than students of other religions. 3) 64.9％ of the subjects in this study had experience in intercourse. The gender and age of students did influence the experience rates of intercourse. Male students had much higher rates of intercourse than female students (X²＝13.565, p＜.001) and older students had higher experience rates of intercourse. 4) From the analysis of the relationship between sexual knowledge, attitudes and behaviors, this study revealed that sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes of college students have a correlation 6＝0.324, p＝0.000). Students' experience of intercourse did not influence their sexual knowledge scores, but did influence their sexual attitudes. Students who had experience of intercourse showed more liberal sexual attitudes than those students who did not (t＝2.677, p＜.050). And students who were exposed to sexual media such as pornography, sexual magazines, sexual books and the Internet, also showed more liberal sexual attitudes than those students who were not. The findings from the comparison of pretest and posttest ； 1. The sexual knowledge of the experimental group that participated in the sexual education program was significantly increased after the program compared to before the program (p＜.001). However the control group did not show any significant change in their sexual knowledge. 2. The sexual attitudes of the experimental group were also changed significantly becoming less liberal (p＜.001). The control group also showed significant change in their sexual attitudes, also becoming less liberal (p＜.001). Therefore, the sexual education program used in this study was effective in increasing college students' accurate sexual knowledge, but had little effect on their sexual attitudes.
