Virtual Manufacturing System(VMS) is a computer model that represents the precise and whole structure of manufacturing system and simulates their physical and logical behavior in operation. In this paper, a real time simulation for the virtual factory is proposed to integrate a process planning with scheduling under distributed environments. In order to communicate the information under distributed environment, weuse a sever/client concept and socket program. the VMS is implemented on the internet environment.

This research employs the intelligent application form agent to help people to locate the information they would want from Internet quickly. Based on Internet GUI environment, this user-friendly online application form program uses the agent concept to provide the customized, individual information to the users who registered their application form answers, to the extent of increasing the interest and participation of users. The system helps along with the decision making process, by quickening the information gathering process.

In this paper, we develop the remote control device of vending machine through internet. This device can control the temperature, humidity and on/off switch. This device is operated by the Java based TCP/IP control program.

The most important instrument to declare oneself publicly in cyberspace is to use a homepage or website. Nowadays most of Korean as well as overseas art museums have their own websites, through which they provide consumers with essential information and strive to declare themselves publicly in cyberspace. A homepage is composed of various components and the most crucial component is the interface. The objective of this paper is to present a proposal to help get a program for efficient website management and consumer satisfaction.

For this purpose, most of all, we thought over the theoretical background for the application of Web-resources to the teaching and learning program at the school mathematics. Second, we looked into the applied class and the class pattern with the internet. And then, we arranged the cases using the internet web materials. The last, we mentioned what the matters of learning based on the web are and what the teacher's roles are.

In this paper, manufacturing system and Internet are combined and NC milling machine engraves image and text on nameplate. Image and text are input through Internet. And NC tool path is obtained by thinning algorithm and NC part program is generated. Thinning algorithm detects center lines from image and text by using connectivity and tool path is obtained along the center line. Actually experiments are performed and thinning algorithm and G-code generation module are verified.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and evaluate a Web-based program for the maternal role of primiparas who use the internet. Method: The study process was a systems requirements analysis, design and development of a program, program testing by experts, program implementation, and program evaluation by users. A nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design was used. The data was collected from October 5th, 2002 to February 24th, 2003. Result: 1. Based on inquiries into mothers' needs, a Web-based support program was developed. The program was then modified from feedback received from experts. 2. In a sub-scale analysis of mothers' perception of a baby, amenability and persistence was significantly higher in the intervention group. The differences in the mean score of maternal self-confidence and maternal satisfaction were significant. 3. Cyber counseling was done for a total of 73 cases and the most frequent problems for counseling were feeding and nutrition (28.8%), followed by baby care, and health problems. Conclusion: It was proven that a Web-based support program provided appropriate support to primiparas and was effective in promoting their maternal role. Therefore, this study suggests that a Web-based support program for primiparas can become a powerful nursing intervention on virtually all mother and infant health concerns.

최근 OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)의 센서 웹에서는 센서 네트워크에서 수집된 센싱 데이터 및 영상 정보를 저장하고 관리하여 인터넷을 통해 사용자들에게 제공하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이와 같은 센싱 데이터 및 영상 정보를 실시간적으로 사용자에게 전달하기 위해서는 센싱 데이터를 비롯하여 오디오 및 비디오를 하나로 묶는 데이터 융합에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크에서 수집된 센싱 데이터와 영상을 인덱스를 이용하여 융합하는 방안을 제시한다. 이 방안에서는 동일한 노드에서 수집된 센싱 데이터와 영상의 식별 정보를 통합 인덱스에 함께 표시하고, 이를 통해 사용자가 질의할 경우 통합 인덱스를 참조하여 센싱 데이터와 영상을 동시에 제공한다. 제안된 방안을 검증하기 위해 센서 네트워크와 영상장치를 이용하여 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스 구조를 설계하고 인덱스 기반의 영상과 센서 데이터를 통합한 유비쿼터스 실시간 멀티미디어 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 통하여 제안된 데이터 융합 방안이 영상 장치와 무선 센서 네트워크로부터 수집되는 영상과 센싱 데이터를 통합 인덱스를 이용하여 응용 서비스의 정보 요청에 따라 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

지금의 TV방송은 이전의 아날로그 방식의 TV에서 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television)나 DCATV(Digital Cable Television) 등 디지털 방식의 TV로 발전해 나가고 있다. 그렇지만 디지털 방송의 특성상 손쉽고 원본 손상이 거의 없는 높은 품질의 콘텐츠의 불법 복제와 인터넷, P2P(Peer to Peer), 그리고 개인경로 등을 통한 배포 등 저작권 피해가 커지고 있다. 하지만 방송 프로그램의 녹화 및 재이용 등 사용자에게 보장된 권한을 제재할 수 없고, 교육자료 등 공정 프로그램의 이용은 불법과는 다른 구분이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 인증서를 이용해 저장된 방송프로그램을 이용이 승인된 사용자 및 공정목적의 사용자에게 허가하고, 불법 배포를 제약하는 유통 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Nowadays the whole World is overwhelmed by the wave of Information Technology. In particular, in this Information & Communication Era such advanced countries as United States, Germany, and France are now launching and preparing Government levels Information Technology Policy and Strategies in order to keep their information initiative and superiority. Ever since 1993 when the US government have been advocating m as well as NPR, the US is concentrating their all energies and efforts on the redeem of their former national competitiveness which was snatched up to Japan, meanwhile also Japanese government, who has announced NEW SOCIETY CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM in 1994 to be completed by 2010, is trying to do their whole national endeavors to enter into the highly enhanced information society. Recently also our Government enacted the LAW of INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROMOTE & EXPEDITE in 1995 then sequently in the next year announced its detailed enforcement regulations, targeting at one of the leading countries with highly advanced Information Technology. The concept of Internet which takes the concept of Internet into the inner side of the industries has been, since implemented in 1995, showing really the rapid growth and at the same time it is highlighted onto the next generations Information-network. The merits of Internet, representing as the affordable cost, continuous standardization, various functionalities of multimedia excellent expansibilities, easy interface is the most adequate choice as a newest method for our country that announce to be one of leading countries in the realization of Information Technology and expects immediate effect on the construction of Internet in the level of whole country. In an effort to construct the nations level of Internet by firstly the build-up and connection of each central and each local government level of internet, a few methods for nation levels internet build-up are here studied and described, while in the beginnings stage through both e-mails and internet home pages the nation level of internet can be established in stages. The construction of Internet in the level of the nation is not an issue of simple option but an essential and inevitable choice for the survival in 2000s and as well the jump-up and penetration onto the real advanced country in the New Era.
