  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether the gender, grade and school type of middle school students made any differences to their sexual awareness and sexual behaviors in an effort to lay the groundwork for providing more efficient sex education. The research questions were posed as follows: First, what is the sexual awareness of middle school students? Second, what are the sexual behaviors of middle school students? Third, are their gender, school year and school type related to their sexual awareness and behaviors? The subjects in this study were 976 middle school students from Gyeonggi province. After a survey was conducted with questionnaires prepared by this researcher based on earlier studies to suit the purpose of the study, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 10.0 program. The frequency analysis, x2 test and correlational analysis were implemented, and basic statistical data were obtained. The conclusions were as follows: First, regarding their sexual awareness, the largest group of them agreed that one must report in case of being raped(4.36), and the smallest number of them thought that one might have a sexual relationship with a person other than his or her spouse after marriage(1.56). Second, as for experience of indecent materials, part of sexual behaviors, 67.4 percent had ever contacted such materials. The most common medium through which they contacted them was the Internet(56.5%). The above-mentioned findings suggested that the sexual awareness of the middle school students wasn't influenced by gender or school type. But that varied with grade, as the third graders had the best sexual consciousness. Their sexual behaviors were different according to gender. The boy students contacted more indecent materials, and their experience of such materials varied with grade, since the third graders contacted the most obscene materials. And that also varied with school type, and the non-engineering students contacted more obscene materials. As for sexual drives, their masturbation experience was different according to gender, grade and school type. The number of the boys who practiced masturbation was four-fold larger than that of the girls, and the second graders had more such experience. By school type, the non-engineering students practiced more masturbation, but there was no significant gap between their kissing, caressing and dating experiences.

  • With massive and dense production, the livestock industry is rapidly moving into a large-scale, capital-intensive industry especially in swine, poultry, and ducks. However, livestock epidemics can pose a serious threat to the livestock industry and the lives of the people. The government has established and operates the National Animal Protection and Prevention System (KAHIS) since 2013 in order to control the threat, in accordance with the five stages. The digitalized data and information are excellent in ease of management, but it is also pointed out that it is difficult to take countermeasures through linkage with the data in an emergency situation. Recently, the technology of the fourth industrial revolution such as Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial intelligence (AI) has been rapidly implemented to the livestock industry, which makes smart livestock disease control system possible. Therefore, this study investigated the domestic and overseas cases which apply 4th Industrial Revolution technology in the industry, and derived 13 possible candidate tasks in the near future. In order to ascertain the priority of policy formulation, we surveyed the expert groups and examined the priority of each of the five stages of the prevention and the priority of each stage. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the establishment of policies for the advancement of smart livestock disease control research and livestock protection.

  • Recently, there is significant increasing of massive attacks, which try to infect PCs that visit websites containing pre-implanted malicious code. When visiting the websites, these hidden malicious codes can gain monetary profit or can send various cyber attacks such as BOTNET for DDoS attacks, personal information theft and, etc. Also, this kind of malicious activities is continuously increasing, and their evasion techniques become professional and intellectual. So far, the current signature-based detection to detect websites, which contain malicious codes has a limitation to prevent internet users from being exposed to malicious codes. Since, it is impossible to detect with only blacklist when an attacker changes the string in the malicious codes proactively. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that can detect unknown malicious code, which is not well detected by a signature-based detection. Our method can detect new malicious codes even though the codes' signatures are not in the pattern database of Anti-Virus program. Moreover, our method can overcome various obfuscation techniques such as the frequent change of the included redirection URL in the malicious codes. Finally, we confirm that our proposed system shows better detection performance rather than MC-Finder, which adopts pattern matching, Google's crawling based malware site detection, and McAfee.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose an effective informatization policy by categorizing consumer groups according to the level of digital divide and identifying the characteristics of each type. For this end, a total of 402 data were collected through an online and on-site surveys targeting consumers with internet experience, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of conducting a K-means cluster analysis based on access to, capability, and utilization of digital devices, four consumer groups were categorized: 'device lover', 'proficient user', 'general user', and 'digital alienated'. By consumer type, significant differences were found in demographic characteristics, social capital, perception of the future information society, attitude toward technology as innovativeness, discomfort and familiarity, which are the antecedent variables of the digital divide. Significant differences in digital device satisfaction and intention to use, which are outcome variables of the digital divide, were also confirmed by consumer type. This study is academically and practically valuable in that it proposes customized informatization policies for each consumer group according to the level of digitization.
