Among various export contracts, the contents of contracts are very important. Various companies make use of this method. [Which method are you talking about?] However, the Korean law system has an insufficient understanding of the international legal system. This paper looks into the conditions related to contracts in relation to the legal system. This paper analyzes not only the Korean civil law system about illegality of contracts but also makes a comparison with other international systems, such as the UNIDROIT Principles. Especially, the Korean civil law system about the illegality of contracts is comparable with the UNIDROIT Principles system about illegality of contracts. The purpose of this paper is to examine the revitalization of Illegality of Contract. This paper also deals with improvement of International Commercial Activation. Thus, this paper will offer directions to International Trade Practitioners. There is disagreement regarding methods of action related to international trade practice. Especially, this study is good for commercial parties, especially overseas sales people.

Resorting to electronic arbitration to resolve disputes in international trade contracts is the most important reflection of technological progress on the reality of international commercial arbitration. Electronic is a modern image of traditional arbitration, and this type of arbitration provides many advantages that are not provided by any legal system for resolving disputes, including speed, effectiveness and lower costs. What will this development produce? Through technical progress in the means of communication, it has become conceivable that international trade dealers agree to arbitration via electronic means of communication, followed by the completion of the arbitration process via the Internet, leading to the issuance of the electronic arbitration award in an electronic manner as well.

International exchange implementing the Internet began inevitably due to the pandemic, but it provided Digital Nomads with new experiences in their lives using the Internet. This study the possibility and challenge of international exchange implementing the Internet identified. To this end, we explored its strengths and weaknesses through interviews and descriptions of students who participated in international exchange. As a result, we identified that students were positive in the diverse aspects of communication tools and ways, whereas they were negative because they felt difficulties in the physical environment, inaccessible physical conditions especially. They were also negative in the emotional exchange, an ice-breaking which needed much more time than offline exchange. Therefore, we identified in the case of designing or conducting student activities implementing the Internet, including international exchange, the possibility of activities implementing the Internet could be much more extended if their developer various programs considered in the introduction step.

This study explores the important causal relationship between the public (domestic) and trade (international) disputes of South Korea and China. To understand the relations between the domestic and international disputes, Putnam's study of the two-level game theory has been conducted in order to analyze the effect of complicated social and political frameworks on international trade disputes. Due to the social and political differences between South Korea and China, this study provides three findings based on negotiation, policy, and strategic approaches.

Internet EC accomplish to simply electronic business from all process integration of production, marketing and customer service. Also customers gain to goods information by one-line product reference, order, product information exchange and negotiate to low cost for high quality goods. Therefore, Purpose of this study is to introduce the building method of efficient EC, helping understand EC, and analysing its present state in the Korean enterprises and efficiency on international trade information.

We present a low temperature thermal process for the transparent dielectric layer, barrier rib, and white back dielectric layer on the soda-lime glass substrate of the PDP by the $TruNano^{TM}$ processor in combination with a compositional modification to the conventional dielectric pastes. By this method the firing temperature can be lowered by more than $100^{\circ}C$.

The high speed and sensitivity array test system has been developed and utilized for massproduction of advanced LTPS displays including SOG and OLED. It realizes fast enough TACT enabling 100% inspection with better than 1fF sensitivity. The result of actual measurement shows its superior TACT and sensitivity, and also shows MURA detection of OLED panel.

Owing to WTO/TBT, Many countries are trying to accord their own various national codes and standards with international standards. Also Korean electric power code is being made consistent with the new standards which include the international standards. The new code will affect the many aspects of building construction. In order to cope with the change of the electric power code, this paper analyzed the trend of the international standard(IEC 60364, IEC 61024) and we think this study will help engineers to understand the international electrical standards.

Among various joint ventures, International Construction Joint Ventures (ICJVs) have emerged as a popular approach worldwide to developing large scale projects through international participation. A model, based on economic analysis and represented by several hypotheses obtained from the analysis, will be developed. Furthermore, we will empirically test the hypotheses/model using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research is expected to explain why there exist different organizational forms for ICJVs, and to develop a framework for choosing appropriate forms with respect to various characteristics of ICJVs.
