저밀도 폴리에틸렌에 있어서 부분방전과 음향방출펼스 상호간의 회기분석에 의한 신뢰도 평가 (A Reliability Evaluation by Regression Analysis of PD and AE Pulse in Low Density Polyethylene)

  • Because of internal voids in insulators give rise to partial discharge (PD), which cause local breakdown and even entire insulation breakdown. Treeing due to PD is one of the main causes of breakdown of the insulating materials and reduction of the insulation life. Therefore the necessity for establishing a method to diagnose the aging of insulation materials and to predict the breakdown of insulation has become important. From this viewpoint, our studies diagnose insulation degradation using the method of computer sensing system, which has the advantages of PD and acoustic emission (AE) sensing system. To use advantages of these two methods can be used effectively to search for treeing location and PD in some materials. In analysis method of degradation, We analyzed the PD pulse and AE pulses by regression analysis, compared to these obtained the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient by T-distribution and saw that PD and AE pulses show a similar pattern on the whole. This is in agreement with the results of the research by Yoshimura and Fujita.

회귀분석을 이용한 복합 시스템의 열화진단 (Degradation Diagnosis of Complex System Using Regression Analysis)

  • 부분방전 및 음향방출측정시스템을 이용한 컴퓨터 시스템을 개발하여 이용함으로써 열화진진을 실시하였다. 부분방전 시스템의 절연체 내부의 보이드로 인하여 부분방전이 발생하면 국부파괴와 완전절연파괴의 원인이 된다. 부분방전으로 생기는 트리잉은 절연재료를 열화 시키고 절연 수명을 단축시키는 중요한 원인이 되므로 절연파괴를 미연에 방지하여 절연재료 수명을 예측할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 부분방전 및 음향방출 장점은 음향에 비하여 검출 신호가 양호하고, 고전압 절연장치의 신뢰성을 평가하기에 적합하다. 또한 음향방출 시스템의 장점은 전자기의 영향을 받지 않고, 열화 과정을 실시간으로 관찰할 수 있다는 것이다. 이 두 가지의 장점을 복합적으로 이용하면 절연재료 내부에서 발생하는 트리의 위치와 부분방전을 효과적으로 할 수 있다. 열화 분석 방법으로 먼저 전기적 펄스와 음향방출 펄스를 회귀분석하여 T검정에 의한 상관계수와 결정계수를 비교해본 결과 부분방전과 음향방출 펄스는 대체적으로 비슷한 형태를 보였다. 이것은 Yoshimura와 Fujital[1, 2]의 연구 결과와 경향이 유사하였다.

  • To improve the efficiency and lifetime of filters, we analyze the element distribution at the entrance and exit by using the flow inside a filter, confirming that the internal structure affects the filter efficiency. The flow in the pipe is predicted through computer simulations, and the filtration efficiency of each element is compared through experiments. The efficiency and lifetime of the filter are indirectly improved through the element distribution at the filter outlet according to the internal structure. Because pressure loss from the structure inevitably occurs, the efficiency and lifetime of filters against pressure loss must be considered.

  • The bushing for high voltage and large and power should endure weight of itself and force of pushing from contact with circuit breaker. Like this, epoxy mold bushing has to be strong without fault. However, the external circumstances and internal factors was caused by partial discharge, flashover and dielectric breakdown. Therefore, to remove external factor of defect and to prevent the internal cracks and cavity generated from the contraction on interface of Cu-Epoxy, we should form semi-conductive layer on Cu bar by carbon. Then, the PD properties and the insulation qualities of epoxy mold type bushing was able to improved by roles of cushions for the direction of diameter and by effects fo natural sliding like as separated from conductor for the direction of length. So, in this work, we could prove the method of semi-conductive layer in making the long conductor.

  • High voltage MLCCs with C0G temperature coefficient characteristics could apply DC-DC invertor were investigated for its dielectric properties. Also we manufactured MLCC through various process and studied the characteristics of dielectric break down voltage [BDV] and dielectric property as the variation of thickness in the green sheet and how to pattern the internal electrode. As the thickness of green sheet is increase, the dielectric BDV per unit thickness is decreased. But as the pattern of internal electrodes were floated we could manufacture the high voltage MLCC maintained its dielectric BDV a unit.

플로팅 금속 가드링 구조를 이용한 Ga2O3 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드의 항복 특성 개선 연구 (Improved breakdown characteristics of Ga2O3 Schottky barrier diode using floating metal guard ring structure)

  • 본 연구에서는 TCAD 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 산화갈륨 ($Ga_2O_3$) 기반 수직형 쇼트키 장벽 다이오드 고전압 스위칭 소자의 항복전압 특성을 개선하기 위한 가드링 구조를 이온 주입이 필요 없는 간단한 플로팅 금속 구조를 활용하여 제안하였다. 가드링 구조를 도입하여 양극 모서리에 집중되던 전계를 감소시켜 항복전압 성능 개선을 확인하였으며, 이때 금속 가드링의 폭과 간격 및 개수에 따른 항복전압 특성 분석을 전류-전압 특성과 내부 전계 및 포텐셜 분포를 함께 분석하여 최적화를 수행하였다. N형 전자 전송층의 도핑농도가 $5{\times}10^{16}cm^{-3}$이고 두께가 $5{\mu}m$인 구조에 대하여 $1.5{\mu}m$ 폭의 금속 가드링을 $0.2{\mu}m$로 5개 배치하였을 경우 항복전압 2000 V를 얻었으며 이는 가드링 없는 구조에서 얻은 940 V 대비 두 배 이상 향상된 결과이며 온저항 특성의 저하는 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 활용한 플로팅 금속 가드링 구조는 추가적인 공정단계 없이 소자의 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 매우 활용도가 높은 기술로 기대된다.

권선형기기 On-line 부분방전 측정용 6-6kV급 Ceramic Coupler의 신뢰성 평가 (Evaluation of Reliability on the 6.6kV Class Ceramic Coupler for On-line Partial Discharge Measurement in Winding Machines)

  • In order to improve the reliability of high voltage rotating machines and mold transformers, it is necessary to understand the breakdown mechanism and life assessment of the high voltage winding parts. Especially the on-line PD test provides the ability to monitor effects, such as slot discharge, internal discharge, and end-winding discharge without interrupting the electrical machines, this method has been proven the major testing technology. Capacitive couplers have been the most widely used sensors for the on-line partial discharge detection in rotating machines nowadays. This paper deals with the electrical characteristics and long-term reliability of a ceramic coupler(CC), which can be easily mounted into high voltage input terminal part, has been developed and tested to continuously measure PD activity during operating condition. This paper presents electrical characteristics (dielectric loss angle, capacitance, PD inception level, breakdown voltage, and frequency response bandwidth) and long-term life test result of the developed 6.6 kV class on-line ceramic coupling sensor. It was found that this sensor had good electrical characteristics to detect PD activity during the operating condition with its detection frequency band is between several and several tens MHz. Also, the voltage life of the 6.6kV class ceramic coupler was calculated over 60 years.

  • 건설프로젝트 참여자들이 전체공기에 영향을 미치는 공정리스크 관리에 대한 중요성을 공감하고 있지만 그에 대한 관리 절차 및 도구 등이 체계화되어있지 않아 어려움을 겪고 있다. 또한 발생한 리스크에 대한 대응방안 및 관리방법에 대한 연구는 비교적 활발히 추진되었지만 시공단계의 리스크를 착공 전 단계에 파악하고자 하는 노력은 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설프로젝트 전체공기에 중요한 영향을 미치는 착공 전 단계에서의 공정 리스크 관리업무를 지원하기 위하여 공사프로세스 중심의 리스크 분류체계와 전산시스템 구축을 위해 요구되는 코드체계 및 공정리스크에 대한 사전대비를 위한 공정리스크 검토양식을 개발하고, 이에 대한 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

고압전동기 모델 코일에서 부분방전 분석 (Analysis of Partial Discharge in High Voltage Motor Model Coils)

  • Five model coils of 6.6 kV motor were manufactured with several defects. These stator coils have artificial defects such as void of groundwall insulation, removal of semi-conductive coating and damage of strand insulation. Epoxy-mica coupler(80 pF) was connected to five model coil terminals. The voltage applied to the coils was 3.81 kV, 4.76 kV, 6.0 kV and 6.6 kV, respectively. Partial discharge(PD) tests performed in the laboratory and shield room. Digital PD detector(PDD) and turbine generator analyzer(TGA) were used to measure PD activity. TGA summarizes each plot with two quantities such as the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the peak PD magnitude(Qm). The PD levels in pC were measured with PDD. PD patterns of model coils were indicated the internal and slot discharges. PD patterns are consistent with the result of measurement using PDD and TGA instruments. AC breakdown test was performed on five model coils in order to confirm the result of PD measurements. All the failures were located in a line-end coil at the exit from the core slot.

  • In this paper, efficiency estimation of toxicity fee fire resistance cable experiments was measured smoke density of toxicity free fire resistance polyolefin insulation material and electric field dependence of tree shape in low density polyethylene (LDPE). One of the most serious causes of failure in high-voltage cables, can be an electrical discharge across an internal gab or void in the insulating material. Treeing due to partial discharge is one of the main causes of breakdown in the insulating materials and reduction of the insulation life. Therefore the necessity for establishing a method to diagnose the aging of insulation materials and to predict the breakdown of insulation and research of the fire resistance character has become important. First, we have studied on electric field dependence of tree shape in LDPE about treeing phenomena occurring on the high electrical field. Second, the measurement method is the attenuation quantity of irradiation by smoke accumulating with in a closed chamber due to non-flaming heat decomposition and flaming combustion. A main cause of fire-growth and generating toxic gas when, it bums, should be dealt with great care in life. safety design. The fire gases were occurred carbon monoxide and decomposition than in polyolefin due to incomplete combustion of PVC, which has high content of carbon in chemical compound.
