도시녹지의 기온 및 지온 완화효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Air Temperature and Ground Temperature Mitigation from Several Arrangements of Urban Green)

  • To study the temperature mitigation effects from urban green, several arrangements of green spaces were selected and air/ground temperatures were measured in Chongju city area. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 1. It was found that the natural ground materials effect more affirmatively on the air and ground temperature than artificial ones do. The best results were recorded from the grass surface presenting highest mitigation effect and lowest daily temperature deviation. 2. Temperature mitigation effects of Tree-Shade on ground are different from season, ground material, and crown-size. Them most effects were found in interlocking block, the least in grass surface among recorded 2 seasons and 3 materials. In case of air temperature, the effects were more or less decreased in most cases. 3. From the survey, it was confirmed that the smaller urban greens can do its role of temperature mitigation as larger ones does. In case of this study, the effect was recorded about 2.3$^{\circ}C$.

  • 종래의 케도회로를 사용하지 않는 무선통신기반의 이동폐색방식 열차제어시스템에서는, 궤도회로에 의한 폐색구간를 기반으로 하는 종래의 연동제어논리를 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 된다. 이와 같이 궤도회로를 사용하지 않고 역구내에서의 진로제어를 수행하기 위한 연동논리를 구축하기 위하여, 역구내에서, 장내 및 불발과 분기기 구간 위치에서 가상 섹션을 두어서 열차의 진입 유무를 고정폐색방식으로 치환하고, 진로관리와 연쇄, 선로전환기 제어와 쇄정, 신호제어등의 연동논리를 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다.

  • In this study, we propose a shared storage system which is more efficient policy than MIS(Mixed Intermediate Storage) policy for relatively rare storage system and can be called CIS(Common Intermediate Storage) policy. Using this strategy, we develop a new completion time algorithm and apply it to two kinds of optimal or near optimal scheduling method; combinatorial search and simulated annealing method. We also extend this strategy to other storage policy, for example MIS policy, with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) logic and on/off action of electronic valves. It thus can be accepted as a basic form of FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) for operating various storage policies. Finally we suggest the interlocking block to compansate for the shortcoming of CIS policy, i.e, complication of operation and safety, resulting in a basic batch process automation mode.

  • 현재 우리사회에서 보 차도용 콘크리트 블록은 흔하게 볼 수 있는 토목 자재중 하나이다. 보 차도용 블록의 패턴은 흔히 2가지에서 5가지 색상을 배치하며 미적 효과를 위하여 디자인된다. 그러나 바닥에 적용되는 보 차도용 블록은 색상 배치를 통한 조경미 창출 외에도 패턴디자인을 통해 방향을 제시하거나 홍보성, 경고성 등의 문구를 담을 수 있고 그 시각적 효과가 뛰어나 기능적인 면에 대한 관심도 커져 가고 있다. 또한 특정한 장소를 필요로 하지 않고 한번 설치되면 외부요인에 의해 디자인이 변하지 않는 특성에 따라 그 효과가 경제적이며 적용성이 뛰어나다. 이러한 패턴디자인을 통한 효과를 분석하여 국내패턴디자인의 개선 방향을 모색하고 더 나은 부가가치를 창출하고자 한다.

일본 호텔건축에 나타난 공용부문의 공간 구성적 특성에 관한 연구 - 동경도내 특급도시호텔을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Characteristics for the Public Area in Hotels, Japan - Focused on First Class City Hotels in Tokyo -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic information and guide line for designing hotels located in metropolis by analyzing the spatial configuration of public area. As the sample of analysis, ten hotels are selected in Tokyo area, which were constructed during 1970 to 1990; the period was characterized by booming hotel constructions. The findings of the above analytical survey might be summarized as follows. First of all, it was found that all hotels constructed during the above mentioned periods could be classified into two categories according to their block type such as interlocking form and form within form types. It also observed the six hotels out of then had adopted form within form, beside, the left four hotels were constructed along the interlocking form type. Secondly, as regard to the functional space configuration of the public area, it was found that, in case of eight hotels, the upper part of the building which allocated as residential quarter are configured as linear type. As regard the lower part, however, it was found that different types are adopted. For instance, five hotels had adopted con-course types for the lower level that is spared for the public/service area. Beside, it was also found that, out of above five hotels, three hotels took form within type and the other two adopted compromising type. Thirdly, as regard to the composition of public area, it was found that, the quarters are allocated as follows, such as 34.11 percent for public, 28.99 percent for sales and 33.07 percent for service quarter.

단지내 도로포장별 생애주기 비용 분석(LCCA) 사례 연구 (A Case Study of Life Cycle Cost Analysis on Pavements in Apartment Complex)

  • 최근, 공동주택 단지내 투수성 포장 및 블록포장 등과 같은 포장이 많이 시공되고 있으나 품질관리와 공용성 평가에 관한 기준이 미비하여 하자 교체 및 교체주기 시기 결정 등에 어려움이 많은 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 공동주택에 많이 적용되고 있는 투수성포장 및 블록 포장의 합리적 선정기준을 제안하기 위해 교체주기, 초기 공사비, 유지교체비용 등을 고려한 포장공법별 생애주기 비용 분석(LCCA)을 실시하였다. 생애주기비용 분석결과는 교체주기 20년이상인 인터록킹 콘크리트 블록포장이 최적의 대안이지만, 보도 포장의 교체기준 10년을 기준으로 하였을 경우 최적의 대안은 일반적인 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장임을 알 수가 있다. 따라서, 교체주기가 대안의 선정 및 생애주기비용 분석에 많은 영향을 미치므로 향후, 교체주기의 객관적인 정량화에 필수적인 공용성 지수 개발이 필요하다.

순환골재 혼합비율에 따른 인터로킹 블록의 물리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Properties of Interlocking Block with the Contents of the Recycled Aggregate)

  • 순환골재는 건설폐기물을 재활용함으로써 자원절약 및 대체자원의 개발과 환경보호의 측면에서 국가 사회적으로 많은 이점을 가지고 있다. 하지만 낮은 밀도와 높은 흡수율을 가지는 저품질 순환골재는 구조용 콘크리트 골재로 사용되지 못하고 주로 저부가가치로 사용되고 있다. 따라서, 이를 위하여 폐콘크리트 파 분쇄 후 발생되는 순환골재의 재료적 특성을 규명하기 위하여 물리적인 주요성질인 시멘트함유량, 절대건조밀도, 흡수율, 등을 검토하고, 2차 제품 생산을 위한 배합설계(안)을 도출하여 이를 적용한 배합으로 생산된 시제품의 휨 강도, 흡수율, 동결 융해 후 휨 강도, 압축강도, 기건비중 등에 대한 성능평가를 실시하여 품질기준 GR규격과 비교 검토 하였다. 실헌결과 순환골재 대체율 50~90%로 증가함에 따라 GR F 4007의 성능기준 보다 우수한 품질로 나타났으며, 순환골재를 사용한 콘크리트 2차 제품의 제조 및 활용할 수 있는 소정의 물리적 특성을 확보함에 따라 각종 건설공사에서 다양하게 사용이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study examines for the processes of making a architectural significant issue of 20 cases form of Beijjng's hotel through analyzing the space composition from early the 1950's to 1992 in China. In the methods of analyzing process, We study the literatures, research reports and architectural drawings including the site survey. We hope to establish the principle in morphological characteristics and space composition of Beijing's high-rise hotels through analyzing the plan of these hotels. Finally, We find out the principles after researching. Firstly, Beijing's hotels in China faced on the being difficulties through the process of national development especially in political and economical conditions of country and peoples. Consequently, size of the Beijing's hotel developed with the fact that is complicated from that is single styles focused on the medium-sized one, modernizing popularity and the high-rise hotel buildings appeared plentifully and the form appeared with tall building putting first. Secondly, there are many immanent and interlocking styles in hotel's architectural block plans, many composition styles in big sized hotels, in opposition immanent styles in small sized ones and there are many trend of concourse style in medium sized hotels. To the layout of hotel's room inside of the linear styles are many in big and medium sized hotels.

저밀도 노선 적용을 위한 ATS 제어절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on ATS Control Procedure to adopt Low Density Line)

  • A study which is to develop the low-cost urban railway system for low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2 is in progress, and its TCS(Train Control System) is required as an economic system which is able to train operation suitable in low-density line. We have developed the signaling equipment which is configured with automatic block system between stations, and the control center's equipment in order to meet the requirements of TCS mentioned above. In this paper, we propose the control procedure of ATS to be required for train operation management in the low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2. The control procedure of ATS considered all features such as the requirements analysis for train operation management, the functions of train control system to be applied and the block type. Also, it considered the station(interlocking, passenger, turn-back) type, station control(stop, route, departure, turn-back departure, turn-back) type, and train operation management for exiting and entering depot. The ATS control procedure proposed in this paper has an advantage in the cost and efficiency through unification and optimization of its function. And in cost of operating and maintenance, the ATS system has a feature that can be significantly reduced.

폐유리를 골재로 사용한 불포화폴리에스테르 모르타르의 내산성에 관한 연구 (Acid Resistance of Unsaturated Polyester Mortar Using Crushed Wate Glass)

  • Recently, the importance of the conutermeasures for waste materials has pointed out. Waste glass is also one to waste materials used for the recycling in construction sites. The crushed waste glass has been used to make a glass polymer composite that can be applied for sewer, storm drain pipe and interlocking block, etc. In this study, the crushed waste glass is explored with the possibility of recycling it, as a substitute for fine aggregates. The prepose of this investigation is to improve the strengths and acid resistance of the UP mortars using crushed waste glass. The UP mortars are prepare with blast furnace slag fly ash filler. the UP-fine aggregate ratios the crushed waste glass replacements for fine aggregate are tested strengths before and after immersion(H (아래첨자2)SO(아래첨자4) 10%), weight change and acid resistance are also tested. From the test results, the relative strength or UP mortars using fly ash as filler are found to be somewhat superior to that of the UP mortars using blast furnace as filler, And a UP mortar with fly ash as a filler, a UP-fine aggregate ratio of 15% and a waste glass replacement if 50% for fine aggregate is recommended as optimal mix proportion of UP mortar using crushed waste glass. Accordingly, it is enough to assure the use of the crushed waare glass as an aggregate for the production of UP mortar.
