Corruption in public offices can lead to corruption in overall society. Moreover, it can also result in steady growth of social expense caused by distrust in direct public relations of civil society administration. In order to devise a more comprehensive measure against corruption, it is essential to evaluate internal organization. This study suggests a scheme for improvement on fire officers' inter integrity, researched by in-depth interview. According to the study, there are numerous conventional corporate cultures remaining in the organization which fire officers are mutually trying to create reasonable and democratic corporate cultures. Furthermore, it was found out that structural issues of the organization, such as guaranteed anonymity of corruption prevention system, closed budget, et cetera, are the mostly dissatisfactory factors other than individual matters of the organizational members.

The existence of Korean schools is one of the salient characteristics of Overseas Koreans. How do such schools for Korean immigrants' children try to construct Korean ethnic identity? Also, how is immigrant children's ethnic identity developed and reinforced by the education at those schools? This paper explores these questions based on an ethnographic research at a Korean school in Paris from September 2005 to December 2007. The cultural education for immigrant children at the Korean school has a tendency to emphasize the most exotic traits of Korean culture. And this emphasis on the unfamiliar elements of Korean culture doesn't seem to help to form the ethnic identity of Korean immigrants' children. Instead, the students appear to get the sense of being a member of Koreans more from the education outside of classroom such as scholastic events than in a classroom of a Korean school. That's because scholastic events allow them to play out some of the Korean culture in more inter-ethnic settings. Therefore, it can be concluded that ethnicity of immigrant children is rather developed in inter-ethnic social contexts than born with or taught in class.

Based on network agenda-setting theory, this study attempted to analyze media reports about suicide from 2000 to 2020 in order to find solutions for suicide problem in the Korean society. Results showed that top 10 key words in media were suicide, death leap, death, attempt, supposition, discovery, men, pessimism. Those key words were appeared similarly and contunually in the media. In addition, both newspapers and broadcastings had similar reports trend, so it is plausible to consider inter-media agenda setting relations between newspapers and broadcasings.

Purpose - This study was to establish a unified tourism management class for university students based on Gangwon-do. Community based learning(CBL) was applied to provide a tangible and intangible resource of tourism resources the theoretical approaches and the actual experiences of the community. Design/methodology/approach - In order to design a unified tourism management module, this study applied qualitative research and quantitative research methods to collect information on the direction of the module. the study conducted in-depth interviews and then an online survey. Findings - According to the results of the study, the main parts should include necessity of unification, inter-Korean tourism, inter-Korean cooperation, inter-Korean economy, and international relations. Research implications or Originality - The overall composition of the unification tourism management class should be designed as the unification tourism management theory to acquire the subject knowledge, the field trip to the border area for experiential learning, and the assignment of the field study task to understand the community.

The investment agreement prepared at the beginning of inter-Korean economic cooperation in 2000 can be evaluated as very ineffective as a product of mutual political and diplomatic compromise rather than an effective protection for our investment assets. South Korean companies suffered a lot of losses due to the freezing of assets in the Geumgang mountain district and the closure of the Kaeseung Industrial Complex, but they did not receive practical damage relief due to institutional vulnerabilities. Currently, North Korea is under international economic sanctions of the UN Security Council, so it is true that the resumption of inter-Korean economic cooperation is far away, but North Korea's human resources and geographical location are still attractive investment destinations for us. Therefore, if strained relations between the two Koreas recover in the future and international economic sanctions on North Korea are eased, Korean companies' investment in North Korea will resume. However, the previous inter-Korean investment agreement system was a fictional systemthat was ineffective. Therefore, if these safety devices are not reorganized when economic cooperation resumes, unfair damage to Korean companies will be repeated again. The core of the improved investment guarantee system is not a bilateral system between the two Koreas, but the establishment of a multilateral system through North Korea's inclusion in the international economy. Specifically, it includes encouraging North Korea to join international agreements for the execution of arbitration decisions, securing subrogation rights through membership of international insurance groups such as MIGA, creating matching funds by international financial organizations. Through this new approach, it will be possible to improve the safety of Korean companies' investment in North Korea, and ultimately, it will be necessary to lay the foundation for mutual development through economic cooperation between the two Koreas.

Health is an important topic of 21st century and its meaning has been changed in the direction of more inclusive and diverse way. The meaning of health became 'Community Property' to find in the social relations, and true health is considered to be made when forming 'sense of self' through their role in social relations. The community is the basic mechanism that builds social relationship, therefore it is an essential element to realize the health of modern society. In the modern concept of community, imaginal link is considered more important than physical spatial boundaries, and there is a tendency to depend more on the inter-relationship within it. This is based on the concept of health and community that formed in the changed paradigm, this study covers the concept of health community through a new approach.

This study examined the influence of academic self-efficacy of Faculty-student inter action and peer relations. The subject were collected from 289 dental hygiene students J region, three colleges of between November 5, December 30, in 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Faculty-student interact ion was correlated with peer relations(r=.434) and had a positively correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=.282) with improved of major satisfaction and higher academic performance, a much more vigorous active faculty-student interaction and peer relations of level of academic self-efficacy. The results reveals to develop program co-relationship in order to improve academic self-efficacy.

In this paper, we propose a new object representation method and matching algorithm for object recognition using a 3-fingered robot hand. Each finger tip can measure normal vector and shapes of a contacting surface. Object is represented by the inter-surface description table where the features of a surface are described in the diagonal and the relations between two surfaces are in the upper diagonal. Based on this table, a fast and the efficient matching algorithm has been proposed. This algorithm can be applied to natural quadric objects.

It has been known that transport characteristics of ions are very complicated in CEDI system due to the inter-relations between ion exchange media and solution. Thus, this study sought to determine the ionic mobility of cobalt ion through cation exchange textile under electroregeneration and consequently verify the transport mechanisms of cobalt ion in a CEDI system.(omitted)
