The current study deals with the possible interplay between superconductivity and spin density wave in two band model high temperature iron based superconductor (FeBSC) Ba1-xNaxFe2As2. The electron and hole bands in the presence of the inter-band interaction between the two bands is becoming a vital issue to deal with the high temperature physics of the iron-based superconductors. In this research work, a model Hamiltonian appropriate for the system under consideration has been developed and the temperature dependent Green's function technique has been employed to get the solution for the equations of motion constructed for the two band model high temperature FeBSC Ba1-xNaxFe2As2. By making use of the decoupling procedure, the equations of motion for the dependence of superconducting transition temperature (TC) on spin density wave(SDW) order parameter (ΔSDW) in the electron intra-band (Δsc(e)) , hole intra-band (Δsc(h)) and inter-band (Δsc(eh)) for Ba1-xNaxFe2As2 have been obtained. We have also obtained the expression for the dependence of spin density wave transition temperature(TSDW) on ΔSDW for Ba1-xNaxFe2As2. Using some plausible approximations and appropriate experimental values for the parameters in the obtained equations of motion, phase diagrams of TC versus Δsc(e), Δsc(h) and Δsc(eh) are plotted. Furthermore, a phase diagram of TSDW versus ΔSDW is plotted for the material under consideration. Finally, using the above mentioned phase diagrams, the interplay between superconductivity and spin density wave in the two band model high temperature FeBSC Ba1-xNaxFe2As2 has been demonstrated to be a very distinct possibility. The agreement of the current finding with the experimental observations is quite commendable.

The grain morphology, the changes in morphology and Jc with the thermo-mechanical treatment (TMT) history, the field dependence of Jc and the nature of intergranular bonding were studied in $T_{10.8}$$Pb_{.2}$$Bi_{0.2}$$Sr_{1.8}$$Ba_{0.2}$$Ca_{2.2}$$Cu_{3}$$O_{z}$/Ag tapes. As a result, incorporation of intermediate rolling during the final heat-treatment resulted in of plate-like TI-1223 grains, and thus enhanced Jc. Jc's near 2.5$\times$104 A/cm2 at 77 K and 0 T were obtained in just rolled tapes with an excellent reproducibility. The high Jc's seem to grain-connectivity easy recovery of excellent grain-connectivity during final heat-treatment after inter -mediate rolling, probably due to retarded T1 evaporation and excessive Ca content in the present composition. The strong field dependence of Jc even in low fields, however, indicated that there still existed significant weak-links and the degree of directional grain-alignment was far from the desired one. The intergranular binding in the tapes seemed to be mainly dominated by SIS junctions.

Dependence of the thermal stability of nickel silicide on the film stress of inter layer dielectric (ILD) layer has been investigated in this study and silicon nitride $(Si_3N_4)$ layer is used as an ILD layer. Nickel silicide was formed with a one-step rapid thermal process at $500^{\circ}C$ for 30 sec. $2000{\AA}$ thick $Si_3N_4$ layer was deposited using plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition after the formation of Ni silicide and its stress was split from compressive stress to tensile stress by controlling the power of power sources. Stress level of each stress type was also split for thorough analysis. It is found that the thermal stability of nickel silicide strongly depends on the stress type as well as the stress level induced by the $Si_3N_4$ layer. In the case of high compressive stress, silicide agglomeration and its phase transformation from the low-resistivity nickel mono-silicide to the high-resistivity nickel di-silicide are retarded, and hence the thermal stability is obviously improved a lot. However, in the case of high tensile stress, the thermal stability shows the worst case among the stressed cases.

Magnetic hysteresis in Ni nanowire arrays grown by electrodeposition inside the pores of anodic alumina templates is studied as a function of temperature in the range between 5 K and 300 K. Nanowires with different diameters, aspect ratios, inter-wire distance in the array and surface condition (smooth and rough) are synthesized. These microstructure parameters are linked to the different free magnetic energy contributions determining coercivity and the controlling magnetization reversal mechanisms. Coercivity increases with temperature in arrays of nanowires with rough surfaces and small diameters -33 nm and 65 nm- when measured without removing the alumina template and/or the Al substrate. For thicker wires -200 nm in diameter and relatively smooth surfaces- measured without the Al substrate, coercivity decreases as temperature rises. These temperature dependences of magnetic hysteresis are described in terms of an effective magnetic anisotropy $K_a$, resulting from the interplay of magnetocrystalline, magnetoelastic and shape anisotropies, together with the magnetostatic interaction energy density between nanowires in the array. The experimentally determined coercive fields are compared with results of micromagnetic calculations, performed considering the magnetization reversal mode acting in each studied array and microstructure parameters. A method is proposed to roughly estimate the value of $K_a$ experimentally, from the hysteresis loops measured at different temperatures. These measured values are in agreement with theoretical calculations. The observed temperature dependence of coercivity does not arise from an intrinsic property of pure Ni but from the nanowires surface roughness and the way the array is measured, with or without the alumina template and/or the aluminum support.

The study examines the present condition and prospects of venture firm accumulation center in the case of kwan-ak venture town. The survey shows most of companies have been founded since 1997. Their major items are software development and the average employees are under 10 workers. According to the questionary about the type of R&D and the level of innovation, technology innovation such as the development of new product is advanced whereas tacit innovation like inter-firm cooperation is very weak. And the source of idea and information is concentrated on the within-firms and research center As a result of the analysis of regional linkage, the dependence of production and R & D is large on kwan-ak-gu, but sales and information services have emphasis on Seoul area. In the light of the affiliation of inter-firm, they response sympathy with cooperation, but could not strengthen their commercial ties yet. At last, the policy for venture firm accumulation center must intend to make tacit measures through inventing of system instead of the simple means such as the assistance of location, finance and tax.
The effect of oxidation and hot corrosion on the solid particle erosion was investigated for hot-pressed silicon nitride using as-polished, pre-oxidized and pre-corroded specimens by molten sodium sulfates. Erosion tests were performed at 22, 500 and $900^{\circ}C$ using angular silicon carbide particles of mean diameter $100{\mu}m$. Experimental results show that solid particle erosion rate of silicon nitride increases with increasing temperature for as-polished or pre-oxidized specimens in consistent with the prediction of a theoretical model. Erosion rate of pre-oxidized specimens is lower than that of as-polished specimens at $22^{\circ}C$, but it is higher at $900^{\circ}C$. Lower erosion rate at $22^{\circ}C$ in the pre-oxidized specimens is attributed due to the blunting of surface flaws, and the higher erosion rate at $900^{\circ}C$ is due to brittle lateral cracking. Erosion rate of pre-corroded specimens decreases with increasing temperature. Less erosion at $900^{\circ}C$ than at $22^{\circ}C$ is associated with the liquid corrosion products sealing off pores at $900^{\circ}C$ and the absence of inter-granular crack propagation observed at $22^{\circ}C$.
The mechanical and thermal behaviors of polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites were studied using the continuum-based, micromechanical models such as Mori-Tanaka, Halpin-Tsai and shear lag. Mechanic-based model prediction provides a better understanding regarding the dependence of the nanocomposites' reinforcement efficiency on conventional filler structural parameters such as filler aspect ratio ($\alpha$), filler orientation (S), filler weight fraction (${\Psi}_f$), and filler/matrix stiffness ratio ($E_f/E_m$). For an intercalated and exfoliated nanocomposite, an effective, filler-based, micromechanical model that includes effective filler structural parameters, the number of platelets per stack (n) and the silicate inter-layer spacing ($d_{001}$), is proposed to describe the mesoscopic intercalated filler and the nanoscopic exfoliated filler. The proposed model nicely captures the experimental modulus behaviors for both intercalated and exfoliated nanocomposites. In addition, the model prediction of the heat distortion temperature is examined for nanocomposites with different filler aspect ratio. The predicted heat distortion temperature appears to be reasonable compared to the heat distortion temperature obtained by experimental tests. Based on both the experimental results and model prediction, the reinforcement efficiency and heat resistance of the polyamide-6/clay nanocomposites definitely depend on both conventional (${\alpha},\;S,\;{\Psi}_f,\;E_f/E_m$) and effective (n, $d_{001}$) filler structural parameters.

Anodic aluminum oxides (AAO) fabricated by the two-step anodizing process have attracted much attention for the fabrication of nano template because of pore structure with high aspect ratio, low cost process and ease of fabrication. AAOs are characterized by a homogeneous morphology of parallel pores that grow perpendicular to the template surface with a narrow distribution of diameter, length and inter-pores spacing, all of which can be easily controlled by suitably choosing of the anodizing parameters such as pH of the electrolyte, anodizing voltage and duration of anodizing. In this study, AAO templates were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). The dependence of the pore size change according to the amount of addition of phosphoric acid, which was used to remove the initial alumina oxide layer, was not observed.

A lightning strike to the aircraft seriously affects the aircraft and its components in various ways. As one of the most critical threats to the flight safety of an aircraft, fuel vapour ignition by lightning can occur through various means, notably through hot spot formation on the fuel tank skins. In this study, a coupled thermal-electrical approach using the commercial software ABAQUS is used to study the effects of a lightning strike on aircraft fuel tanks. This approach assumes that the electrical conductivity of a material depends on temperature, and that a temperature rise in a material due to Joule heat generation depends on electrical current. The inter-dependence of thermal and electrical properties-the thermal-electrical coupling-is analyzed by a coupled thermal-electrical analysis module. The analysis elucidates the effects of different material properties and thicknesses of tank skins and identifies the worst case of lightning zones.
The optical absorption and transmittance of cow' crystalline were measured by spectrophotometer in the 200~800nm wavelength regions. The optical absorptions of crystalline composed of a high absorption band in the UV-A, UV-B, and appeared the light transmittance edge in the 400nm wavelength region, and completely transmitted without the absorption in the high wavelength regions than 400nm. Also, the optical absorption and transmittance had no temperature dependence. The optical transmittance spectrum of crystalline concord with the thin film structure of $n_0/(0.5H)L(LH)^6(0.5H)/n_s$ and $n_0{\mid}(0.5LH0.5L)^kL/1.25{\mid}4.0$ of long-pass edge filter form. In the artificial crystalline and inter lens layout, long-pass edge filter layout can UV cut off.
