정보기술의 발달과 교통기술의 발달로 인해 현재 많은 정보화 시스템들이 등장하고 있다. 최근 GPS(Global Positioning System)의 보급과 위치정보의 중요성 이 대두되면서 위치 정보기반 서비스(LBS, Location Based Service)의 개발이 눈에 띄게 두드러지고 있다. 그러나 사용자 위치 정보 획득 기술이 발달함에 따라 한편으로는 사용자의 위치정보가 악용되어 사생활 침해와 같은 문제점도 나타나고 있다［1］. 본 논문은 사용자의 위치정보를 기반으로 이동경로 혹은 궤적을 패턴으로 분류하고 일반적인 사용자의 생활권역의 경로에 대해 학습을 실시하여 사용자의 위치정보를 개인의 처한 상황에 따라 전송하는 방식의 LBS 플랫폼을 제안하여 사생활 침해 문제에 대한 해결방법을 제시한다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 디지털 시대의 새로운 패러다임으로서 급격한 사회 문화의 변화에 대응하기 위해 도입될 수 밖에 없는 흐름이다. 현재 세계 각국의 기술 연구는 핵심 기술의 선점뿐만 아니라 보다 지능화, 고도화된 상황인지 서비스 제공을 위한 기술 개발에 집중되고 있으며, 최근에는 온톨로지를 이용한 지능형 프로비저닝 시스템을 구현하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 현재까지의 프로비저닝 기술 시스템은 사용자의 적합한 상황을 인식한 뒤 서비스를 제공하는 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해주지는 못하고 있다. 따라서, 사용자에게 필요한 환경과 상황이 고려된 지능형 상황인지 프로비저닝 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 요구에 최적화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 사용자의 상황과 사용 패턴을 고려한 온톨로지 기반의 지능형 프로비저닝 서비스 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자의 상황을 인식하고 그에 적합한 추천을 위해 이에 따른 추론 기술이 이루어지는 과정을 보여주고 있으며, 지능확장이 가능하도록 하였다.

In this study, we proposed the social map system prototype for intelligent crime prevention. For developing the social map system prototype, functional requirements were derived through the analysis of related cases and preceding studies. Derived requirements are providing a variety of map-based safety information, using crowdsourcing data such as SNS, connecting to intelligent CCTV. To satisfy these requirements, the prototype is developed with four main menus: the integrated search menu including social media data, the safety map menu providing a variety of safety and danger information, the community map menu to collect safety and danger information from users, and the CCTV menu providing the link to intelligent CCTV. The social map for intelligent crime prevention in this study is expected to greatly enhance the safety of local community with the provision of prompt response to risk information, safe route, etc. through actual service and user participation.

최근 홈 네트워크의 주요 서비스 중 하나인 멀티미디어 서비스를 위치인지 기술과 연계하여, 사용자의 위치에 따른 멀티미디어 서비스 이동을 지원하고, 사용자 단말의 특성에 따른 적용형 멀티미디어 서비스(Adaptive Multimedia Service)의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 에이전트를 이용하여, 단말에 적합한 서비스 이동을 제공하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 지능형 에이전트는 환경 내의 상황(Context)를 인지하고 각 상황을 추론하기 위하여 온톨로지(Ontology) 기반으로 설계 및 구현하였으며, 위치 정보를 이용하여 상황을 추론하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

There are lots of intelligent service robots in these days. People are unwilling to do routine works, dangerous works, and difficult works. But a robot can do these works instead of human. We introduce a intelligent service robot for unmanned store management. The robot can detect and recognize a person, deliver some goods, manage a store, and answer the telephone. We have developed the robot and tested the performance.

Recent telecommunication technology trends have made possible the concept of Intelligent Network, which is expected to lead to additional revenues for both telecommunication administers as well as business service customers. In this paper international Korea Telecommunication Network configuration with special services are described and introducing the Intelligent Network Services into the international Korea Telecommunication Network in a phased manner is studied considering of interworking between international and domestic Intelligent Network services.

The advanced information and communication technology gives vehicles another role of the third digital space, merging a physical space with a virtual space in a ubiquitous society. In the ubiquitous environment, the vehicle becomes a sensor node, which has a computing and communication capability in the digital space of wired and wireless network. An intelligent vehicle information system with a remote control and diagnosis is one of the future vehicle systems that we can expect in the ubiquitous environment. However, for the intelligent vehicle system, many issues such as vehicle mobility, in-vehicle communication, service platform and network convergence should be resolved. In this paper, an in-vehicle gateway is presented for an intelligent vehicle information system to make an access to heterogeneous networks. It gives an access to the server systems on the internet via CDMA-based hierarchical module architecture. Some experiments was made to find out how long it takes to communicate between a vehicle's intelligent information system and an external server in the various environment. The results show that the average response time amounts to 776ms at fixec place, 707ms at rural area and 910ms at urban area.

본 논문에서는 ITS(Intelligent Transport System) 서비스를 위한 기반시설로 대전광역시에서 도입한 DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) 시스템에 대하여 DSRC 시스템의 개요, DSRC프로토콜 및 DSRC시스템을 이용한 Mobile IP서비스 제공 방법에 대하여 제안하였다.

Intelligent human identification using face information has been the research hotspot ranging from Internet of Things (IoT) application, intelligent self-service bank, intelligent surveillance to public safety and intelligent access control. Since 2D face images are usually captured from a long distance in an unconstrained environment, to fully exploit this advantage and make human recognition appropriate for wider intelligent applications with higher security and convenience, the key difficulties here include gray scale change caused by illumination variance, occlusion caused by glasses, hair or scarf, self-occlusion and deformation caused by pose or expression variation. To conquer these, many solutions have been proposed. However, most of them only improve recognition performance under one influence factor, which still cannot meet the real face recognition scenario. In this paper we propose a multi-scale parallel convolutional neural network architecture to extract deep robust facial features with high discriminative ability. Abundant experiments are conducted on CMU-PIE, extended FERET and AR database. And the experiment results show that the proposed algorithm exhibits excellent discriminative ability compared with other existing algorithms.

본 연구는 요양보호사의 서비스평가에 관련된 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 나아가 퍼지ID3를 이용한 패턴분석을 통해 서비스 평가 수준을 결정하는 일정한 룰을 발견하여 요양보호서비스의 질을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 요양보호사 230명의 설문지를 분석한 결과, 요양보호사의 서비스평가에는 요양서비스를 제공하는데 필요한 지식 및 기술과 담당하고 있는 이용자의 정보파악이 통계적으로 유의미한 관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편, 퍼지 ID3를 이용한 패턴분석에 의하면 요양보호사의 지식 및 기술수준이 상대적으로 낮다고 하더라도 이용자정보 파악 수준이 높으면 서비스평가 수준이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에 의하면 요양보호사의 서비스평가에는 지식 및 기술 보다 이용자정보 파악이 보다 중요한 변인이라는 사실이 시사되었다.
