목적 : 감각통합중재를 하는 초임 치료사를 대상으로 감각통합중재 역량의 중요도, 수행도, 교육 요구도를 조사 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 3년 이하의 감각통합 중재 경험이 있는 치료사 174명을 대상으로 일반적 특성과 감각통합중재 역량의 중요도, 수행도, 교육 요구도를 조사하였다. 교육요구도와 순위를 규명하기 위해 Borich 교육요구도 분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 초임 치료사가 가장 중요하게 인식하면서 수행수준을 가장 낮게 인식하는 역량군은 '전문성'이었으며, 응답한 교육요구도와 Borich 분석에서도 '전문성'역량군의 요구도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하위역량 모두에서 중요도와 수행도의 차이가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났으며, Borich 분석에서 '전문성' 역량군 내의 하위영역 중 '평가기술'(5.56), '분석기술'(5.50), '작업치료 일반지식'(5.47)로 교육요구도의 순위가 도출되었다. 결론 : 감각통합중재를 사용하는 초임치료사는 전문성 역량군을 가장 중요하게 인식하면서도 자신의 수행수준이 낮다고 인식하였고, 해당 교육을 가장 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 초임치료사의 교육 요구도를 반영한 역량 강화를 위한 교육의 방향 설정하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

This research intends to investigate the progress made in East Asian bond market integration thus far. Price-based measures (AAD indicator and beta-convergence measure), quantity-based measures and econometric techniques (co-integration test, error correction model based Granger causality test) are employed in the analysis. Even though East Asian government bond markets have become more integrated since 2001, the differentials among the markets still remain significantly high. The bond market integration process seems slow. The convergence of bond markets sped up in 2003 and after the 2008 world financial crisis, implying the important role of government policies in integrating the regional bond markets. East Asian bond market integration may need more government-directed measures.

Having the ability to keep on yielding stable solutions in problems involving high potential of instability, composite time integration methods have become very popular among scientists. These methods try to split a time step into multiple sub-steps so that each sub-step can be solved using different time integration methods with different behaviors. This paper proposes a new composite time integration in which a time step is divided into two sub-steps; the first sub-step is solved using the well-known Newmark method and the second sub-step is solved using Simpson's Rule of integration. An unconditional stability region is determined for the constant parameters to be chosen from. Also accuracy analysis is perform on the proposed method and proved that minor period elongation as well as a reasonable amount of numerical dissipation is produced in the responses obtained by the proposed method. Finally, in order to provide a practical assessment of the method, several benchmark problems are solved using the proposed method.

Effectively integrating information systems in mergers and acquisitions of large organizations can be critical to merger success. But the general literature on M&A focuses on the financial aspects of the acquisition process, rather than on the subsequent process of integration. This paper analyses the case of information systems integration in a merger of two Korean manufacturing organizations, and explores the factors influencing IS integration in M&A in Korea. To analysis this case and find factors affecting IS integration success, we use MIT'90s schema (framework) by Scott Morton that consists of 5 dimensions (strategy, processes, structure, individuals/roles, and technology). From the results of this case study, we found 13 factors and 14 propositions influencing IS integrations performance in M&A in Korean companies. This research helps the company to avoid mistakes and to manage IS integration in M&A. Also this study provides guide line for further researches.

In performing the dynamic analysis, the step size used in a step-by-step integration method might be much smaller than that required by the accuracy consideration in order to capture the rapid chances of dynamic loading or to eliminate the linearization errors. It was first found by Chen and Robinson that these difficulties might be overcome by integrating the equations of motion with respect to time once. A further study of this technique is conducted herein. This include the theoretical evaluation and comparison of the capability to capture the rapid changes of dynamic loading if using the constant average acceleration method and its integral form and the exploration of the superiority of the time integration to reduce the linearization error. In addition, its advantage in the solution of the impact problems or the wave propagation problems is also numerically demonstrated. It seems that this time integration technique can be applicable to all the currently available direct integration methods.

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relationships with regard to the effect of customer integration, which is a type of integration in the supply chain, and market orientation of supply chain on the resulting change in the supply chain and management performance. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on reducing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. The decreased flexibility and uncertainty of SCM had a positive effect on non-financial performance, which also had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance indirectly by decreasing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. Third, the effect of customer integration and uncertainty of SCM on the flexibility of SCM changed depending on the position in the supply chain; the effect was larger in the distribution group. The implications based on the analysis results are as follows: It is expected that the ability to deal with market changes in the overall supply chain is improved by laying the foundation for cooperation through establishing information infrastructure, including sharing information with trade partners and integrating systems, and implementing customer integration based on these achievements. It is also necessary to consider the business types and characteristics of individual companies in establishing information infrastructure.

본 연구는 노인의 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 죽음불안과 자아통합감의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역 노인 관련 시설에 거주하는 65세부터 94세까지의 노인 254명을 대상으로 2020년 9월 1일부터 같은 해 11월 30일까지 설문을 시행하였고, 측정도구로는 죽음불안 척도, 심리적 안녕감 척도, 자아통합감 척도를 사용하였고, Baron·Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개효과 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과는 첫째, 죽음불안이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 둘째, 적용한 결과, 죽음불안과 자아통합감 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감이 완전매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 연구 결과가 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 노인의 자아통합감 문제를 효과적이고 긍정적으로 다루기 위해서는 노인의 죽음불안과 함께 노인의 심리적 안녕감 역시 간과하지 않아야 한다는 것을 밝혔다.

Waste heat recovery process designs and performance analyses are conducted on the IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plants integrated with two different coal gasification and gas cleanup processes by Shell and GE/Texaco. Through the analysis results, the present study provides the steam integration concept between the HRSG and the chemical processes of IGCC power plant, and investigates the effect of steam integration on the power generation of IGCC power plant. The present simulation results show less steam power output and higher overall IGCC efficiency of the Shell-based power plant than the GE/Texaco.

This paper presents a new method for finding the Block Pulse series coefficients, deriving the Block Pulse integration operational matrices and generalizing the integration operational matrices which are necessary for the control fields using the Block Pulse functions. In order to apply the Block Pulse function technique to the problems of state estimation or parameter identification more efficiently, it is necessary to find the more exact value of the Block Pulse series coefficients and integral operational matrices. This paper presents the method for improving the accuracy of the Block Pulse series coefficients and derives generalized integration operational matrix and applied the matrix to the analysis of linear time-invariant system.

As a community of practice (CoP) is known to facilitate team learning, it is increasingly important to understand the mechanisms of CoP, thereby enabling organizations to fully utilize it and optimize its benefits. To explain how CoP improves organizational performance, we focus on its effects on social capital and knowledge management activities, and propose a research model suggesting that shared goals and trust in CoP improve its performance through knowledge integration. Our analysis uses structural equation modeling, with field data collected from 372 members of 46 CoPs in three companies; the analysis validates our research model. Our findings also suggest that CoP diversity can strengthen the link between knowledge integration and CoP performance.
