정보활용능력에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Variables Affecting the Information Literacy)

  • 본 연구는 수강생의 정보활용능력에 영향을 미치는 요인과 정보활용교육의 교육효과를 분석해보고 그 결과를 바탕으로 향후의 정보활용교육 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 함에 목적을 두었다. 정보활용교육 수강 전후의 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관관련지식. 도서관이용빈도 및 정보활용능력의 평균값 차이를 비교하였다. 정보활용교육 수강생의 사전교육경험과 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관이용지식 및 자료이용빈도가 정보활용능력에 미치는 영향 및 수강생의 수업만족도와 수강 후 견해와의 영향관계를 살펴본 가설 모두 채택되었다. 대학생들의 정보활용능력 향상을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심도 있는 교육 프로그램이 절실히 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

학업흥미도 향상을 위한 패션전공교육 프로그램 (The education program majored in fashion for improving interest in schoolwork)

  • This study was conducted by the questionnaires to 323 undergraduate students in fashion related departments. Questionnaires were designed to ask total 23 questions including possibility of halfway dropouts, establishment of goals, self-improvement, entrance motives, satisfaction ratings of academic subjects, job prospects and path planning, amelioration of ways to instruct, desires for the integrated lessons and intense academic courses, wishes of field project education carrying out tasks, desired lecturers, and others. Results in this research were summarized as follows. To begin with, it was appeared that respondents with possibility of halfway dropouts showed considerable percentage (25.4%) and the reasons left out were various including joining the army, the poor economic conditions in family, a major not corresponding with one's aptitude. Secondly, in the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself, there was the difference between people with possibility of halfway dropouts and people without that, and it was judged that the extent of establishing goals and improving oneself as good parameters could explain halfway omission. Thirdly, the ways to teach for getting classes interesting were to make instruction according to one's capabilities, to progress systematically, and to take lessons with specific goals. Fourth, many respondents answered to want the integrated lessons, intense academic courses, and field project education carrying out tasks. Fifth, an overwhelming majority of respondents hoped instructors with a outstanding ability in business. For improvement of the ways to instruct and the role of professors, it is suggested as follows. First, students are given intelligible lessons focused on fundamental subjects fitted to their levels and also need gradual intense academic courses classified by their way directions and interests. Second, creative and individualized teaching methods depending on the majors and levels are developed to help students have strong interest in schoolwork. Third, professors are constantly to learn practical techniques and skills related to industries in step with the education goals of college. Fourth, it is desirable to adopt instructors with practical business talents rather than theoretical capabilities.

중·고등학교 성교육 관련 교과의 교육내용 분석 -제7차 교육과정을 중심으로- (An Analysis of the Contents of Sex Education for Middle and High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer basic data on sex education for middle and high school students through content analysis of sex education subjects. The objects of this study were sex related subjects in the 7th grade curriculum and sex education guide books. The results were as follows: According to the results of analyzing sex education topics classified by grade, the 7th grade accounted for 35.2% of total topics, the 8th grade 2.9%, the 9th grade 2.9%, and the 10th grade 32.3%, the result of analyzing sex education topics classified by subject, showed 76.4% of total topics in sex education guide book, 29.4% were technique and domestic subjects, 20.5% were physical subjects, 17.6% were moral subjects, 8.8% were science subjects, 2.9% were society subjects. The domains which were chiefly concerned in sex education curricula for middle school students were "Human Development", "Relationship", and "Sexual Health". On the other hand, the domains which were mainly concerned with sex education curricula for high school students were "Relationship", "Sexual Behavior" and "Sexual Health". Most sex education subjects provided less instruction concerning "Personal Skills" and "Sexual Behavior" than other domains. The suggestion according to the results were as follows: It is desirable to teach sex education as an integrated subject. Especially, sex education should be a part of a comprehensive school health education program. Because this study focused on analyzing materials for teachers, further research is recommended to analyze sex education materials for students.

한국 병원 영양실의 환자 영양 교육 실행 현황에 관한 실태조사 (Assessment of the Dietary Consultation and Patient Education Practices in the Hospital Dietetics)

  • A total of 35 hospitals throughout Korea were surveyed for the assessment of the educational function of dietitians. The current situation and the depth of practices were diagnosed in such areas as: 1. The continuing education for the hospital dietitians 2. The characteristics of patient consultation performed by the hospital dietitians 3. Systems and methods of patient instruction practiced by the dietitians, and 4. Prospectives in establishing the nutrition education center for the in-and out-patients. The major findings are: 1. Approximately half of the hospital dietitians feel positive about the practicality of their college education for the job. Extremely small number of them are on any kind of continuing education program 2) The monthly average of only 20 patients at one hospital receive diet consultation or nutrition education service from dietitians. The 50% of the consultation cases is taken up by the patients with diabetes and various circulartory diseases followed by the tube feedings, liver and renal diseases with less frequencies 3) Not even a single hospital has an office for the diet consultation and nutrition education for the in-or out-patients. Very few hospital dietetics have educational aids and/or any feedback system to evaluate the effect of the consultation. Charting is not practiced by most dietitians leaving no record of their contributions to the patient care. 4) Although the necessity of the nutrition education center in the hospital is strong1y recognized among dietitians the progress has been blocked by such obstacles as the poor system in the hospital administration in general, short in funds, lack of preparation in the dietetics and the lack of recognition both by the hospital administration and by the dietitian themselves.

비행제어 컴퓨터의 Throughput 향상 및 Power-Interuption 대처 설계 (Throughput Improvement and Power-Interruption Consideration of Fly-By-Wire Flight Control Computer)

  • 초음속 전투기급 비행제어 컴퓨터(FLCC)의 성능향상을 위해 프로세서(CPU) 및 CPU 보드의 형상이 변경되었으며, 하드웨어형상 확정 단계에서 정확한 실시간 처리량 예측이 필요하였다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 처리량 예측을 위한 실험적 방법이 시도되었다. 기존 FLCC를 정상 동작시키며 한 Sampling Time 동안 CPU(SMJ320C40) Address Bus 데이터를 획득 및 디코드하여 메모리별 접근 및 분기 횟수를 측정하였다. 측정된 데이터를 통해, 신규 FLCC CPU(SMJ320C601) Demo Board를 제작하여 정확한 실시간 처리량 예측시험을 수행하였으며, 시험결과를 통해 CPU-Memory Architecture를 조기에 변경할 수 있었다. 특히 설계 변경에 따른 문제점들 중의 하나인 Power- Interruption에 대한 비행 안정성 저하여부를 판단하기 위하여 HILS (Hardware-In-the Loop Simulator)를 통한 비행검증시험이 수행되었다.

교수학습지원센터 실무자의 직무역량 탐색 (Exploring on the job competence of the staff in center for teaching and learning)

  • 본 논문은 대학의 교수학습지원센터에서 근무하고 있는 실무자에게 요구되는 직무역량이 무엇인가를 밝히고, 현업에 종사하고 있는 실무자들이 바라는 요구사항을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 실무자의 직무수행 역량 요인은 관련 문헌 검토를 통해 규명하였다. 이들 직무역량을 기초로 하여 대전 충남지역의 교수학습지원센터 실무자들을 대상으로 직무수행 역량 요구도를 조사하였다. 이 연구 결과에 의하면, 실무자에 요구되는 직무역량은 기초역량, 기획 분석역량, 프로젝트 운영관리역량, 평가역량 등으로 나타났다. 각각의 직무 역량에서 실무자가 지각하는 가장 높은 요인은 다음과 같다. 기초역량에서는 변화와 혁신의 태도 요인이 가장 높았으며, 기획 분석 역량에서는 수업분석 및 컨설팅, 운영관리역량에서는 인력관리 그리고 평가역량에서는 매체효과성평가 요인이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 교수학습지원센터의 활성화를 위해서는 교수학습지원센터 프로그램 운영을 지원할 수 있는 전문가 풀을 구성하고, 교수학습지원센터 실무자의 전문성 향상을 위한 역량 교육 프로그램을 기획하고 지원할 필요가 있다.

앱인벤터를 활용한 STEAM 프로그램 개발 -초등학교 과학의 '속력' 개념을 중심으로- (Development of STEAM Program using App Inventor -Focusing on the Concept of Speed in Elementary Science Education-)

  • 우리는 지식정보화사회라고 일컬어지는 현대사회를 살아가고 있다. 급변하고 있는 미래사회를 준비하기위해 국가적 사회적으로 창의성이 높은 인재양성을 요구하고 있으며, 이에 따라 학교와 가정에서도 창의성과 문제해결력을 기르기 위한 노력과 관심을 기울이고 있다. 특히, 교육현장에서는 '글로벌 창의 인재'육성 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위하여 STEAM교육과 소프트웨어 교육을 도입하여 추진하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어교육을 위한 프로그래밍 언어로 언급되고 있는 비주얼 프로그래밍 언어 중 MIT에서 개발한 앱인벤터(App Inventor)를 활용하여 STEAM 교육에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 전문가집단 평가를 통해 검증 및 평가를 실시하였다. 평가결과는 수정 및 보완하여 앱인벤터를 활용한 STEAM 프로그램을 완성하였으며, 이를 토대로 실제적인 STEAM 교수학습 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 앱인벤터를 활용한 STEAM 프로그램을 개발하는 것이며, 이를 위하여 기존의 STEAM 프로그램이 갖는 한계점을 분석하고, 앱인벤터를 활용한 STEAM 프로그램을 개발하고 제시함으로써 이를 극복하고자 하였다. 아울러, 앱인벤터가 갖는 교육용 프로그래밍 언어로써의 특징과 활용방안을 살펴봄으로써 향후 소프트웨어 교육의 방향과 교수학습방안도 함께 제시하였다.

무정전 활선작업 피교육자를 위한 3차원 몰입형 가상환경 교육시스템의 개발 (3DImmersion Type Virtual Environment System : Training Interruption-free Live-Line Workers)

  • As an information-oriented society comes, many people use PC and depend on database that network server has. However, the online data can be missed when a blackout happens and also a power failure effects on standard of judgment on Power Quality. Thus, it is reason of a trend using interruption-free live-line work when a trouble happens to power system. However, the 83% among the number of people who receive an electric shock experience when a laborer is doing interruption-free live-line works. In interruption-free method, the education and the training problem has been issued. However, we have a few instructors for that training. Furthermore, the trainees have short training period, just 4 weeks. In this paper, to develope the method that has no restriction of a time and place and reduce the wasteful materials, immersion type virtual reality(or environment) technology is used. The users of a 3D immersion type VR training system can interact with the system by doing same action in the real safe environment. Thus, it can be valuable to apply this training system to a dangerous work like as "Interruption-free live-line work exchanging COS(Cut-Out-Switch)". In this program, the user works with a instruction on the window and speaker and can't work other tasks until each part of the task completed. The workers using this system can use their hands and viewpoint movement as he is in a real environment but the trainee can't use all parts and senses of a real body with the current VR technology. Despite of this weak point, when we consider the trends of improvement in electrical devices and communication technology, we can say that 3D graphic VR application has a high potentiality.

  • 21세기를 맞아 컴퓨터와 정보 통신 기술의 발달로 사회는 빠르게 변화하고 있으며, 기하급수적으로 증가하는 인터넷의 사용은 교수 학습의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 새로운 정보통신기술을 이용한 학교 교육 현장 및 교육방법의 변화는 불가피한 것이 되었다. 21세기의 지식정보사회에 주역으로 살아갈 학생들에게 최첨단 매체를 이용하여 폭발적으로 증가하는 정보를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 정보 소양 교육뿐만 아니라 활용 교육, 더 나아가 평생학습 사회 실현을 위한 정보화 조기 교육이 무엇보다 절실히 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ICT 활용 교육의 가장 중심에 있으면서 ICT 활용 교육을 주도해 나가는데 가장 앞장서야 할 초등학교 교사들의 ICT 활용 능력에 대해 좀 더 구체적으로 파악해 보고 ICT 활용 교육의 실태와 문제점을 알아봄으로써 ICT 활용 교육의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

Effects on the Use of Two Textbooks for Four Types of Classes in a South Korean University

  • This paper determined students' ranks of difficulty on the use of materials in terms of 1) understanding the layout of the learning materials, 2) reading comprehension of the learning materials, and 3) realization on relevance to needs of the learning materials. It also determined students' 4) rank and frequency of attitude on the materials. With the data gathered through 128 survey questionnaires, 7 focused group discussions, and 10 interviews, the results were found out that there was an inappropriate assessment procedure set by this particular university. The researcher concludes that: 1) design of four types of classes by just using the two textbooks with their respective workbooks is grammar-based with limited conversation activities; 2) placement for these students in one big class size was implemented without considering their common interest and motivation and language levels; and, 3) qualification of teachers teaching these EFL students did not support students' real needs and the language program itself. Content professors who were made to teach may have the ability to input learning, but their teaching styles may differ from the ones who are real English teachers. This paper then recommends that teachers and school administration should have an appropriate placement exam before students attend the class, especially in a big class size. There could only be a few problems among students in one big class size when students' level of competence is proportioned. With this, topics and conversation activities can even be more flexible with the maneuver of art of questioning, various dimensions of thinking, strategic competence, learning attitude or behavior, etc. to ensure sustenance of communicative mode and level of interest and motivation in the classroom. Grammar-based instruction can only be taught when a need arises. Thus, the course description of each class will be able to transact the objectives ready for developing students' communication competence. Moreover, proper measurement can be utilized to validly assess the amount of students' learning and the progress of language curriculum design in terms of materials selection and teaching approach.
