태양광 어레이 설치 위치 및 각도변경 전후의 태양광 발전 시스템의 출력 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on PV System Output Changes by PV Array Installation Position and Mount Angle Change)

  • In this paper, We have simulated the output variation of the PV arrays installation with position & angle change. The existing 3 solar array system are $43^{\circ}$ southeast and each of the mounting angle is $17^{\circ}$. The PV output power is 240 kW. The composite studied systems in this paper arrays altered 2 PV array among 3 PV array system- the output 144kW. We simulated this system using Solar Pro ver.4.1. The simulation conditions are southwest $43^{\circ}/array$, mount angle $27^{\circ}/array$. Because the southeast have shadow effect-higher mountain The purpose of southwest $43^{\circ}$ is reduce the shadow effect. The simulation results of the suggestion design algorithm compared to 1,590 kWh/year output is increased with the southeast.

  • In this paper, we improved the light extraction efficiency by structural change of LEDs on conventional LEDs. We simulated the LEDs light emission as functions of LED side wall angle, various refractive indices the geometrical structures and analyzed the condition improved the light efficiency. We present the results of experimerns and simulations for light output power from LEDs for various refractive indices and the geometrical structures of the LED encapsulants. When the side wall angle range was from 40[$^{\circ}$] to 30[$^{\circ}$], the LED emission increased. LED side wall angle onto LED using the simulation system with a fine tuning of the structure of the LEDs side wall angle is fabricated. Additionally, we changed the side wall angle of LED package with spherical structure and flat structure. The result of spherical structure ray tracting is higher compared with flat structure about 14[%].

가솔린엔진 인젝터의 벽류 및 분무특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Wall-Wetting Formation and Spray Characteristics of Gasoline Engine Injector)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차용 가솔린엔진에 장착되는 인젝터의 연료공급 특성을 실험적으로 분석하였다. 4홀과 12홀 인젝터의 장착각 변화와 포트 마스킹의 형상변화에 따른 벽유량을 측정하고 분석하였다. 분무가시화 실험을 통하여 분무성장과정과 분사각, 연료미립화 및 분무도달거리를 분석하였다. 벽류측정 실험 결과, 벽유량은 흡기유동과 인젝터 장착각에 큰 영향을 받으며, 인젝터 장착각이 감소할수록 벽유량은 감소하였다. 마스킹의 경우 유동 면적이 감소하여 국소 유속이 증가할때 벽유량 감소에 효과를 보였다. 분무 가시화를 통하여 12홀 인젝터가 압력 변화에 대한 미립화의 강건성 측면에서 우수한 분무특성을 보였다.

  • The LED lighting used spot-light illuminate the limited surface. So it is a key-point to condense wide emission angle of high power light emitting diodes (LEDs) to narrow that angle. In this paper, the secondary optics was designed by lens-makers formula for concentration rays of LED into specific region. So, it simulated the optics that designed by lens makers-formula in the optical design program, LightTools. And then, show the p propriety of lens design utilizing simulation result, luminous intensity, emission angle.

  • In order for effective operation of existing power systems, introduction of the so-called FACTS(Flexible AC Transmission System) such as SVC and UPFC etc, is unavoidable. The UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) is composed of STATCOM(Static Compensator) and SSSC(Static Synchronous Series Compensator), and is used to control the magnitude and phase angle of injected sources which are connected bothin series and in parallel with the transmission line to control the power flow and bus voltages. This paper presents a UPFC simulation on RTDS. The voltage and phase angle of a system have been analyzed by regulating the firing angle inside the UPFC.

  • This paper presents a synchronous reluctance motor drive for maximum torque to current (MTC) considering magnetic saturation. Measured d-axis and q-axis inductances are used to obtain current angle vs. maximum torque curve using torque equation. Maximum torque to current control is achieved by the current angle and stator current for maximum torque from the current angle vs. maximum torque curve at a given torque reference.

  • Distribution systems are operated in radial structure, but temporal loop structure could be founded the live load transfer. Main purposes of reconfiguration of distribution network are load balancing, loss minimization and voltage drop maintaining. In the loop structure, huge loop current can be flowed between two substations in case of large voltage angle difference. Protection devices of distribution line can be triped by this huge loop current. So, precise calculation of loop current is very important for secure switching. This paper proposes a novel calculation method of loop current using the voltage angle differences measured at the tie switches. Feasibility of the propose method has been verified by various case studies based on Matlab simulation.

PAC용 양흡입 시로코홴의 공력성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Aerodynamic Performance of Double Inlet Sirocco Fan for a Package Air Conditioner)

  • The aerodynamic performance of double inlet sirocco fan is strongly dependent upon the design factors of impeller and scroll. In this paper, the change of scroll size was adopted to investigate the aerodynamic performances of double inlet sirocco fan and indoor PAC. Especially, a scroll expansion angle and a cut-off clearance ratio were considered to change the scroll size. In addition, the installation depth between double inlet sirocco fan and indoor PAC was considered. As a result, the total pressure efficiency of double inlet sirocco fan shows about 62%~73% according to the change of scroll expansion angles. Moreover, the flowrate performance of indoor PAC is the best at the condition of a scroll expansion angle of 8°, an installation depth of 15 mm and a cut-off clearance ratio of 8%.

  • 전력계통을 효율적으로 운용하려면 관련량을 정확하고 신속히 계산하는 좋은 알고리즘이 필요하다. 최근 IEEE Transaction on Power System에 위상각 이동을 이용한 손실 최적화 알고리즘이 발표되었다. 동일한 손실최적화 문제를 본 논문에서는 Standard method of Lagrange Multiplier 기법을 적용하여 해석하였으며, 그 결과 저자들은 두 가지 방법이 수학적으로 동일함을 증명하였다.

IMFP 장착각도가 T-50 초음속 고도정보에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of an Installation Angle of IMFP sensors on Estimation of Altitude of T-50 Aircraft in the Transonic Region)

  • The flight control of the T-50 advanced trainer is conducted by the digital FBW (Flight-by-Wire) control system. The system input data consist of flight conditions such as altitude, airspeed, and angle of attack. And the flight conditions of the aircraft are obtained from IMFP (Integrated Multi-Function Probe). The T-50 aircraft equip three IMFP sensors. To ensure reliability in flight condition data obtained from each IMFP sensor, the mean value of flight conditions is used as the input of the control system. In this study, the effect of an installation angle of IMFP sensors on estimation of flight altitude was investigated by flight test results in the supersonic region.
