  • An organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell fibers with characteristics such as formability, low-cost and tailorability was developed by deposition of C60 and CuPc on fiber surface. In spite of some variation according to the temperature of ITO deposition, the maximum open circuit voltage of 0.39V was attained at $150^{\circ}C$(1000end). The resulting solar cell showed the performances Isc=0.482, Voc=0.320, FF=0.285 ${\eta}_{e}=0.044$% which are comparable to one of other types of solar cells in literature.

무기 필러가 첨가된 현무암섬유 강화 에폭시 복합재료의 난연 특성 (Flame Retardant Properties of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composite with Inorganic Fillers)

  • 무기필러가 첨가된 현무암섬유 강화 에폭시 복합재료를 제조하여 그 특성을 평가하였다. 첨가된 무기필러는 각각 수산화마그네슘, 수산화알루미늄, 알루미나, 베마이트이며 이를 첨가제로한 에폭시 수지를 현무암섬유에 핸드레이업으로 함침시킨 후 hot pressing하여 수지 함침량이 30 wt%인 섬유복합재료를 제조하였다. LOI 평가 결과 BFRP의 LOI (28.9)는 에폭시 수지 (21.4)에 비해 향상된 것을 확인하였으며 무기필러가 첨가될 경우 그보다 더욱 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 무기필러가 첨가된 복합재료는 무기필러가 첨가되지 않은 복합재료에 비해 콘칼로리미터 시험에서 PHRR, THR, TSR 등이 감소하여 무기필러 첨가에 따른 난연 특성 향상을 확인하였다.

  • Utilize several kinds of reinforcement fibers to control workability and surface crack in occasion of mortar used in dilapidated concrete section repair public law. Polypropylene or poly vinyl alcohol that is hydrophilic fiber etc. is used much usually with this reinforcement fiber. Reinforcement fiber does important action that control crack that enhances coherence between material and happens at dry contraction. In this study, wished to use Sepiorite that inorganic materials and affinity such as cement are excellent nature inorganic world fiber and improve repair mortar performance. In this study, as reinforcement fiber, wished to grasp physical characteristics that uses Sepioraiteu and happens this time and grasp application possibility of concrete's repair mortar.

  • In this study, flowability of the mortar added with length change and combination of steel and inorganic fiber has been tested to evaluate the performance of fiber-reinforced mortar. The following results could be made as the conclusion. Early age flow of the mortar has been decreased when fibers added. Slump also decreased with the adding of fibers. For the air content, comparing with Plain, all the specimens with fibers showed higher air content than Plain., Addition of every kinds fibers showed the similar EIS test results.

  • Recently, organic-inorganic nanocomposites have attracted great interest from researchers since they frequently exhibit unexpected hybrid properties synergistically derived from two components[1]. The addition of highly dispersed inorganic nano-sized fillers permits improvement of certain properties of polymers as compared with conventional particulate composites; increase of modulus and strength, improved barrier properties, increase in solvent and heat resistance, and good optical properties[2]. 반도체형 고분자를 이용한 태양전지섬유 (A solar Cell Fiber using Semi-conductive Polymers)

  • Organic semi-conductive materials have characteristics such as the advantages of easy formability, low-cost and diversity along with moderate semi-conductive properties. In this paper, we developed a flexible organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell fiber. First, we made a solar cell on the glass and attached the solar cell on the glass fiber similarly. In the latter case, thermal deposition method was employed in order to effectively apply ITO onto fiber surface. The amount of ITO was controlled by varying the temperature from 25, 150 to $300^{\circ}C$. Optimum result was obtained at $150^{\circ}C$ where maximize the deposition amount without significant decomposition of ITO. Despite of maximum open circuit voltage of 0.39V, the resulting current was quite unstable and weak, limiting realistic applications. It was, however, concluded that the flexible solar cell fiber developed showed a possibility of low-weight application from functional clothing for military to space suit mainly due to flexibility and thus wear ability.

  • In this study, Analyse about flowability for fiber-reinforud mortar has been focused. Organic and inorganic fibers with different length have been combinatiorly used. The results showed using combination length of the fibers decrease the flowability, comparing with plain, fracture styess has been increased, Results also showed when several kinds of fibers used together showed the highest fracture stress.

  • This study analyzed and compared the flowing and strength properties of mortar depending on the different fine aggregate replacement ratios and whether or not the mixing of PVA fiber was applied. blast furnace slag, red mud, and silica fume that are industrial by-products were used for the analysis. The findings showed that higher replacement level of fine aggregate increased air content while decreasing the table flow. In addition, in case of the compressive strength, Plain mortar and PVA fiber with the replacement ratios of 15% and 30%, respectively showed the greatest strength development.

  • Recently, the attention on high tensile, and high performance cementitious composite (HPFRCC) which can minimize the damage from explosion of inflammable gas and chemicals has been increased. In spite of outstanding tensile performance, HPFRCC has the drawbacks of fiber ball, undesirable cost, and high autogenous shrinkage. therefore, in this research, to develop the optimum HPFRCC, the fundamental properties and autogenous shrinkage of HPFRCC was analyzed depending on various combination and content of organic and inorganic fibers.
