본 우리나라는 전 세계 IT 생산량의 7%를 차지하는 IT 강국이지만 정보교육을 소홀이 다루고 있어 핵심 원천기술과 SW를 개발할 인력이 부족한 형편이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 열악한 교육체제를 개선하고 정보교육을 활성화하기 위한 "정보교육진흥법"의 제정 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 이 법에서 담아야할 내용으로 체계적이고 안정적인 정보교육의 활성화를 위한 국가와 지방자치단체의 "정보교육종합계획 수립"에 대한 책무, 정보교육의 활성화를 추진하기 위한 위원회 구성, 학교교육과 사회교육에서의 정보교육 활성화 방안, 정보활용능력인증제 도입 등에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문을 통해 도출되는 연구 결과는 침체되어 있는 우리나라의 정보교육을 활성화할 수 있는 "정보교육진흥법" 제정의 방향을 제시해 주는 지표가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Ad hoc network is a multi-hop wireless network formed with non-infrastructure. The fact that limited resource could support the network of robust, simple framework and energy conserving etc. In this paper, we propose a new ad hoc multicast routing protocol for based on the ontology scheme called inference network. Ontology knowledge-based is one of the structure of context-aware.

In recent Year were many devices and facilities developed and manufactured. For guarantee of the property of the devices and facilities needs Vibration protecting Technique and the Technique will be developed more and more. Magneto-Rheological damper is one of the nice devices for reducing of Vibration. In this paper magnetic properties of a MR-damper which is developed for reducing of vibration in display manufacture devices will be analysed at variation different air-gap length and current.

교원을 양성하는 교육대학에서의 예비교사들에게 어떻게 정보화 교육을 시켜야 될지는 중요한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이를 알아보기 위하여 교육대학의 특성과 교육과정을 살펴보았으며, 교육대학의 교육 정보화에 대한 실태도 분석하여 보았다. 그 결과 교육대학의 정보화 교육을 위한 몇 가지 발전 방향을 제시하였다.

전기사업의 자유화, 규제완화가 진행되는 가운데 분산 전원장비의 고 효율화, 저 가격화로 분산 전원의 도입이 급속하게 추진되고 있다. 하지만 분산형 전원이 다수 계통에 연계되었을 때, 전압, 주파수, 계통보호와 기존계통의 전력품질 등에 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고조파의 연계기준(IEEE Std 1547)으로 기존의 전력계통에 태양광발전을 연계시 발생되는 고조파를 평가하는 방법을 제시하였고 분석결과를 검토하였다.

We have studied the methods to connect homes with a digital network and apply home automation to education. We presented the possibility of integrated education where public education at school can be extended to home. The hardwares related with home automation are continuously in development. We have demonstrated the materials appropriate for the levels of individual students with home network information, and studied methods of education.

This study attempted to examine the phenomenon of information society in education by exploring pre-service teachers' use of technology. Pre-service teachers from the USA and Korea participated in the study. Surveys and interviews were conducted to collect the data. The NET and ISST which are the national educational technology standards for each country were used as survey instruments. Focused interviews were conducted with 10 participants after analyzing the data for collecting more information. Based on the study results, technology is not deeply infused into education yet and the degrees of technology infusion were different in two countries. The participating pre-service teachers were not quite confident in their abilities to integrate technology into their lessons.

Here the hydrogen passivation treatment has been adopted to enhance the performance of poly-Si crystallized by YAG laser annealing (LA poly-Si). We have investigated the effects of passivation time, passivation power and passivation temperature on the hall mobility of the LA poly-Si and analyzed the mechanism of the hydrogen passivation preliminary. It has been found that the quality of the poly-Si annealed by YAG laser could be improved after proper hydrogen plasma treatment.
