The software complexity model makes an estimated of the product software. For a practice of software managed, need to guideline of the static analysis. Especially, Software complexity model introduced for the estimation of software quantity. In case of measurement the software matrices, its need for us to analysis of software qualify and products. In this paper, we represent that the analysis of function point, control structure and interface, volume matrices in various aspect of switching software. Others, their results utilized similar of project and system development.

In this paper, we study the network structure that can guarantee the end-to-end quality of service in the Explicit multicast network. In order to guarantee the end-to-end quality of service, we adopt the end-to-end measurement based admission control (EMBAC) scheme. For the effective measurement of the network state and minimum influence on the current data traffic, the queue structure, which the drop precedence in assured forwarding (AF) Per hop behavior (PHB) of the differentiated service (Diffserv) is applied to, is proposed. Through a simulation, we show that EMBAC can make tile controlled load service in tile AF PHB applied Xcast network, and the qualify of the admitted traffic is guaranteed. In addition, the performance of the EMBAC is changing according to the selling parameter of AF PHB.

In this paper, we propose the color image enhancement method to improve the quality of color image without producing over-saturation and color contour artifacts. The proposed method has two manners, which one is the adaptive cumulative density function and the other is the luminance-based saturation extension. That is focused on a preference color processing in order to generate better image qualify than the algorithms focused on a uniform one for human vision.

In the modern age. Building is getting higher and larger according to owner and social demands. Now when we are facing the need of the cost down and the reduction of economic loss. In this paper, the characteristics of the present conditions of site management were investigated with the field survey. And The Purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of construction planning in site management. The method of site management. however depends on experience of a construction manager. in order to solve this situation, it is necessary to create a method of site management that is adequate for the condition of construction. By cultivating excellent sub contractors, we can expect precise construction with a few experts. improvement in qualify of construction from standardization, computerization of each process. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize site management work in Korea.

This study defined the notion of general idea on m-learning as based upon e-Learning and mobile internet related literature review and identified the m-Learning distinctive features. Also, this study has searched for factors that are expected to influence the use intended for m-Learning from self-regulated learning, which is acknowledged to be a useful method for learning accomplishment in education field, in order to measure the relationship between learners' motivation and use intention. Then it has empirically validated the conceptual model based on Davis' TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) As a result, self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents quality, time management, help seeking, and Peer study are factors affecting Perceived usefulness. Also self-efficacy, self-determination, interest, contents qualify, time management, and peer study are factors affecting perceived ease of use. Finally both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are significant factors affecting use intention.

This paper's goal that these study finding leads as digital contents industry discusses individual enterprise's success and failure as field of business in quickening period yet but domestic digital contents industry field will be roared and may can have competitive power by enterprises which wish to already started business or inaugurate an enterprise enter in field with successful beginning and direction and develop continuously.

우리나라에서도 정보통신부는 국가 및 공공기관의 전산망 품질수준을 제고하고 효율적인 정보시스템 구축을 지원하기 위해 공공부문 정보화사업에 대한 감리 제도의 활성화, 정보시스템 감리 자격제 도입, 민간 감리 기관의 육성 등을 주요 내용으로 하는 $\ulcorner$정보시스템 감리 제도 도입계획$\lrcorner$ 을 마련해 본격 시행에 들어가기로 했다. 정통부가 이번에 정보시스템 감리제도를 크게 강화하기로 한 것은 최근 들어 국가 및 공공기관을 중심으로 정보시스템 분야의 감리 수요가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있음에도 불구하고 한국전산원에 감리 업무가 집중되고 있어 공공부문의 감리 수요를 충족시키기 힘든 데다 국가정보화 사업에 대한 감리 제도의 도입 필요성이 점차 높아지고 있기 때문으로 풀이된다. 정통부는 감리제도를 활성화하기 위해 공공부문 정보시스템 감리를 정보화사업과 연계해 제도화한다는 방침을 세우고 공공부문 정보화사업에 대한 감리를 주관기관의 판단에 일임하되 정보화 추진위원회가 정한 국가적인 중요 사업에 대해선 감리를 의무화하기로 했다. 이에 대해 내. 외부 감사중 내부감사에 대해 그 내용을 파악해 보자는 데 그 목적이 있다.

본 논문은 국내 주요 취업 사이트에 대한 품질 현황을 연구하며, 각 사이트 별로 강점과 약점을 비교 분석하였다. 연구는 구인자 또는 구직자 설문을 통해 사용자 만족도를 측정하였다. 질문은 크게 정보 품질, 전달 품질, 환경품질의 세 가지 요인으로 구분되었으며, 각 요인은 세부 질문으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과 구인자와 구직자 모두 국내 취업 사이트의 정보 품질이 가장 중요하다고 생각하였다. 구직자에 비해 낮은 구인자의 만족도는 구인자를 위한 다양한 서비스 개발이 필요함을 나타내었다. 특히, 국내 취업정보시스템의 개인정보 보호에 대한 만족도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났으며 이에 따른 개선 방안이 요구되었다. 공공 취업 정보 시스템은사용. 환경 품질 측면에서 민간서비스에 준하는 개선이 필요하였다.

정보활용교육을 효과적으로 전개하기 위해서는 피교육자의 능력을 진단, 측정하고 교육목표의 도달 여부를 판단할 수 있는 검사도구가 필수적이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 초 중등 학생들의 정보활용능력을 종합적으로 측정할 수 있는 검사도구가 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중학생의 정보활용능력 측정을 위한 웹기반의 표준화된 검사도구를 개발하고, 검사도구의 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였다. 검사도구의 개발을 위해서 우선 정보활용능력의 구성요인을 추출하고, 길포드의 지능구조모형과 메이커의 학습능력 측정도구를 바탕으로 정보활용능력 검사도구의 프레임을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발한 검사도구는 웹 기반의 선다형 30문항으로 구성되어 있으며, 794명의 중학생들을 대상으로 검사를 시행하여 문항의 난이도, 신뢰도, 변별력 지수, 타당도 등을 분석하였다. 또한, 검사도구를 이용하여 학생들의 정보활용능력을 진단하고, 평가하기 위한 표준 점수를 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 연구되었던 u-헬스케어지원 분산 프레임워크에 기반을 두고 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스를 지원하기 위해 적응형 정보 공유 서비스를 제공하는 액티브 모델을 제안한다. 또한 이를 실시간 헬스케어 홈서비스에 적용하였다. 제안한 모델은 홈 네트워크의 물리적인 환경과 헬스케어를 위한 센서, 장치 그리고 기기들로부터 수집된 데이타 및 가공된 정보를 사용자의 상황에 따라 정보 서비스를 제공한다. 기 구축된 헬스케어 데이타베이스의 정보를 이용하며, 서로 다른 주기적인 특성을 해결하기 위해 TMO 스킴을 이용하여 액티브 모델을 구현하였다. 특히, 분산 객체그룹 프레임워크(Distributed Object Group Framework:DOGF)를 기반으로 u-헬스케어를 지원하기 위한 분산 프레임워크와 다양한 헬스케어 홈서비스 간에 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 상호작용에 중점을 두어 기술하였다. 끝으로 본 모델을 헬스케어 모니터링 서비스에 적용하여 수행 결과 및 성능 평가를 보였다.
