데이터품질관리 성숙도모델에 대한 연구 (A Study of Data Quality Management Maturity Model)

  • 오늘날 정보화 사회에서 경쟁하는 기업들에 있어서 데이터품질 저하는 기업경쟁력 하락과 새로운 비용창출이라는 부정적인 영향요인으로써 작용하고 있다. 이러한 데이터품질 저하의 문제를 해결하기 위해 데이터품질에 대한 많은 선행연구들이 진행되어 왔으며, 데이터품질의 측면 중 결과적 이고 현상적인 품질개념인 데이터 값의 품질과 데이터서비스의 품질에 대해 주로 연구되어 왔다. 이에 반해 본 연구에서는 원인적인 데이터품질 개념인 데이터의 구조적 품질을 메타데이터 관리의 관점에서 연구하였으며, 이를 통해 평가와 개선을 위한 관리의 관점이 적용된 데이터품질관리 성숙도모델을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 데이터품질관리 성숙도모델의 타당성 검증을 위해 데이터품질 관리단계가 성숙될수록 데이터품질수준이 높아지게 된다는 것을 실증적으로 검증하였다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰이 갖는 품질요인이 사용자 신뢰와 수용에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (Exploring the Influence of the Internet Shopping Mall's Quality Factors on User Trust and Acceptance)

  • As the electronic commerce has grown dramatically, visiting the Internet shopping malls is accepted as one of our daily life. Despite many studies about user acceptance of the Internet shopping malls, it still remains unanswered how the Internet shopping mall's three quality factors such as system qualify, Information qualify, and service quality affect user trust, and eventually user acceptance of the mall. To investigate this issue, we propose a research model in which six external factors such as three qualify factors as well as self-efficacy, subjective norm, and trust have a significant impact on user's attitude and intention to use the mall. After garnering 244 valid questionnaires from users, we analyze them with structural equation modeling. Experiment results show that the Internet shopping mall's three quality factors such as system quality, information qualify, and service quality significantly Influence user trust for the mall, which in turn impacts user's perceived usefulness, attitude toward using the mall. Another external factors such as self-efficacy and subjective norm also influence user's perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness respectively, affecting user's attitude altogether. Implications and further research directions are presented.

일식 레스토랑의 고객만족과 충성도에 대한 서비스 품질에 관한 연구 (A Study of Service Quality on Customers′ Satisfaction and Loyalty in Japanese Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this research is to study the effect of service qualify improvement strategy and its practices on firms' competitive advantage, and identify their influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. According to this purpose. this paper hypothesized that high service qualify will satisfy customers' needs and result in improved customers' loyalty. Thus, empirical study was conducted to identify the relationships among factors which were identified through literature review. Data were collected from the customers of 3 luxurious japanese restaurants in Seoul. The result of data analyses shows (1) Serve quality factors such as customer service, qualify of meal, location and facility, and types of restaurants make significant difference among three restaurants in terms of customers' perception about service quality; (2) There is statistically significant difference among three restaurants in terms of customers' satisfaction, but there is no significant difference among them in terms of customers' loyalty; and (3) Not only the result from analysis on japanese restaurants inside hotels but also that on the independent japanese restaurant in Kangnam area, shows that service quality factors have significant effect on both customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

웹 서비스 품질 모니터링을 제공하는 UDDI 중개자 시스템 (UDDI Broker System Supporting Web Services QoS Monitoring)

  • UDDI 서버는 웹 서비스를 등록하고 검색하는데 사용되는 레지스트리다. 그러나 일반적으로 UDDI 서버는 웹 서비스의 품질에 관한 정보를 제공해주지 않기 때문에 웹 서비스 사용자가 품질 좋은 웹 서비스를 선택하기 위해서는 웹 서비스의 품질에 대한 정보를 제공해주는 중개자와 웹 서비스의 품질을 모니터링하기 위한 측정 요소가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스의 품질을 모니터링하고 모니터링 결과를 웹기반으로 제공해주는 UDDI 중개자 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 UDDI 중개자 시스템은 웹 서비스의 품질 정보를 수치와 그래프로 보여줌으로써 사용자가 품질 좋은 웹 서비스를 선택할 수 있게 해준다. 우리 연구에서는 사용가능성, 성능, 그리고 안정성 측면의 품질을 모니터 링의 측정 요소로 삼았다.

IT자산 안전성과 정보보호 서비스가 정보보호 품질 및 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Approach to the Influence of IT Assets Security and Information Security Service on Information Security Qualify and Satisfaction)

  • In the era of the internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) Security and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security quality positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets Security and Information Security Service influence informations security qualify positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets Security and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 도서관 정보서비스 패러다임의 변화에 따른 새로운 서비스품질 평가 척도의 필요성을 이해하고, 디지털도서관에 적용할 수 있는 e-서비스품질 평가 차원과 모형을 개발하는 연구이다. 이론 연구를 통해 개발된 차원과 모형을 검정하기 위해 실제 NDSL 정보시스템을 적용하여 개발된 차원과 이를 구성하는 선행요인을 분석하였으며, 제안한 e-서비스품질 모형을 토대로 변인간의 인과적 관계를 분석하였다. 아울러 서비스품질에 대한 고객의 이상적 기대치와 실제 지각된 성과치 간의 갭(차이)을 분석하고 마지막으로 고객 관점에서 가장 중요하게 생각하는 디지털도서관 서비스품질 요소가 무엇인지 알아보았다.

  • As service firms continue to seek unique sources of sustainable competitive advantage, service quality has been discussed as a potential alternative to traditional skills and sources. The information of customers is generally believed to be a key component in creating corporate responsiveness to customer requests. In order to develop and maintain long-term close relationships with customers, service firms need to build an effective and ongoing service qualify information system(SQIS). Service firms that formally collect customer-related information and internal service quality information were to be more responsive. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study is twofold. 1. How to get the information on the service quality. 2. How to build a SQIS. An analysis is conducted of SQIS into input, process and output staging. One of numerous examples from financial service-sector firms is given to show SQIS can be developed to improve service qualify. Implications and strategies for building an effective SQIS for financial service-sector firms are discussed, and directions for future research are indicated.

공공부문에서 MB모형을 이용한 품질경영 인과모형의 구축에 관한 탐색적인 연구: 자치행정부문을 중심으로 (A Empirical Study on the Development of Quality Management used MB Model in Public Sector: Focused on Autonomy Administration)

  • In this paper, I investigate the impact of quality management activities on the public sector within the framework of Malcolm Baldrige (MB) national qualify model. The Structural Equation Modeling approach has been employed to investigate the cross influences among the seven MB categories. This empirical study shows that a number of statistical hypotheses are significant. The leadership category is the most important driver among the quality management activities. This, in turn, implies that the main source in quality management is to foster a solid qualify oriented leadership system. Categories such as Information Analysis, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Development and Management, and Process Management are significantly related to the Customer Satisfaction category. In addition, leadership, Information Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction categories ere significantly influential to Management Performance.

  • Recently, the increasing application of electronic equipments and information devices has heightened the interest in power qualify. The term power quality is applied to a wide range of electromagnetic phenomena on the power system and is also concentrated by all areas such as utilities, their customers and suppliers of load equipments. In engineering terms, power Qualify is expressed by voltage qualify because the power supply system can only control the quality of the voltage. Therefore, the standards in power quality area are devoted to keep the supply voltage within allowable limits. This paper deals with single-phase unified power quality conditioner (UPQC), which ai s at the integration of series-active and shunt-active filter. The series filter il used to compensate for the voltage distortions and the shunt filter is used to provide reactive power and counteract the harmonic current injected by the load. Also, the voltage of the DC link capacitor is controlled to a desired value by the shunt active filter. The validity of the proposed UPQC is demonstrated using both the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation and the experimental device with DSP (TMS320C32).

한국 중소기업 기업관리 패키지에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on ERP Package in Korean SMEs)

  • 최근 들어, 중소기업에서의 기업자원관리시스템 구현에 관한 관심과 연구가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업에서의 기업자원관리(ERP) 소프트웨어 품질, 벤더의 지원, 사용자 정보 만족도 및 ERP 구현 성과와의 관련성을 규명하였다. 이와 같은 실증연구를 통하여 ERP 소프트웨어 품질과 벤더의 지원이 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 구현과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 내부자원이 상대적으로 부족한 중소기업의 ERP 시스템 구현에 있어서 패키지 소프트웨어 품질과 벤더의 지원에 대한 의존성과 중요성에 관한 시사점을 제공하였다.
