The article defines the hypothesis of the research, it is an assumption that the process of forming ICT competence will be effective if: theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model for the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence have been determined: interdisciplinary integration as the basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the communicative competence of early childhood teachers on their teaching efficacy and job satisfaction in an attempt to provide some information on the development of the communicative competence of early childhood teachers. Study results show that, first, the teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers differed according to their age, education and career level and their communicative competence differed according to their career level. Second, communicative competence had a statistically significant positive correlation with teaching efficacy and job satisfaction. Third, among the sub-factors of communicative competence, focusing attention and responding exerted a statistically significant positive influence on teaching efficacy. Among the sub-factors of communicative competence, focusing attention, analyzing and evaluating exerted a statistically significant positive influence on job satisfaction.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify clinical competence and education needs of hospital nurses. Method: A questionnaire was used for data collection which was done form July 1 to July 30, 2005. The respondents were 165 staff nurses in a university hospital. The study instrument were clinical education need scale and Lee(2002)'s clinical competence scale. The data were analyzed using percentages, means, t-test, ANOVA with SPSS-WIN 10.0 program. Result: The results of this study are summarized as follows: The total mean score for clinical competence was 2.57 and education need was 3.30 on a 4 point scale. There was a significant difference in clinical competence according to individual factors of age, marital status, preceptorship experience, present ward, job satisfaction, and total clinical experience. also there was a significant difference in education needs according to preceptorship experience and present ward. Conclusions: Conducting a education needs and clinical competence assessment can provide valuable information that will plan education program and improve staff competence.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

Purpose: This study is a content analysis to understand the nursing informatics competence of clinical nurses. Methods: Focus group interviews were used to collect data. Two focus group interviews were held with a total of nine clinical nurses. All interviews were recorded and transcribed. Content analysis was used to analyze data. Results: The five main categories of nursing informatics competence that emerged are 1) software program use, 2) use of nursing information, 3) use of information communication technology in nursing, 4) professional responsibilities and ethics, and 5) active attitudes and recognition. Next, there are three strategies to improve nursing informatics competence: 1) organizational approach, 2) opportunity of continuous education, 3) presentation of standards in nursing informatics competence. Conclusion: Further studies such as educational program development and evaluation tool development are necessary. Moreover, there is a need to enhance clinical nurses' nursing informatics competence by using the proposed strategies.

The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

최근 기술의 발전과 함께 문화 간 융합이 이루어지는 정보사회화 흐름 속에서 커뮤니케이션 역량의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 이에 각 대학에서 커뮤니케이션 역량을 경쟁력 있는 인재양성에 있어 꼭 필요한 핵심역량의 하나로 간주하고 이와 관련된 교육과정의 개설과 운영을 위해 노력하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 핵심역량 강화를 위한 커뮤니케이션 교과목 개발에 관한 과정과 구체적인 콘텐츠를 제시하고 있다. 커뮤니케이션 교과목에 관한 콘텐츠에는 강의개요, 강의목표, 강의방법, 성적 평가방법, 주차별 학습주제, 학습목표, 학습내용 등이 포함되어 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들이 커뮤니케이션에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 커뮤니케이션 능력을 효과적으로 배양하여 대학생활을 하는데 있어 핵심역량을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 토대를 제공할 것이다. 또한 본 연구는 대학 및 사회에서 갖추어야 할 구성원의 핵심역량으로 가장 우선시 되고 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량에 대한 체계적 교육을 통해 사회적 가치를 창출할 수 있는 유능한 인재양성의 장을 마련해 줄 것이다.

Purpose This study examines the roles of firm-level smart factory implementation in the relationship between organizational competence and organizational performance in the context of Korean small and medium Enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a research model with evaluation data conducted by industrial experts on how organizational competence can be exploited to positively influence organizational performance through smart factory implementation. Design/methodology/approach Organizational competence are based on the research construct developed by Odważny et al.(2018). Research constructs on smart factory are based on the measurement model developed by Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Korea small and medium Enterprises (TIPA) (2020) and organizational performance are based on the performance construct developed by Kwon(2019). To complete the investigation, we collected 31 firm data conducted by industrial experts in Korea from Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. Most of firm was implemented officially by government budget granted for smart factory of Korea SMEs. To test our hypotheses, partial least squares (PLS) method was employed. Findings The findings indicate that organizational competence is antecedent to influence smart factory implementation, while smart factory implementation has significant relationship with organizational performance. This study provides a better understanding of the connection between organizational competence and organizational performance through smart factory implementation. So companies should focus on enhancing organizational competence and implementing smart factory to obtain sustainable competitiveness.

This study tried to analyzed the relationship between core competence, satisfaction, trust and loyalty in order to suggest to a methodology for decision-making of e-trade firms. 6 hypothesis were constructed for analysis based on previous literature review. The results of empirical analysis shows that core competence gave significant effect on satisfaction, trust and loyalty, and satisfaction gave positively effect to trust and loyalty. Besides trust affected positively on loyalty. These result explains that e-trade firms which try to create customers must build high level of core competence should be realized and reacted for maintenance of created customers.

This study develops a contingency fit between client IT capability and vendor competence in IS outsourcing relationship by integrating both the contingency theory in organization and the relationship theory in IS outsourcing. By adopting a fit as a moderation, the relationship intensity of IS outsourcing is hypothesized to be influenced by the fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, thereby leading to the success of outsourcing. The testing data was obtained from 20 IS outsourcing projects from both clients and vendors in Korea. The research model proposed in this study was then tested using the structural equation model (SEM). As expected, the result shows that when there is a fit between client IT capability and vendor competence, higher level of relationship intensity and outsourcing success exhibits. The findings have significant impactions for further research and practice.
